I had time to wash my dirty hound dog and the parking lot was plenty big enough for me to park the Bobtail Semi there, so it was definitely a Win/Win 2 for 2 right out of the gate.I think both Sonny Boy and I preferred our experience here than doing it at home on my old man knees hunched over the side of the bathtub.It was a hot day 4th of July and I wish I could have been able to adjust the temperature of the water that was coming out. Made it an even hotter, sweaty-er experience for me. And I was concerned about my dog getting overheated from it already being so hot, and then the fairly warm water on top of it. He was definitely panting the entire time and we steemed it up in there lololThe blow dryer was an unexpected bonus, despite only being about 75% effective. Ill be sure to take a towel in with me next time. But theres definitely going to be several more next times. Its a good spot and were both happy with the results 😁

Incorrect hours, not open with no explanation. “Open 8-9 7 days a week”….not true.

They are unprofessional and rude was cleaning my van and he open bay and was very rude.

I lost money and no one was available for customer service. Vacuum didnt work after putting money in machines. 🤷🏾‍♀️

We brought our 2 dogs to be washed. We struggled for 5 minutes to get the machine to accept our card but finally got it to work. The water was warm and the soap and conditioner were fine. I went to add more time, my poodle that MUST be blow dried was soaking wet and it wasn’t accepting my card. I tried to use change and it just ate my change. My husband was bathing our other dog in the 2nd bay and that machine didn’t accept the card either. I tried multiple cards and none of them worked. Thankfully my husband had cash so we used that to finish washing the 2nd dog and blow dry both dogs. But he only had a $10 so we had to use that, had extra time at the end and the sign says no refunds. I will be driving to Fetch in Williamsburg before I ever return here.

Wasnt horrible. Truck got clean. After $13. Truck barely fit in the wash bay. But overall wasnt too bad.

No bug stuff no pre rinse no soap in wash rinse was terrible left some kind of residue 8$ was a definite waste of money and my time.

I stopped in this morning to do a quick wash on my car and put $5 in the changer and it took my money. I told the attendant about it and he told me I had to call the number on the machine in order to get my money back. THIS IS BS!!! I will NEVER go in there AGAIN. I suggest you stay away and use ANY of the other car washes in the area.

The vacuum machine has eaten my money several times and the vacuum machines never work. Taking my money elsewhere! Dont go here

Took my car here to remove bugs and dirt and the touchless carwash did not work to do so. No receipt was given from the credit card machine. No attendant available. The phone number listed on the door went straight to voicemail twice. No one has called me back. Save your money and look elsewhere

I purchased the deluxe way and only got sprayed with hit water. No soap or wax. I reported it and was told they would refund my money. Time will tell if they do. UPDATE - its been two weeks and no refund. I wont be back and dont recommend patronizing them!

We took our car here last night to get washed. The car was sprayed with water but no soap ever sprayed on the car. We texted the number provided and no one responded. Paid $11 for a car wash and my car is still dirty. We will never go back.

This is got to be one of the best car washes in town! It is very well maintained and the owner and his employees are there quite often and very friendly! The dog wash is always picked up and well-maintained as well! highly recommend I finally

My mom got stuck in the wash due to equipment malfunction. Was promised by the owner that they would mail her a refund?? Not sure why they couldn’t give her 8 dollars back on the spot...weeks later and nothing. Would not recommend. Much better options in town.

Took my rowdy Siberian Husky Mr Wendell there Thursday night and was absolutely impressed. We arrived around 5 pm there were folks cleaning the parking lot cleaning stall walked in the pet wash super clean nice machines water was nice and warm stocked on all bathing soaps the best part was the really nice off leash play area am definitely big fan of this place

Paid for $11 wash and entered bay until stop signal turned on. It started washing until it hit the back of my truck and cracking the taillight and the wash bar stoppe . It did not start back up so I backed out and got the number and texted it as it says to report a problem. I also called and text the number multiple times and did not get a response but they still charged my debit card. This place is a rip off and does not have any courtesy or professionalism.

Needed to wash my truck while on vacation. Do it yourself car wash wasnt busy and competitive price. You can also wash your dog there.

Its a do it yourself car wash...has soap, vacuums and extras to get your car cleaned up. Nothing fancy pretty standard, except you can also wash your pet and use a pretty cool dog park that they have behind it all in the same trip..

I just washed my car there and all though the place is very clean, my car isnt! Its still very dirty. I am very disappointed I dont like to spend huge amounts of money on drive thru car washes so I always go here. Never again now. I have to completely rewash my car to get it clean.

Clean car wash. Came after long summer day at a lake. The dogs needed a bath after playing in the water and the car was dusty from dirt roads. Got it all done in 1 before heading home. They had a large play area for the dogs. It needs a shaded corner or spot tho. That would make it better. And the dog wash water was pretty hot. I dont use that hot of water to wash my dogs ever. But it was easy enough to get all 3 dogs washed in the mandatory 15 min for $8.

The vacuums are horrible and not worth $.50, let alone $1.00

First visit was very disappointing. No garbage cans by the vacuums is annoying. Then after swipingmy card in the wash bay I waited and watched but nothing from the pre-soak nozzle. Switched over to the high pressure wash, waited and watched again but no soap ever appeared. $3 down the drain. I wont be coming back.

$1 per minute?! This is the crappiest car wash Ive ever been to. The bay I was in waso ut of soap so I tried the foaming detergent. It barely spits out suds. I hurry to rinse my car off then tried a different bay. That one was also out of soap in the wand so I tried the little nozzle that is supposed to spit out foaming detergent and that one also barely spit out foam. Keep in mind a quarter only gives you 15 seconds! I drove by multiple times doing deliveries for work for about an hour and not once did I see another car here! That should have told me to stay away.

After $7 I still had bugs on the front bumper. Not sure if the bug remover fluid worked.
