Always had a good experience so far. Have gotten a fridge, dishwasher, couch, and mower from them. The prices are like any buy here pay here place but the service is good. Theyve bever hesitated to help in any way possible.

This place is absolute ripoff.New mowers for 3700,you can buy one at Lowes for 2k.Just because they r rent to own,you can charge people double that have to pay over time.Should b illegal

I got my son a ps4 vr for Christmas and the pieces were not all there, its closed tomorrow so now he has to wait until Monday even though he is super excited

I absolutely love Aarons! Friendly and helpful staff. They treat you like family. If you need something and dont have the money to buy it outright (because lets face it people who has thousands of dollars just sitting around for a new couch, stove, etc?Give Aarons a try! Ive been with them for a few years now and regret that I didnt go with them sooner!

I would NOT recommend this store to anybody! The girl who is in charge of my account, her name is Amy, has continued to automatically run payments out of my bank account even after I have set up times to call her and make payments when my husband gets paid! She has bounced my bank account and disregard anything I’ve said about my payments! She is also very belligerent and rude every time I talk to her! I have purchased things from the store in the past and never had a problem. But for some reason this lady absolutely will not give me a fair deal!!

Expensive over time but ok if you dont have a large sum of money to buy it normally.

Tried getting a home computer from these people and got the computer with no cords on Dec23/24,2019 no cords and with the understanding that it was$5! special for the first month and I called and said my husband wanted it returned he didnt think we could afford it til I went back to work. well talked to the woman not 10mins ago and shes trying to say we owe 144 with late fees and until its paid we will owe every two weeks whether its picked up or not.And we ordered a desk which was never delivered and I tried telling her this buy she said it wouldnt make a difference in the payment but yet the woman who worked out order up said it will make our payment a little more.WHAT? WHOEVER this woman is (talked to her on 1-24-20around 5:15pm AARONS HAS WORKING FOR THEM needs to have her replaced.Very rude not customer friendly at all.(Thank you and I as well have went to the ones above urstore)

I got 2 great deals and the staff was just delightful.

I have waited over a week for my stuff to arrive from an online order. And now I have to wait damn near a week for them to deliver it to me. I feel I will have better luck hiring someone to use their own truck to go pick it up for me. Im going to have a month payment due on less then a week and wont even have my items for a week. This is screwed up and very unprofessional. Since I order d online they should have just delivered to me and not the store. Smdh

I went here to purchase a dresser. I found one in the back that I liked and said I wanted it. Upon delivery I noticed the pannel on the back was busted which isnt a huge deal but I am upset im being charged full price for damaged goods

Tries to close the sale as soon as you walk in the door. I went in there to look and first thing I hear is I can get the delivered for you for free if you purchase today. I honestly looked at him with this wow look and walked right back out side

Im not very happy with the experience. The people are nice, but my items are not what i seen in the store. It took them forever to even get them to me, I was lied to a few different times, and now I yet again have to make a trip to the store to show the damage that was done to the items and the extra critters they sent. Im very disappointed in Aarons, and Im honestly on the verge of telling them to come gather up the items, and take my business back to rent a center! Smh I tried to give them a chance. 😭
