They never answer their phone

I would give 0 stars if I could. My husband and I had purchased (paid in fullsofa & loveseat, 2 smart tvs, PlayStation 4 and coffee table. This was over 4 years or more, we were always told how great customers we were. The last thing bought from Aarons was an entertainment center, only had 2 payments left and was paid off. This was June 2017. My husband who was very sick (and ev1 at Aurora Indiana location knew it, passed away June 2nd. I called and told them immediately within a few days, my payment would be late and over the years was never late. I was threatened with huge late fees told them come get it.

Horrible company, I have never rented anything from them and they call me every now and then asking for people I dont even know on my home phone after repeatedly telling them that I dont know the people they are looking for. Then one day one of their trucks pull in my driveway while I was in the restroom, they knocked and left before I got to the front door.

I love this place! They are very knowledgable an so helpful. Brian the G.M is great at what he does! Hes a man of his word an he will help you in anyway he can. They need more people like him out there running businesses. So to say the least I have never had a bad experience here an I would recomened it to anyone!

Last resort place...paper work out the ying-yang...even paying cash. .Bought a washer and dryer set like 6 years ago....washers junk today.. the only thing nice about it is the 120 days same as cash....

Always deal with John. He is so sweet and very professional. Everybody we have dealt with has been amazing. Great customer service. Having a problem with our stereo not lighting up. They are picking up tomorrow and having it fixed. Told me exactly how long it would take to get fixed. I would recommend everyone check them out.

Absolutely worthless, the call reference one allegedly they dont answer the first time and they refuse to call again. Lazy lazy near ignorant employee. The young lady at this location is the only person there doing work and the only one who should be in customer service. They wanted me to do their job for them in order to give them my business? Hicks.

I went in for some furniture and some blonde girl up front was so out of it and couldnt answer a simple question. I took my business elsewhere. Just what I want drug addicts renting furniture to me

My experience with Aarons was horrible. Received a pre leased hide a bed couch from them that had bed bugs. The offered no refund, no replacement, nothing . It took them 9 days to come get the couch, then uuut took them an hour to get in truck. Ive contacted better business bureau, now, Im filing in small claims court. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

They bought Rent a Center in Lawrenceburg Indiana. We are now customers there.. They have an employee her name is Tiffany. She is an amazing person. She use to be the manager of Rent a Center. She is the reason why we are staying a customer.
