AAA Safe-N-Sound Storage in Utah County

The prices are reasonable for a gated storage facility. Each user is given a unique pin to enter the gate. I took one star away because it is not 24hr access and if you are inside after the closing time, the gate will not open to let you out. It will cost you to have someone come let you out. I understand not allowing anyone in after hours, but getting out should be okay.

Had a great experience! Very easy booking online and Julian was great to work with. The only reasons for the 4 star are 1. I was told during the online reservation process that management would reach out to me with the access code, but I ended up having to reach out to them and going in to get it (not a big deal2. The door mechanism was really sticky and I couldnt open or close it without my boyfriends help (luckily he was there). Other than that, great clean unit, great price, easy to get in day of

I was with Right space for the last 3 years and I have never had an issue. I just recently moved out because we no longer needed the space and it was quick and easy. The manager, Julian was very helpful and professional.

I was meant to move into my storage unit on Saturday Feb 12th. I was renting a Uhaul from their location as well. They told me I just needed to stop by to get the security code. I told them I would come Saturday morning. The guy I spoke to told me he would make a note. Saturday morning comes, 9am I am wanting to pick up the Uhaul and get the code but the office is closed. The sign on the door says open Saturday 9-6. We knocked and called many times and left a voicemail. Waited until 9:30 but had to leave. We went back at 11. Still closed and no one has called me back.It is now Monday feb 14. 3 days into my “lease” no call back. No one answering the phone and I am still without a code and unable to move my things.

We have used this storage multiple times and it has always been a very good experience. They have great prices and the units are all in very good shape. The people working there are also very helpful.

Great place to keep you stuff. But they had the pavement redone and so much thick dust inside the unit. Some stuff we will have get rid of. I have not spoken to them about this but I intend to.

We used this storage service in January and everything was good. The doors and latches seemed a little tight, so opening and closing the storage units required extra physical force.

What I really like about this place, is that a they have a huge RV storage area. I myself havent got anything there, but my friend took me there to show me his trailer. The ease of getting in and out of the property was great. The road was a little rough get back to the storage area for the trailers but I was in a four-wheel drive truck which wasnt necessary, but they had some potholes you had to go around and the road is not paved back to the store to the trailers. I dont know anything about the prices or staff, but they have a house where people live 24 hours a day so thats good.

Prices keep going up. When we first got our unit we paid about $60 now were paying $80. If the prices didnt keep going up Id give it a 5.Due to the units being outside it gets really dusty inide our unit. (Granted we dont up keep the inside as well as we should). We have had minimal spider webs and never have had any rodent issues. Overall the location is prefect for us. There have never been theft issues and the staff is pleasant to work with.

Horrible staff, constantly monitor people while loading unit and whenever you come back and again when moving out. I know I had things missing when I unpacked and I was the only person with access and lock key. Man in charge very rude to women, lady not professional, I heard her calling other tenants names, just not professional. I would strongly staying away from these units. Expensive and treated very badly.

They are conveniently located in SF. The staff was very helpful.
