Owner doesnt care about customers

I have reached out to Mr. Agustin about my pay off for months and my title yet he has yet to give me a payoff. He has been giving me the run around to pay him off. Makes me think he don’t have a title for my car available. And since I bought it he promised two parts I have yet to get them. This was my second car I bought from him. I trusted him. Yet he fails to respond to me and give me my payoff and title. I owe less than $300 in my books. Who wouldn’t want to get paid off. Maybe someone that don’t have a title to my car, that he sold to me. Mr. Augustin please fix this issue with me I want my payoff and title. You have my info get ahold of me since your avoiding my calls and text. I have been nothing but nice, respectful and patient with this company. Never did I see this coming from Mr. Augustin.
