My sons girlfriend locked herself out of her house in the morning before work letting her dog out. I called and talked to Joe. He sent JP out within 15 minutes. In no time she was able to go about her day! Awesome service. Friendly people. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. The repair person was honest and helpful. He had the parts I needed and was able to fix my door right on the spot! What I though was going to be a lengthly and expensive repair, was taken care quickly and affordable. Job well done.

Always available when needed

The fellow stayed late to cut a key for me and was very helpful and polite to boot.

I called Joe and the very next day he was out to my house rekeying 6 doors to a single key and making sure my doors worked properly. He was easy to communicate with (texts & calls both responsive). This service could not have been more professional or faster responding. It was also a great value.

Incredibly grateful and appreciative of the fast response and service. Locked myself out around 6:40pm and by 7:10pm they were onsite. Fast, reliable, and charged a really fair price. Cannot ask for more.

Joe went well beyond his service to find an old key to be duplicated....he sent me to a local hardware store, after calling ahead, to make sure they had exactly what was needed. Thank you for going above and beyond and demonstrating your knowledge in previous phone calls.

Very honest. I called for a service call and Joe suggested lubricating the lock first. It solved the problem. He could have easily made the call and charged me for what was an easy fix. If I ever need a locksmith I’ll call him.

He came to my house in 30 minutes from when I called him! He was here, got the job done in less then 5 minutes, and was a GREAT guy! Genuinely pleased with my experience. I STRONGLY recommend!
