7-Eleven in Utah County

I started going to Gandolfos Deli at this location several times over the last couple weeks and the sandwiches have been great (5 stars for them). The attendant Becky at 7Elven however Yikes! I have had two encounters with her now and thought maybe she was just having a bad day the first time she helped me. Nope, she is just not friendly in the slightest. She will leave you standing at the counter while she does other work and you feel invisible. When she does finally come over to ring you up she gives you a look like you can go to hell because you are stopping me from cleaning. While I waited today another gentle man came into make a purchase but walked out without anything because we were waited for her to ring us up.

Great store, great people, clean store, nice hot food bar but I dont like the drinks from the new soda dispenser. They dont taste the same.

Friendly staff... refill prices are better than others. Good selection of drinks refill flavors.

I love going to the 7 11 in the morning those girls are fabulous. Thank you

Odd rude comments from employees

This is a nice place to stop at if you just need something quick since theyre open 24 hours per day. Though one time, I saw someone smoking outside by the entrance and didnt want to breathe in the second hand smoke so I had to go to a different gas station.

There is an employee who works at this location who is so wonderful and amazing and I think deserves a kudos! Her name is Bobby and every time I come to pick up a an online order always has it ready for me. She makes the experience so lovely and shes so incredible at her job. Shes also extremely kind. She deserves to raise!

staff was friendly but not very bright. They were being weird and threw away the food i asked for. one employee said it was a mistake so it was no big deal i just got a pizza slice instead but then the other employee said she was going to eat it or something??? it was just weird. but they were very nice.

I was buying two boxes of Coca-Cola because there was a long red tag that said “2 for $10” (there was no pricing anywhere for 1 box). And when I got to the register they rung me up for a little over $14. I politely said “oh, it says that they’re 2 for $10” and the employee cancelled the transaction and grabbed someone else. The new employee went and checked over by the sodas and came back. She was crumping up the red Promotional tag and as she threw it away all she said was “they’re not 2 for $10”. No apology, no other words. I was very disappointed with how that was handled.

Asst manager always burns the food store floor is consistently sticky only place its not is the gandalfos next door soda machine is broken on the regular usually only coke products available highly not recommend going

This is the most disgusting gas station I have ever been in.... I went to get a fountain drink and it was so bad I had to take pictures and will definitely be contacting someone about this. Every single surface from the floor to the counter tops were so filthy. How is this place still open??? And the employees were just sitting behind the registers eating.

It was an average 7/11. I dont have anything positive or negative to say about it. So average amount/quality of gas, drinks, food, DVDs, etc.The sandwich place inside/attached to it is good too and who I gave them a 4 star rating instead of a 3. I like their sandwiches more than Subways and about as much as Firehouse Subs.

I love this has station we come in everyday before I drop my boyfriend off at work. Love the ladies/men in the mornings.

Guy was horrible! We come here all the time and we get great service I guess this guy is new. He could barely speak English and did not answer the one question we had about the app. To top it all off we had to ask for a bag and he huffed and threw the it all in smashing the cookies in the process. Definitely disappointed in the people theyre hiring.
