These guys are an exception in an industry that has a bad overall reputation. The customer service could not be better. They replaced a huge windshield on my Class A motorhome which is flawless. A asked last minute for them to do some other repair work while it was there which they did within the original time frame and delivered it all done to perfection. These guys are just GOOD!

Absolutely will be using them from here on out. I run a mobile grooming business and they took care of me in 24 hours. Upfront honest explain the situation gave me detailed print out about everything. Very professional and clean. One of the biggest things I was looking for was record keeping and being able to plug my rig in overnight to keep my inverter charged. They were all of these things and above. I will be referring all my Mobile friends to them

My experience with AAA was top notch. Eric went above and beyond to get me scheduled in for warranty work estimates. I am a full timmer in my RV.When I realized we had scheduled over a holiday weekend, and I would be without my home for extra days, I called Eric. He, without skipping a beat told me to go ahead and bring it in, stating that he and Patrick would get on it and get me out the same day, so I would have my home back. Once I pulled into the yard, I experienced nothing but professionalism and kindness. Eric and Patrick both came out and got started right away. Before I left the owner came out and met with me. I am sure he is a very busy man. My thoughts was what a wonderful thing for him to do, because it most definitely left me with good feelings about leaving my rig with them to repair. This was the hands down, without a doubt, the best service experience Ive had in a long time. Its rare to find a business that makes you feel like they care. We are in the middle of a 6,000 mile RV trip with our 5th wheel. Our NorCold refrigerator stopped working in Oklahoma. We asked the full-timer RVers at the Tinker AFB FamCamp about whom we should see to get the refrigerator fixed. Everyone enthusiastically recommended AAA RV Collision and Service. Zac came out to our RV and troubleshot the problem to see if we could complete a quick on-site repair. Unfortunately, the whole cooling unit was bad. Roman at the front desk immediately took our information down and promised that they could help get us back on the road and Eric contacted our warranty and service contract company to get this expensive repair authorized. It took some back and forth, but Eric kept us updated and eventually called to let us know that the repair was approved and fully covered. It took only a couple of days to get the cooling unit ordered and delivered. AAA was very sensitive to the fact we were far away from home and even though they were very busy, they found a way to fit us in for the fix. When we delivered our 5th wheel for the fix, Kevin and his father/business owner, Ker, came out to say hello and to make sure everything was working out for us. They also expressed their company commitment to taking good care of every customer, especially veterans. My wife and I were so grateful to have found AAA and for their professional and honorable care. In an industry with so many bottom feeder companies who take advantage of their customers, it was very refreshing to find a company where the culture of the entire staff is to take good care of their customers! AAA RV Collision and Service is a true diamond in the ruff...We will never forget how well they took care of us in our time of need!

Top Notch!!. Called before just installing a higher end costing item. (most places would just install without verifying). Also did great work on my onboard generator. Even though they are 130 miles from me, they are officially my go to place for my RV issues.

I purchased a new to me Class A motorhome and needed to do some suspension enhancements to it. So I ordered everything I needed and my plans were to do the install myself as I had done to a previous motorhome but soon realized I’m too old to do that stuff anymore. I discovered AAA RV Collision & service and explained my situation and Eric fixed me up. Installed everything for me as well as a couple other items that needed attention in a very timely manner. I had AAA Rv repair my 5th wheel after a storm had ripped the roof off and saturated my sub flooring with water. They were very courteous and great at keeping me up to date with the insurance claim and the progress of the extensive repairs. Communication was fantastic. I really appreciated their extensive knowledge about the construction of the coach and the way in which they walked us through the details of their plans to repair the coach to “better than new” condition instead of back to the lackluster Rv manufacturing way. Having to navigate through the shortage of parts and materials was no easy chore, but they were on top of it and kept me informed the whole way! This is the place I will be using from now on!!!

We called five RV shops on our way through the area to see if we could get in for some emergency repairs. We had just purchased a used camper and while traveling cross country to get to an evangelism training program we needed to reach in just two days (1650 more miles to go!realized it was having problems, including a broken air conditioner, and a smoke smell like something electrical was burning. AAA RV Collision and Service was the only shop that I called that was willing to work us into their schedule. They were extremely helpful. They helped us go over the entire camper to let us know if there were any other issues with it. They fixed our air conditioner, wheel bearings, put a new tire on, found where the smoke smell was coming from, and fixed our carbon monoxide monitors, as well as showed us other issues that we could work on later but weren’t required fixes to finish our trip safely. Ker, the owner and his staff of mechanics (numerous mechanics helped us), were so kind and helpful!! We can’t thank them enough. We found every person there to be very sincere and helpful. We prayed before calling this shop, and know God sent us to the right people, we were able to get back up and running the same day!

Our seven week old travel trailer was totaled many, many miles from home…to say we were scared and nervous would be a huge understatement, but somehow Ker and his team were placed in our path…thank goodness for that! Ker and his ENTIRE team treated us like family. Complete strangers dealing with a very large problem so far from home. Kermit and the guys at AAA are amazing. Not only was I in a bind with my horse trailer hot water lines, but they got me in just immediately and fixed within a couple hours. Great customer service. Don’t hesitate to call! I live 3 hours and plan to keep the business returning!

I cannot brag about Kevin and his crew enough! I found this place when a tree went thru the roof of my class A motorhome and I needed an official estimate cost of repairs after October 2020’s horrific ice storm here in Oklahoma and I’m forever grateful I found Kevin.Unfortunately that motorhome was a total loss but I bought another one, decided to rent this one out as a source of income part time and Kevin has gone above and beyond for me to ensure my in-motion satellite dish was installed properly and before my first reservation.They also diagnosed a toilet issue for me in no time when another RV dealer/service center wanted to charge a minimum of 3 hours, Kevin’s crew found the problem in 45 minutes and had it fixed.Knock on wood I won’t ever need body work because that means a renter crashed my motorhome but if I do this will be the only place I bring it too.Kevin and crew have a customer for life and I’m going to definitely tell everyone I know that has a rv/camper about this place!You’d be dumb not to give this place a chance for any repairs :)

I came to AAA after a bad experience with an RV dealer shop. We jammed our main slide and couldnt use it until it was fixed. The dealer kept streaming us along and not communicating what was going on to fix the problem. I pulled the ticked and took it to AAA. They were able to diagnose the problem and provide us an estimated cost in a couple of days, something the dealer shop couldnt do in 4 weeks! We had a particularly unique issue but David and the AAA techs worked with me keeping me informed as well as talking with the slide manufacturer. I will never waste my time with dealer shop run-arounds and will use AAA for all my RV maintenance and repairs in the future. A much more pleasurable experience, but more important, got me back in my RV as quick as possible.

Outstanding and efficient service. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

We had an accident in our 35 foot motorhome while trying to avoid a head on collision. There was significant damage to the fiberglass covered sides and cargo doors. Our motorhome has custom paint and decals which also had to be included in the repair job. We had heard of AAA RV Collision & Service from several other motorhome owners. We drove from Wisconsin to Oklahoma to meet with the owner, Ker Kringlin, and his staff. They spent 3 hours evaluating and photographing the damage in order to submit a bid to our insurance company. Unfortunately our insurance disagreed with the estimate of expenses. At this point Ker Kringlin contacted the insurance adjuster directly to explain the extent of damages and the need to properly repair our relatively new motorhome. The insurance adjuster was a new employee of the insurance company and was not aware of the difficulties involved with repairing recreational vehicles. He had no clue about the slide outs on our motorhome. The insurance adjuster wanted us to take our motorhome to their preferred repair shop, Camping World, which is notorious for shoddy workmanship. The insurance adjuster recommended the holes in the fiberglass be repaired with Bondo and would not need new doors. He further recommended cutting corners on the paint and clear coat protection to save money. Ker Kringlin sent several emails and made multiple phone calls to “educate” the insurance adjuster regarding recreational vehicle repairs. Ker Kringlin intervened on our behalf to insure our motorhome was properly repaired and restored to pre-accident condition. The repair job was completed professionally and in a timely manner so we were not displaced from our home any longer than necessary. We are very satisfied with Ker Kringlin and his friendly, competent staff at AAA RV Collision & Service.

Stopped in for a insurance job...Left with New Friends...thats the title...From April to July these guys have had my rv. I was contemplating a new rv...and Ker...talked me out of it. Heres a guy who also sells rvs talks me out of selling mine and buying a new one...huh? Anyway in one word for Ker, Kevin and Roman, I can explain them....trust. I believe you can trust them. I wrinkled three cargo bay doors when an unseen rock hopped right out in front of me in an RV park! They were not repairable, Kevin worked closely with Tiffin to get the door manufactured for my 07 Bus. Once the doors arrived Kevin worked us into his schedule and our Bus was ready in around 2 weeks! That included mounting the doors, (which now work smoother than when new!multi colored painting of the doors to color match the 13 year old paint and clear coat.The Bus looks GREAT!Kevin is so easy, friendly, and knowledgeable. He kept me updated on the progress, no surprises. The staff was friendly and polite, and the shop was clean and orderly, which means a lot to me.Could not be happier with the repair experience. They came and picked up motor home which saved us 4 hours of driving time to start with. While they were fixing the rear corner of the motor home body work they uncovered a serious problem that we had taken to the dealer several times to fix and obviously was not. They had to do major work but found out exactly what it was and the manufacturers warranty completely covered it. Another problem we had again tried to get fixed several times at the dealer and wasn’t fixed they again found out what the actual cause was and again completely fixed covered by the manufacturer warranty. We actually feel much better about the coach now. They also put in a gravity water fill after the factory told me “there is no way that can be done” !! Takes 10 minutes to fill it rather than 30 minutes before.!! Was a major problem at NASCAR races where the trucks have to fill it and the person was upset it was taking so long so we would only get it partially filled.The bodywork was perfect also and the entire coach spotless when we picked it up

From day 1 things could not have been better. From paint repair, to new slide out gaskets, slide out room repair, etc. We had some paint damage and AAA made contact with our insurance company and got all that worked out for us. The whole team is professional and I can highly recommend AAA RV Collision Service for anything you need done.

AAA collision helped me immensely with my insurance claim on my RV. When the insurance company did not pay for all of the damages, AAA supplemented the insurance company and expedited the process. My RV had extensive hail damage that caused leaking issues. They were able to get it all replaced. They got right to my project. They began on my project stating it would take 10-14 days and were done by day six! They found all of the damage and replaced everything, working with my insurance company the whole way on my behalf. You cannot find a more professional and personable business than AAA. The workmanship was phenomenal to go along with unparalleled communication. I’d recommend ANYONE to use them for any of your RV needs. These are great, family oriented people and it’s obvious they take pride in their service.

As we were traveling from Michigan out west to California we ended up going through Oklahoma City and we needed some work done on our RV. We ended up looking around the area and found AAA RV Collision and they had multiple good reviews so we decided to give them a call. Well it’s a good thing we did because we received the best service and hospitality we have ever encountered at a repair shop. We decided to get our slide out seal replaced but they did not have my specific kind on hand but was able to order for next day delivery. Due to this we needed to stay another day in the area so they offered for us to stay on their lot with 50 amp hookup. I HAVE NEVER BEEN OFFERED THAT ANYWHERE ELSE!! Other than that the service was wonderful and the associate are very kind and generous! I also had a wheel center cap that was moving around while I drove and making a god awful noise that they took care of for us as well while we were there. Just had a Hambys keel protector installed on my boat. They installed one on my last boat and did very nice work. When I had to put one on my new boat, they got the job. Very neat work, looks great and protects my keel when beaching the boat.

I had my right front tire blow out, causing terrible damage to my 2014 motorhome. The tire destroyed the panel around the tire, tore wires loose, ripped the inner fender/mud flap completely off, damaged paint above the damaged panel and on the slide out behind the tire, and caused damage to ceramic tile inside.My big concern was matching the paint & making the paint look as good as before the damage occurred.AAA RV made my motorhome look better than it did before the damage occurred.They were always attentive to my concerns and were always able to answer my questions.And, they were great at helping my communicate with the insurance adjusters.I absolutely recommend AAA RV!

Very knowledgeable and excellent service

There appears to be nothing AAA RV cant do or get done for a motorhome. I have used their service and expertise late 2011 and never been disappointed. They have a strong network of talent they have drawn upon to do the seemingly impossible, to include reverse engineering and fabrication of parts no longer stocked.This year I traded my coach for a top of the line coach with some years and miles on it having no fear that they could make it showroom new, and they havent disappointed.

Beautiful work on repairs from water damage. Looks better than NEW and for a very Fair price. Super quick to get it done and back. Would totally recommend to anyone needing rv repairs.

Kevin, Ker, and the AAA RV Collision team are the insurance claims experts! My RV required some major structural and fiberglass reconstruction after a collision. Using their service expertise in working with the insurance company, the repairs were done correctly and expertly. They went above and beyond to ensure the paint blended and matched when the insurance company wanted it done another (cheaperway! Veteran friendly. I had some service work done as well and I will be using them as my regular shop in the future. I highly recommend them!

I drove my RV from the west coast to have a few items repaired before the warranty expired. My RV dealer was too swamped to even look at my RV for 4 to 6 weeks. AAA RV Collision and Service came highly recommended by my RV manufacturing company. The following morning, AAA RV promptly repaired all of my warranty issues. They also pointed out additional items that needed attention and fixed them too. When I picked up my RV, they thoughtfully turned on the generator to cool my coach. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and professional. My experience with AAA Collision and Service was simply delightful in every way.

I had always heard good things about AAA RV Collision & Fiberglass repair. I needed a very rare vintage truck fiberglass dually fender repaired from a tire blowout that broke the fender virtually completely in half, so I was very apprehensive to let anyone attempt the repair on this very rare fender.Ker, the owner, assured me that his team was more than capable to do the repair, so I entrusted them to do it. I’m here to tell you guys that AAA repaired my fender absolutely as good or maybe even better than new!!! It is impossible to even tell where they fiberglassed it back together!!
