7-Eleven in Utah County

This 7-11 is the worst the employee tell me their boss tells them not load money on two peoples wallet on the 7-even app. Their atm taking peoples money and they don’t have an out of order sign on it. They’re out half their gas. I won’t be back to this gas station ever again.

I went there just now to buy a coffee and was this Indian man extremely rude when I told him his coffee was cold. Is not the first time this happen to me but for sure will be the last! If you can’t deal with customer service get another job! All I did was telling him that the coffee was cold 🤷🏻‍♀️

when the store on 500 closed, I tried this location for my favorite 7/11 items, but did not become a loyal customer there. Why? The employees are unfriendly, gruff even. Just bad vibes

It was a good visit

Courtney’s customer service during my visit last night was above and beyond. I had a baby in my arms, so she walked around the counter to hand me my bag. She even grabbed a straw I had forgotten, then opened the door for me. I really appreciated her great customer service.

I went in at 4:30 am. All of the lights were on, the door was unlocked, and there was NO SIGN ON THE DOOR, the guy was mopping, but employees of other stores do that all of the time.I do agree this was early. However there were no posted store hours, or a sign so I went in. He saw me and very rudely told me the store was closed for cleaning! I said I was sorry, I DIDNT SEE A SIGN! I left. Theres another store down the street. Going to go there from now on, at least theyre friendly! It was ridiculous that he needed to treat me that way!

I went into store to use my app, 2 slices of pizza and 20 Oz drink. It was like almost noon, and no pizza was available, I said why not? No reply from cashier, not like sorry let me cook 1, I said well could u cook 1 , how long , cashier acted like I was putting him out to do his job. Very disappointing!

Gas pump wouldnt accept my card and then I moved to another pump, it accepted my card but started spraying gas before I had the nozzle in my car!

448 am, Tuesday early morning, I find that at this local 7 eleven their coffee is old, timer expired on clock, I pour it anyway and get about 4 ounces, yea it was cold too. So had to wait for their large container to brew. Maybe I should travel with instant packets.

This gas station went and found the oldest, slowest, most outdated pumps available and de used to use those at this gas station. Find a better gas station.

Their employees seem to not care to help if having problems with your app. I have tried to redeem points twice at this location and they have still charged me. Contacted customer support and I am getting my points refunded. Dont try and redeem at this location, go down the road to the next 711

This 7-Eleven gas station is ideally located on the corner of state street and 100 E. The pumps and premesis are generally kept clean and well lit during the evening hours. The store is well stocked and has an assortment of snacks and food for those on the go. Amenities include Ice an Air pump (for payand ice outdoors. There is handicap parking and door accessibility. Both Diesel fuel and Gasoline are offered at this location. Many reviews have been left by individuals expecting a gas station clerk to act like an airline flight attendant. I believe these reviews are inaccurate and unjust for the caliber of job. It’s a gas station, not Tiffany’s.

Be aware anybody of any color other white... This morning employee will be very rude and will accuse you of robbing the store..horrible customer service skills... Very disappointed since Ive been coming to this Store for several years

Its amazing! The employees are nice and welcoming. The place is nice and clean! Restrooms are very clean! The store is Cleaner than any other in af. An employee told me about 7 rewards now I get amazing discounts and its amazing!!!!

Came to this location @ a little after 5am 03/05/2018 to get coffee, gas, and cigarettes. The young lady Leah (chasierworking very RUDE...The first RUDE was not Speaking then when were trying ask her a question about an spoon she asked were we talking to her...we were the only ones in the store so yes we were talking to her... Second Rudeness were when trying to figure out what pump we were at to tell Leah she were rolling her eyes. She wasnt pleasant had bad Attitude and bad Attitude look on her face. She needs more Training in making customers feel welcome there n want to give business there. I dont want to give my business there no more 😞😞

Usually pretty dirty the staff are slow to cash you out or even pay attention to you

Ive seen the employes argue with customers yet they cant speak english so the argument gets no where. When going to pay for my stuff they had to scan everything 3 times and I didnt even get my points on my rewards card even though I had them can the card. From now on Im gonna go to the 7-11 down the street, theyre more excited to see me when I walk in the store

Dont buy any candy from this 711 i bought this milkyway yesterday and it expired in August of 2017.i would post a picture put i cant will never buy from there again

Love this place!

This place is unfortunately not very well maintained. The staff is cordial at best and it could use some help getting cleaned up here and there. However, if you love slurries and just want to get some gas this place will do fine!

Because it is always open.
