Why do Pilots allow this??? Pilot, you need to have a policy in place about dropping trailers and cars in the truck parking. This is not fair to actual drivers that need somewhere to park for the night. We spend money at your establishments while locals abuse the parking lot. Something needs to be done about this. You should give me points so I can park in a reserved spot because the CARS & TRAILERS take up the free spots.

Decent folks doing the best they can. But the 1 washing machine for the truckers is out of order.

Went there yesterday about 11:30 to grab a slice of pizza before I headed out of town. Cashiers we’re standing and sitting at the opposite end of counter, when I walked up they both just turned their nose up as if I was bothering them, didn’t acknowledge me once. I had originally planned to use the self-check out but wanted pizza. Now, I’m clearly standing at the pizza station and it wasn’t a “how May I help you” “need anything or nothing”. At this point I find myself being nice to the cashier “thank you” “have a good day”, I couldn’t even get a response after that. Just rude for no reason!!!

Got gas they put added a 126$ hold after fueling for 2 days.

time to start towing dropped trailers pretty sad that at 6pm you cannot park just to get a shower.prime parking all taken by people checking in online.and the staff could careless about it.

Full with trailer all day all night. I never get space to park here.

Very very bad bathrooms and ok service but not the cleanest place

Every pilot I go to has absolutely no cell signal, it can’t be a coincidence. And dont even bother suggesting their wifi. Never works from the parking lot. Or from inside. I’m leaving without fuel, I’d rather park on the side of the road somewhere.

Clean location, nice employees. Fresh coffee, subway inside.

Walked in with my service animal and was talking to her as I was walking to counter to pay for one cup of coffee. Looked up at cashier Makenzie Moore and said sorry was talking too my dog. He looks at me and said oh I know you wasnt talking too me cause there would be a big problem. I calmly told him that it didnt have to be all that. He instantly started calling me out of my name calling me a lady and clearly Im a guy and being very disrespectful. Saying he didnt care if he was reported. This disrespect is flowing all through the pilots now a days make you not want to spend 500 every other day too be mistreated. Something needs too be done. Not to mention its dirty, small and a headache too be at.

This is the best truck stop weve ever stopped at while traveling. Shoutout to the staff all the way up the chain. Extremely clean, merchandising was perfect, they had it all. Fresh made food, cold drinks, clean bathrooms, hot showers.

Shower had great water pressure and it was hot and clean. A nice change from what many of the pilots offer. Terrible parking

Pilot off Exit for hwy 11 Tuscaloosa. Been there multiple times over the years. Has going downhill over last 2 years. Wont ever go back. There at 8:10 a.m. this morning. Lady mopping floor talking with man in beverage area. Use f word every other word. Lady stating vulgar things to man she was flirting with. Checked out, went to leave same Lady blocking way, my husband said excuse me, because she was not going to move, she said, "damn" moved and we walked out. Nobody has to stop at your gas station, there are too many more.

Have to update my review from 5 stars due to massive changes in service. Since Chris left seems there has been an influx of rude and unhelpful employees. I get yall are going to self check out, but if Im waiting in line dont be rude cause I wanted a slice of pizza and you had to get off your phone. Im not sorry that I didnt want to do your job for you. I have come here everyday for lunch for 2 and a half years. I dont know what has happened but it is getting extremely ridiculous.

Showers and bathrooms were very clean and smelled so good! Like, spotlessly clean. All the workers were very sweet and very helpful. Will definitely be coming back to this truck stop in the future!

The pumps are usually full. Parking up front is limited to only five regular spots in front of the subway. There are three handicap spots and a striped off walk zone. This limited parking means you have to stay parked at the pump to go potty and get a snack. Thats why the pumps are always full of cars. The isles are tight inside as well.Mens restroom was very clean and had a pleasant airfreshner smell. Womens was ok, per my wife said. I recommend using the Loves on 22183 AL-216, McCalla, AL 35111 TONS OF PARKING, and easy & out, even for RVs.

I came to purchase some things while at subway and Ticara was amazing she informed me that if I buy 1 i get the second one free.. WOW! it was my favorite water, and its because of her al-some customer service. Ticara is a great worker you can tell, she did not have t tell me about the special anyone else probably wouldnt have done it, TAKE NOTE FROM TICARA!!!

Probably the only Pilot in the world that was an old Union 76 truck stop. The architecture gives it away. Fortunately, its also one of the nicest and friendliest. Definitely a must-stop if youre in the area!

Very clean and friendly staff. Huge selection of fountain and coffee drinks, including 8 flavors of icee!!!! Yessss! Plus their condiment selection for coffee is awesome.

Ill do my best to normally only give good reviews. Im going to start being honest about the truck stops that I use so that maybe they can use this information to better their facilities for the public. The shower and commode was not cleaned properly.

Only reason it got 1 star is you cant give zero stars. Small, dirty truck stop. Employees have bad attitudes. I had reserved a parking place, but when I got there all spots were full. I told the woman working the counter and she said sorry, but were not going out there at night to fix the problem and told me to find somewhere else to park.

They are friendly and they speak when you come in The bathrooms were clean the store was clean They had all the snacks I was looking for And good deals The gas was priced fare And they did not have any long lines over all a good store. Will return to do more business

Horrible parking lot situation for both autos and semi trucks. Went into the bathroom first thing in the morning, no toilet paper in the stall even though it was obvious by the wet floor sign, that the bathroom had just been cleaned. 6 in the morning, no breakfast choices on the roller grill.

We always stop here on our way through. The restrooms are always clean and stocked. Good, family friendly place to stop and refill your tank and tummy.

I like this travel stop because I am partial for a fuel lane designed specifically for RVs and vehicles with lone tows. Such a lane makes it easier for longer vehicles to exit after fueling. I find their convenience stores and fast food places also very good and clean.

Stopped for gas and potty break. The pumps were a bit tight, but there were several that we relatively clean. We did not buy food, but the Subway looked clean and the staff seemed very polite in passing.

Customer Service was good but I stopped to use Western Union and it was a slow process, had to make several calls to complete my transaction. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.Store was clean and neat and many items to choose from; everything from A-Z.Overall, a good place for gas, drinks, food, household items and many other items for purchase. And the location is right off the interstate and is very convenient. ✔🙂

Ok, the store itself is clean the pizza was good and the staff was friendly. What Im not happy about is the amount of pan handlers this place has. 1st one was a guy trying to con me to give him a shower pass. I asked him where is his shower stuff and he just walked off. He got another trucker and that guy got him a pass, the con man was back again asking other people the same thing. Then right after that another pan handler approached me as I was fueling with some story about his sick wife, yadda yadda yadda. I stopped him right there and he quickly disappeared. A manager came out, I forgot her name but she was asking me what he looked like and telling me that hes a repeat nuisance. She apologised about it and she was very professional. Then right after that a car full of people drove right up to me begging me for something, anything. Ok if management is reading this. Get mobile security this is absolutely ridiculous!!! That is why Im giving you 2 stars. To the manager who I talked to thank you for your professionalism seriously you need security at the fuel lanes. That was too much.

Not the cleanest Pilot. They have a decent amount of parking, a shop, Subway and Cat Scales. Other than that its a typical Pilot. Very difficult to get a truck out of here heading towards the interstate sometimes. There isnt a traffic light on this busy four lane road. If youre going east you will have another Pilot or Flying J at the 104. It has more parking and a Dennys.

Decent truck stop, 7-10 truck fuel lanes, good amount of truck parking, I’d guess maybe 150-175 spots. But negative side it’s it’s not been remodeled but not bad, also has a subway attached ok service from them, also quite a few pot holes in parking lot so CARHAULERS beware of that might have trailer ground clearance issues, might want to go to the TA close by

Huge food and drink selection, plenty of gas tanks. Truck refueling area, super clean modern bathrooms in a full stall with doors, very friendly staff, huge parking area with room to walk pets. Pleasant stop!

A driver got sick and the ambulance came and took him from the the location and the was in fuel and the manager told us to park the truck to do not worry and we were sure that he will taker of it as soon as the ambulance left he call his fiends tow company and towed it such a stupid person I ever seen in my life we paid the tow company to take the truck. Do not leave your truck unattended or don’t trust the manger !!!!!

I got stuck here when I had to go to the ER for severe dehydration. The people that work here are unbelievably friendly, including the day manager during the week who helped me out tremendously during my stay. The showers at this PIlot are by far the cleanest showers Ive ever seen at a Pilot in this country. My only complaint is the truck parking lot is extremely tight to maneuver in and is fairly small.

I paid over the phone for reserve parking at 3pm. Get there at midnight to see theres no reserved parking for me. They refunded my money. But I only had 13 minute of drive time left on my clock. So they gave me two options, to park by 2 different entrances. So I just picked one. 5 hours later, the obese woman comes out knocking on my truck telling me I have to move, cause Im in the way of their fuel truck. Such a joke. Unreal of stupidity. They literally just told me, I had two spots to choose from. And I made sure where I was parked at, with the first employee, that I was ok where I was parked. Ill be making a lot of phone calls after this night.

I just stopped for a quick shower. Looks like they have more truck parking than most Im the area. The place is clean. The showers are decent size and they give you a bottle of water with the shower.

Nice pilot. Clean, well organized, decent prices on stuff. They have several items for truckers, like CB radios. There was one listed at $199.95 and I thought they were gouging, but after looking it up online, they were right on par with Amazon who only beat them by about a dollar and a half. I was impressed to say the least.

This is a great place to stop. Plenty to look at in the store for a good traveling break. The store sells hot snacks also. The Subway at this location is open 24 hours every day.

The pilot is the only place I really get gas. I fill up my tank everytime I go and the staff is so nice and patient with me. I am a person who never remembers my pump no matter how hard I try. I think the reward program could be better. I have literally had the same number of points for years.

Pilot Travel Centers are always clean and well stocked. We always look for them when we travel. They have snacks, closed drinks and fountain drinks. Coffee station and hot food choices including pizza, chicken, boiled eggs, salads and those rolling hot dogs. They also offer electronics for those of us that forget our chargers. Ive also seen souvenirs like key chains, shot glasses and t-shirts. Oh yeah and GAS!

This is a good truck stop. Quick in and out if you need it to be. They have a wide selection of products to chose from. Showers are clean and so are the bathrooms. They have cheap tobacco products and also have coke icees, mountain dew icee, cherry icee, and many more flavors to chose from.

I am a truck driver, and have been coming here ev. other day between 2am and 4am, for 3 years. Half the time there is No creamer, and many times only 1 pot of coffee brewing. I have repeatedly tried to get service at the Subway and lights are on but they are Always on break. I have been served only 1 time in 3 years! This is a Truck stop! Coffee and real food should be available 24/7.

Typical Pilot. The restrooms are clean, with paper toilet seat covers. Showers are nice and clean, they leave water bottles and candy, and water pressure is the BOMB! Nice food and drink choices, fresh pizza is cheap and very good! They even gave me a free piece cause they were out and baking more and I had to wait. Staff was friendly too. They lose a star for the truck lot layout, the middle aisle is near impossible to get in or out of when full, and this Pilot fills up fast at night!

Good price on gas and easy on and off from interstate

every week i pass by to this location around 5:30 am. coffe is always out. every single week. i shake it off. but not this week. i asked Alexis the asociate that coffe was out and she reply that would brew some fresh coffe. i waited for 30 minutes on the subway next door. i come back to get my coffe just to find out still coffee not made :(

The staff was very friendly and the store was clean, but I got coffee and it was HORRIBLE! ! It didnt taste right and it didnt smell right. About an hour after I drank the few sips I was able to drink, I was puking and sick as a dog! Just be careful getting coffee from there!
