A Foot Spa in Adams County

This place has no heat and you never get the full time that you pay for ,tried again and the worst massage ever ,they only do the back and legs and you are never asked to turn over for the chest muscles and now they had a man there doing massage and he smells of cigarette smoke and no air conditioner,this place is a complete joke, no heat and I dont think that shes licensed to do massage
