Lonnie did a great job to inspect a house I am going to purchase. He spent almost 4 hours to check each and everything. And another hour to go over the report. He uses an application to provide the report. He uploaded photos and added his comments in the report. You can also view the report in HTML tabs or PDF format and share with your realtor. When I first contacted Lonnie I was desperate for help. I couldnt find anyone to come out to our remote area and test the house we were purchasing for mold. Our daughter is highly sensitive to it and has black mold poisoning. Lonnie came to our rescue actually driving for hours to our location. He did a thorough testing for mold, sending the results to a lab. He even took pictures of the parcel being mailed! Luckily the mold testing came back ok.
