AAA-ACTION AFFORDABLE APPLIANCE in Venango County

We were looking for a fridge asap since ours broke. We found one at a great price. They delivered and took our old one. The new one wasn’t running completely right so we called and the owner came out the same day and fixed the issue no cost. He was so nice and helpful. Really down to earth guy. He knows his stuff. Will definitely be doing future business with them.

Excellent experience with Mike. Hes knowledgable and a super cool guy. There was a huge selection and everything was reasonably priced. He is a 1 man show and his phone rings off the hook, so it took a couple tries to get ahold of him. Either way I would highly recommend looking here before going anywhere else.

Calls to repair a appliance within the 30-day warranty are left unanswered or put on the back burner until the warranty finally expires and then refuse to be repaired. To be fair I believeTo be fair I believe The business owner is in over his head in responsibilities

He seemed very nice....at first. Horrible experience. Paid $175 plus my fridge as trade in for a larger side by side. He brought the wrong refrigerator, it wasnt a side by side and less expensive than what we paid for. Left that one and said he would bring the correct one the next day. He never brought it, we had to go get it ourselves. Ironically, the incorrect one and correct one both quit working within 2 weeks. We took the smaller one back and picked up one he left out for us....an old fridge not worth $175. Now 3 weeks later, the third fridge is not staying cold. Going to buy a brand new fridge tomorrow morning. Out a working fridge (just wanted a bigger oneand $175. Worst experience ever.

We are so pleased at our luck in finding Mike Young and AAA-Action Affordable Appliance. Mike came to our house on a late Friday night call due to our refrigerator dying, and we were at risk of losing all of our food. Mike was able to find the problem and pick up a part for it the next day. While here, he was also able to repair quite quickly a second malfunctioning refrig we had. Our only regret is not calling him sooner! He was very nice, very professional, and very knowledgeable. I give him 5-stars and a definite recommendation!!

I came across this business by accident while in a desperate search for a refrigerator after having been told that mine was not worth the time or money to repair. Not only did he repair the one I already have, but he did it the same day for a very reasonable price. I am such a happy customer, and it was such a pleasure meeting him!! :)

Stopped here by chance looking for a window air conditioner on a very hot day. Every store in Venango county was out of a 5-6k BTU window unit. He had two. I thought the pricing was a little high for age and condition but he gave 30 day warranty. Very nice individual who explained he is a one man show, so call for anything you need. He also repairs appliances at your house. This was his profession for many years before starting his own business. I didn’t end up buying this day but I would should I be in a pinch and not be able to afford new.

Can’t ever find anyone working there. I’ve stopped by several times, and nobody is ever there to help.Also, the appliances they do have out front are gross. One of the refrigerators looked like someone was growing a mold farm for a science project in it. Hopefully they clean stuff up a little before people actually take them home

Took parts from my freezer ( by accident I assume). Called and left messages several times, Even talked to him and asked him to bring them back. Its been two weeks and still no parts. Update 7/11/20, It has been a month since he said he would bring my parts back the next day from his response post. He has never showed up and also the statement he made on here about the parts being fried was not true. He offered to sell me a used freezer for $150 and trade my freezer. I ended up fixing mine myself for under $40. This guy is not an honest business man.
