They do oil changes for all of our service trucks and they are very prompt and courteous.

Got my oil changed about a month ago. Oil light came on as I was driving. I checked it, there was NO OIL ON THE DIP STICK. Had to put 3 quarts of oil in my car, the filter was not screwed on correctly. Check your oil filter and your dip stick when you get your oil changed, even a week after!!!

The employees act as if they are clueless about the element card and how it works. The manager or owner was nice and knew what needed to be done. I would go there again but the employees need better people skills.

I cant thank this team enough for getting us back on the road safely. We were a long way from home, desperate, and running out of options to replace our tire. They went beyond expectations in helping us.

The professionals at this shop went above and beyond. After attending a funeral in Great Bend we started our five-hour trek home, but didn’t make it far. We got a flat just outside of St John, and though we had a donut we knew it likely wouldn’t get us home safely. We called every shop we could find in St John and in Pratt, but they either didn’t have the tire or the time to work us in. As we limped along, we spotted 54 Express and pulled in to see if they could help. They couldn’t patch the tire and didn’t have the size we needed, but they knew we had a long drive home and offered to drive us to Walmart, where we purchased the correct tire. They then installed it and charged $20, which shocked us; we would have paid anything to get back on the road. They knew we were desperate and didn’t take advantage. 54 Express saved the day. We are home safe and sound thanks to this great team.

I took my vehicle in go get oil change. They Changed the oil alright. I brought vehicle back in due to oil leaked out of vehicle. I was on way to work, vehicle engine stopped, It never started again. Engine smoked a bit, checked oil --bone dry. looked under vehicle, oil all over front under carriage. Took back to 54 Express, found out they had PLACED WRONG oil filter on vehicle. Checked engine...It LOCKED UP my engine. so that is we why I give the ed m a 1.

Very good customer service was in and out fast

The establishment was empty so I pulled around back and asked if they could service my vehicle. It took 11 minutes for them to do a complete oil change. I also asked for them to check my tire pressure and without hesitation they did. Right under 45 bucks. Thank you for being open, being kind and most of all super quick.

Fast enough service and the price for oil change and fuel filter change on a Diesel trucks was very reasonable.

Showed up to get 2 tires mounted a balanced. A service they offer and I had to talk them into doing it because they might get to busy. I was literally the only customer there and 2 shop guys were sitting doing nothing.

Rude and disrespectful... very unknowledgeable about what their doing... I took my business elsewhere.

Not cheap but I really like talking to Al. Good service as well. I really like the 20 point inspection.

Had Oil change they said I needed a new plug so they put it in then told me. couple weeks later took my truck back because was leaking oil. Had not tightened oil filter or oil plug both leaking. A week later starts leaking again. Wrong plug put in was loose again and leaking. Ridiculous My truck never uses, leaks, or burns oil. Same comes out that went in. Be advised if you use them!!!!!
