I needed to replenish our supply of oil, but it was not available. I requested that I be notified by email when it came in. 1877FloorGuy sent me an email letting me know it was available. The product was ordered and received. Packaging was excellent. No damage to contents.

I got on a notification list for a product in short supply. Once I was notified it was in stocks, I ordered it and it came within a few days. Easy as it gets.

Arild and his crew re-finished our kitchen floor while we were gone on vacation for a few days. When we returned, the floor was amazing. The section that was most in need of repair was beautifully matched to the rest of the floor. The clean-up was perfect. Since Arild was the man who first installed the floor 7-8 years ago we were pleased to see he was available. Very pleased with the job altogether and would recommend him to anyone.

My husband left a trail of oil with every step across new light beige carpet. Very satisfied with the product Total Care Carpet STAIN & SOIL Remover by Shaw as well as the prompt service from 1877 Floor Guy. Was able to purchase a single bottle whereas most distributors would only sell by the case. This was a product that Mohawk recommended to use on their carpets, and it saved the day!!!!

Order arrived promptly and in good condition. I have used Hillyard Super Shine-All to clean my homes hardwood floors throughout 30 years and two houses. It is a superior product, cleaning well, needing no rinse, and leaving floor shining. While the initial price is higher than many wood floor cleaning products, it is highly concentrated and therefore really quite economical to use..

Ordered wood floor polish product specified by my floor manufacturer for my specific flooring model. Item that arrived was as expected. Delivery speed was reasonable, i.e. within a week.

Purchased the Scratchnomore Footclick2 for wood chairs. Honestly, there is still a very noticeable audible sound when sliding the chair around the kitchen floor. As for the price which is quite high, I dont think they are worth it for what you get in return.

I have used 1877FloorGuy for several years to purchase a floor cleaner that works best on our flooring. The service has always been top, with the order shipped promptly. My only request is that they shift their packing material from those awful Styrofoam "peanuts" to paper or other recyclable material.

Order was received and in good condition. Please find another way of shipping because the Styrofoam packing peanuts are absolutely awful. They get all over, are not biodegradable, and bits stick to everything due to static. At least use the biodegradable ones that disappear with water. Also, I was not allowed to use the coupon you sent me and the free shipping so that was sorta a scam.

Excellent customer service. I was unsure on how to bring my three-year-old wood floors back to life. Can arrived dented in multiple places not very happy I would like to get a refund.

I received the product very quick and was pleased. I used the product as directed and let set for 72 hours. I had a very difficult time trying to remove the product from the paving blocks on my new sidewalk. After two days of scrubbing I was able to remove most of the surface product but my pavers remained white from the product seeping into the porous paving block. As for the oil stains some came out and the rest stayed. I am very disappointed as the product was expensive.

I received my product quickly and in good condition. Prevail Matte Finish Vinyl Floor Sealer is great. The Floor Guys will be my "go-to" supplier for all things flooring. Thank you!

Love the product I bought but shipping was 50٪ of product cost. Standard USPS costs are less than that, I think. I didnt pay extra for expedited delivery. Ill be looking for a new source or change product.

Ordered 4 rolls and then 2 More rolls of molding tape to use to attach 3/4 round floor molding that matches vinyl plank flooring. This tape works great holding the molding in place. I found that you could cut the tape with a box cutter while on the roll making two 1/2" sections. This allowed for perfect placement when using quarter round. FOr areas that were bowed or dipping due to uneven walls I placed tape on the bottom as well as the side to get a better hold in these areas. Shipping was fast and arrived in 4 Days from ordering. I highly recomment for jobs where you do not wish to see unsghtly nail holes or filler spots.

This is not my first order from 1877FloorGuy and I can honestly say that I am very pleased with the ease of ordering, the product pricing and the very prompt delivery. All my orders were received in excellent condition and I will continue to use them to buy the products I need to care for my home flooring needs.

Phone customer service was great, and shipping was very prompt. My item arrived in only a couple of days. It was well-packaged, too. Everything was very top-rate.

This is our second time purchasing floor protectors to put on furniture. Last time we purchased for barstools, and this time for folding chairs that we use on our wood floor weekly. The clear sleeve floor protectors are great -- so much better than the adhesive ones that just wouldnt stay on. We did end up buying the sample pack this time because the legs on our folding chairs werent exactly circular. The sample pieces arent labeled so you have to figure out which one matches the size you want to order, but that wasnt too difficult. Customer service was great, and the items shipped quickly.

I did receive my order. The mail carrier delivered it to a wrong address. They retrieved the package an delivered to me.
