7-Eleven in Macomb County

Says it’s 24 hours on google yet I’ve cameTo this location many times and it’s always closed after 9pm. Upon my Arrival tonight at 10:03pm a customer walked in directly In front of me and the cashier quickly Locked the door and put this sign up(notice there is NO closing time). I found that incredibly rude of the cashier and very unprofessional of the business to not have hours they stick by.

Not open 24 hours

BEWARE - had several bogus charges from this 7-Eleven - they apparently support criminal use of stolen cards by not requiring a physical card or checking Identification.

Hours need to be updated. These guys close early.

Best experience i ever had walking into this place!, it felt like being in a clerks movie.

Always friendly and courteous every time I stop here a couple times a week for the last 3 years. Love this place!

This location on 26 mile is the best 7 11 I go to. Very clean and organized. Always fast and efficient service.The employees always go out of their way to take care of us.The owners are great people and care to give outstanding service to the customers. This7 11 is by far my favorite convenient storeI like the coffee selections and the hot foodI always shop hereKeep up the outstanding hard work 😉

There every morning and always greeted and treated very pleasant. Stop in many nite also and always pleasant and clean. Best 7/11 around and Ive stopped at many.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Shame on you for what you did to those elderly! A whole bus full! Just because they couldn’t walk off of the bus! I’m so happy that this is being looked into and I hope you go down for this. Never again will I shop here!

Today, on 7/11/18, free slurpee day, the “poor excuse for a human being” employee at this location denied a busload of senior citizens from a local senior center their free slurpees because they could not physically walk into the store. The employee stated they needed these people to be physically in the store in order to receive their free slurpee. These senior citizens could not walk into the store without significant assistance or not at all. When invited to quickly come out and see them all on the bus and get a count, the employee stated they could not do that. Probably would have taken all of about one minute to do...I don’t care about store policy or corporate directive, this is something you should do out of the kindness of your heart and secondarily for the good public image of your business.Horrible, just horrible!!!Never again will they get my business!(FYI... this story is being shared on local Facebook pages)

Always clean and stocked up

I asian man and i want some convenient burritoes. I ask dee 7/11 and they say they cant understand me. Is it because of my accent? No, they started yelling and i didnt get my motheryucking burritoes.......

Love Slurpees

The lady at the counter wouldnt scan my reward card, she just said to late sir then continued to not say sorry, or have a nice day on the way out.

Not very helpful or friendly at all. I will be stopping elsewhere from now on
