Worst 7-eleven ever there. They have small cups but they don’t have the lids for them.

Place has completely lost ability to maintain customer base in the past year.The womens who used to work here kept it clean and managed and there was always hot fresh coffee at night. Now its less than clean and Im lucky to get the bottom of a burned pot then sitting for hours. Ive held back this review 3 times now bec I believed people were getting acclimated to the position... but months later the same result.

This 7-eleven is nasty it is never clean the health department needs to pay them a visit i can bet they would find a few violations

The parking lot is horrible, especially combined with the rude customers that seem to flock here. The floor inside is always dirty and cluttered with trash. Besides that they have lots OF snacks, as they should. Their hot dog and roller grill is usually full and fresh. They only have one flavor naked drink which is upsetting. I did find these liquid death water. LmAoo. Never tried one and probably never will. lol

Im usually not so tough on places like this because theyre for convenience but tonight the particular young lady on at 9:30 has a bit of an attitude. Its kind of dishertening because we walk here all the time so its not like in just passing through. Its too much going on in the world to have to deal with unprofessionalism and snarky comments because of lack of comprehension. Place usually has things for quick emergencies or munchies. Nothing too special.

Nothing better than an employee finishing up her cigarette and walking in the store letting out her last drag inside the store. Yuck. Place is filthy and that is a direct cause of your dirty employees

Out of x-large Slurpee cups and that is the size I always buy. Disappointing! Happens quite often.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

I was told they only accept scratch off winners up to $20. They would not accept a $50 winner. Should not be allowed to participate in any Michigan lottery drawings. If you sell them, you should be required to pay out.

Theyre slurpee machines are always up and running which is great for my grandkids they have a lot of snacks and goodies to choose from people are really nice that work there and the place is really clean

Yall advertise that you open 24 hours but I was just up there and the worker standing outside said that yall are closed. Yall need to update your hours if you close thats not right.

Store is generally dirty. Under staffed and those who are there seem inconvenienced to have customers.Covid respect is not utilized by vendors so they make you wear a mask but not the delivery guy.

Angela and Queen B went or if their way to help us. We usually come here a couple times a week for snacks and they have been out of our favorite milk. Angela spent probably 30 minutes in the cooler finding w what were needed. Excellent customer service.The crazy milk guys.

Made a midnight run to this sorry 711, Grabbed about $15 in items and pulled out a $100 bill to pay,,the idiot says they don’t have change?! Had to put all my items back and go elsewhere, what kind of convenience store doesn’t have change.

the midnight clerk is rude and ignores some people 🤔 Dear 7/11 I thought your point cards were free. The clerk here on midnights DOES not like to give them out! I’ve asked twice but he refuses to give me one!

Service there is so disgusting the girl gives me an attitude because she cant ring something up on the weekends maybe put a sign up that says you cant do something on the weekends I dont know they really need some PR skills at that location and always coffee grounds in the bottom of coffee the service there is really terrible Sunday November 18th hopefullyI could get an answer back from the owner maybe something can get done about this I quit coming to this location because of coffee issue and now this which sucks because its near my house

Sam is a great customer service/cashier! Shes always helpful with the rewards! I come into this store AT LEAST once a day for a large slurpee & shes always great! Keep it up Sam😁

Rude cashiers, stale woods, not a good experience all around. I like 7-Eleven, but things could be better.

Cashier Tanya is I real piece of work never saw her there but will never go there while she workingShe curses at customer and when you tell her that not cool dont be a "B" and curse at someoneshe kicks you outI spend to much money there to be cursed at by a disgruntled employee that doesnt like their jobFortunately the store manager got in contact with me about the incident and I have to say that it was handled very professionally which brought me back to where I gave it a 5-star rating every company has to do with One Bad Apple once in awhile but the manager at this 7-Eleven didnt excellent job of making sure that I was also satisfied and comfortable going to that store

It used to be a really great place when Ed and Karen ran it. Kathy and Mary are great .they really need raises they go beyond there work duties . But sometimes store very drity dont have the stock like use to .and dont have store stock like it use to be u go in and expect them to have something that you were looking for and they never have it in the store but they tell you dont worry dear Im going to order for you 2 weeks later you go back in and they still havent ordered it. Just lived here about almost 46 years and you guys were my favorite store but Im a little disappointed now so now I basically go elsewhere

This is my go to store

Friendly workers, they always have a lot of food, even when its busy, they do their best to get you through the line quickly. They recognize the regulars like my husband and myself, I love going to this one as they are really good about fixing something if you bring up an issue. Its usually pretty busy, especially in the afternoon, but thats because they are good at what they do! I always go here even though there is a convenience store that is closer to where I am.

Slurpee selection limited staff not the most enthusiastic

If you want a cold fountain drink its simply the best. Also the coffee is really good.

Want a cold 2 liter find another store. Night staff is ok but day staff is horrible.
