Great meal. Beer was good. Litte pricey, but overall recommended. Staff excellent.

What a surprise! Large hotel, with great restaurant & cafe. Stayed in the motel section which had everything you need for a weekend stay, & privacy from rest of the popular hotel. Staff were very friendly & helpful to mature-age visitors. I left a dress behind in the cupboard & they swiftly returned it to me. Recommend for weekend events in north or west Brisbane.

The venue was nice enough and the food was alright, however the young staff were miserable and not very friendly. The DJ (who staff were rude and abrupt towas asked for a playlist, which they then did not play. I would never recommend this facility for a function.

Great place to stay and have a great meal. Everyone is polite and friendly. Rooms are very clean and tidy.

Went with mixed feelings as when went years ago I didnt like. That being said I loved everything about it. Would def recommend it

Great set up for Melbourne Cup today, venue was good, so was the food & drinks package and shout out to Tim & Caelum for looking after us for so well all day!

My husband and I stayed in the motel for 2 nights while I was having some surgery at the hospital nearby. The staff were wonderful. The meals were delicious and the prices on par with other hotels. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Had a great day at the Melbourne cup day event with the family! Great service from Tim and Caelum, coming back next year for sure!

Without a table booking and clearly packed out and busy , the dining host went out of his way to find a spot for our group to sit and eat.The professional standard of “every” staff member we dealt with was amazing.The food as always was amazing, extremely quick service on a packed out Saturday Night.Thanks for a great night out guys.

Room clean and tidy. Had to buy my own plates to use in microwave as none in room. Lovely big shower. My main problem is that I have been trying to obtain my invoice for accommodation. I have rung numerous times and it always go to voicemail saying leave a message and they will return my call. Multiple messages left and nil return of calls. Notice an extra fee also charged to my card and unsure as to why.

Everton Park Hotel is our local, we"ve been here so many times, always had a good time, so decided it was a good spot to have my 50th birthday party.I must admit I felt like they dropped the ball a bit on us.We specifically asked for the cake to be brought out after the first round of food, so it could be served as desert, cos there were a lot of kids at the party. It didnt come out till after 8:30pm and by then a fair number of the families with small kids had left.We were told we couldnt have a DJ for music, but they could play a Spotify list. My wife spent ages compiling a play list, with songs that were special & had particular relevance & signifigance to us & our friends, only to be told on the night that they couldnt get it working.And lastly, they ran out of my favourite beer, Hahn Superdry 3.5 at 7pm - an hour after the party started.Considering how much we spent with them on the party, we were a little disappointed.

We were at the hotel on Saturday 8th October for a wake.We were looked after so we’ll.The staff were fantastic, the prices were a little bit dear but we enjoyed ourselves so much.Special thanks to Ned the bar person on public bar.Service was exceptional with an easy smile, good conversation and cool ability to serve while under a bit of stress.Highly recommend this hotel to those who wish to enjoy a meal and a drinkThank youJenni

Room was outdated, small and dirty. I was attacked by bugs in the bed the first night. No cutlery or plates. The cleaning staff were amazing when I told them they replaced all the linen. The hosts were great to my husband while I was in hospital at North west private. The food was a little over priced for some dishes. I had a salad the first night , absolutely amazing. The next night, different menu, again I ordered a salad , made me gag. They offered a replacement meal. I got fish and chips to the room. I felt the chefs were a tad annoyed as I got fish and chips, totally oily. Not drained out of the fryer. I know because I was a cook for many years. That’s why I gave 3 stars. What was good was very very good, and the bad.. well bad

Great place to have a catch-up with friends, has nice entertainment area for the kids too. Downsides: limited choice of non-alcoholic drinks (food is fineand the app to order food is just SO AWFULLY SLOW and hard to navigate, it literally takes half an hour to order via the app.

After eating at the bistro for lunch and got an extremely bad case of food poisioning. Called to let the manager know to investigate as worried about someone elderly catching the same and left my details but noone bothered to follow up with me. Will never eat here again.

The playground was good but the food orders took a considerable time to be delivered to the table (1.25hr). This made dinning with little children challenging.

Had a family function at last moment and were able to accommodate for a group for 20 on a rainy day,great service and plenty of areas to sit in any weather, food was also great and reasonably priced, good pub if your in the area

Perhaps a little pricey for food that was just a little above average. Extremely limited dessert menu. Friendly and attentive staff, however. Played some eight ball in the sports bar on reasonably well maintained tables. This place does allow you to pay to open a table and avoid having to feed it coin after each game. Seems to attract a fairly happy clientele, no evidence of hooliganism. A generally pleasant place for a meal. A drink or a game of pool.

We dined at the Everton Park Hotel on a Saturday night with a young baby in tow. The food was excellent and the service was even better. They were so accommodating and helpful and genuinely pleasant. I cannot praise the staff enough; it made for a great family night out.

A nice place for a meal or to take the kids on the weekend. Large play area which has a merry go round as well. Food service seems to be up there with most pub grub and at times can be a very busy place. Attached to EPH is a Liquorland which has very friendly and helpful team members to assist you with your roadie!

2 stars because the staff were really nice and food was quick but food is bad and over priced, 1 star. Chicken wings were obviously reheated the still cold in the middle. The manager did replace them and give me a free drink which was appreciated but I dont know what is going on in the kitchen. I had a Parma, cheese was cheap, napoli sauce tasted like it was just some tomatoe paste scooped from a can and the chicken was dry. Chips were good.

Nice meals. Very filling and well priced. Book ahead on weekends for the Bistro and expect noise from the childrens area next to it.

Stayed for one night, while the room was clean and well priced, the bed and pillows left a bit to be desired. But like said probably priced to suit.The meals in the Pub were great with good service.Overall a good experience.

We had a recent birthday celebration in the Bistro. The service was great. The staff went out of their way to make it special. The food was excellent too.

One of the best places on the north side to take kids out for dinner. Great playground for the kids and good food for the parents.

Have eaten here many times. Never has my steak been cooked as I ordered it. Unfortunately will return due to the playground for the kids

We went there because of the playground for my kids, but besides that the food is ok, nothing spectacular and expensive for the quality. You need to train the waiters, we ordered a pizza without Ham, it had Ham when the pasta arrived, they never offered us extra parmesan cheese or anything, and when they brought the desert we havent even finished our plates, they should ask us first.

Terrible experience- we won’t be back. Yes you were busy but there is no excuse for meals to come separately- I’m talking everyone else had finished eating and some people were still waiting for their meals 30 mins later at our table. And yes we ordered at the same time.Your waitresses were so unorganized and flustered. It doesn’t make for a good dining experience.Food itself was also terrible. We had a southern fried chicken burger- overly sweet due to the maple sauce and undercooked chicken; and a Hawaiian pizza which was also undercooked.We left and got Macdonalds on the way home because we were so disappointed in the food!

Delicious food, the chefs are wonderful. Great customer service and food is well worth the prices! Unlike a lot of places in the area.We order regularly as we love the food! 😊

Don’t bother. The place uses a thirdParty booking company and when you need to talk to the actual tavern they are uncontactable.Service was poor. Put us on a table that sits 10 comfortably but we had a booking for 13 people. We had to sit on corners of the table.Never going their again👎

A lovely clean and tidy room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great hot shower.The staff were really nice and friendly as well and my car was safe - I felt safe.I would definitely go back again.Thankyou so much.

The staff go above and beyond for their guests here. The place has a massive enclosed playground for the kids out the back, excellent coffee and food is value for money and so yum, huge variety of beers on tap

Loved my short stay here. Small but comfortable room, very clean, and lovely helpful staff. Highly recommended, and will definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Brisbane again.

Used to go here as a kid. Still very family friendly. Not the best value food, and the ordering system is not the most relaxed or consistent (different orders from different people made at the same time arrived half an hour apart), but the staff were apologetic about our experience. The food was ok for a pub. Burger was a bit too small, and the steak-eaters thought they were only OK, especially at $40. So 3 stars tops as a restaurant, but the extra star is because the kids had a good time.

I was going here for lunch with my grandparents whom i dont get the chance to see often. It was a nice looking place and was packed. This happened to be one of the only good things about our experience there.First of all, we were seated and wete told we order through a QR code. (which i get it, its quite the norm now This wasnt an issue for me but she left before we could ask where my grandparents could order as they dont have phones. They ended up waiting at a random counter until they were finally apprched by a member of staff.The service was the worst of all. None of the staff looked like they wanted to be there and one of the guys was walking around chewing gum and wouldnt even talk to you as he handed you your drinks. He would just sort of dangle it over the table and wait for one of us to take it. Next thing was that our food arrived cold. My grandparents were quite disappointed. The schnitzel was not too bad however, wasnt dry or hard. Unfortunately it wasnt hot but otherwise tasted okay. This place is way too overpriced for the experience we had there and probably wont be back to eat again

So heres the thing. There was a fair wait time on the food, and Im not sure I love the online ordering system. But that aside, when my medium rare eye fillet steak arrived it was *absolutely perfectly cooked*, the chips were phenomenal, and the salad was properly dressed. Everyone else at the table loved their meals as well. I dont remember the food being this good last I was here (years ago). So, EPH, youve definitely upped your game, well done. That was excellent pub grub.

Looking beyond the awesome food and beverages from the bistro; the sports bar has always had a great atmosphere. I personally like to enjoy a drink or 2 in the gaming room - they are actually offering soup of the day at the moment because of the cold weather. Soup and the new coffee machine are lovely additions to a chilly night! The staff are always so wonderful, a big mention to Conan and Lachlan on last Friday night, super accommodating and great conversationalists.

Wow, what a play ground for the little ones. Amazing. My dinner was good, but please be careful with the steak guys, Medium Rare was a tad over cooked and with the price steak is these days it is l treat when going out. Service was good and hotel was nice and clean. Thanks team

Hired the terrace area for my sons first birthday, this was next to the playground/carousel so it was perfect. Playground is amazing for all ages.We got platters for the event and everyone said they were really good. The duck springs rolls were delicious!It was easy to book and organise, and was stress free!The only one thing that was a little disappointing was we booked the party from 12-2pm which is when the carousel was supposed to be running, but during the party the carousel closed as they were too busy at the restaurant, so we had some disappointed kids for a little while.Otherwise we were very happy with how everything went! Would recommend!

Dined in the restaurant for lunch. Staff and service were fantastic. The venue was great and the playground was huge, perfect for little ones waiting on lunch. Food was delish and arrived quickly. Will definitely be retuning!

Food was ok. Not many non spicy vegetarian options, but thats pretty typical for a pub. Wine selection ok.The playground gets -10 stars. There is a pole missing from the fence that has been brought to staff attention for at least 3 months with no remedy to fix. The kids can get through easily & run off. Every time staff are notified, they say they had no idea & will tell management. This then makes me question if the actual playground equipment is tested to ensure it is still safe given it is open to the elements. For all we know theres a rusted bit of metal up the top but no staff or management would know or care it seems.The carousel is probably great, however for a 6pm start & then waiting until 7.30pm then giving up waiting for it to open & going home is disappointing for 2 little boys. Today a private party rented it during the day. Plenty of empty spots but a 3 & 6 year old were told no & to wait 3 hours until it opened to the public. Absolutely understand a private event for those kids, but it was less than half full. It would not have hurt staff or the mothers looking on with disdain at 2 disappointed faces to let them have a go.Theres also a very large hole at the bottom of the yellow slide. I was looking up to watch the 3 year old & tripped injuring my ankle which is turning blacker by the minute & cut my leg up quite impressively.There are some serious liability issues going on here that have had no priority or provisions made or even any staff to show any interest.Serious action needed before we will consider returning.

Hi,We visited your hotel last Monday the recent public holiday.The guy on the welcome area was very nice. We had booked in advance.I went to the counter and was greeted by Christian. He was very nice and took our order. When it came to discussing the childrens ice cream as part of their meal he said , just come up here and they can have anything from the gelato bar free as part of the meal. I went back and told my children this and they were excited.The meals started to arrive at our table 114. Garlic bread x 2 and the childrens meals. Great and its good the kids meals early as they are hungry. I had to ask 4 times for their dinks each time being told someone will bring them, they didnt.My meal came alone - a caesar salad. Eggs were hard, Lettuce was soaking wet, the bacon didnt look cooked just cheap bacon bits thrown on, hardly any parmesan cheese and croutons so hard they almost broke my teeth. 3 out of 10.My sons food arrived just after mine. Fish and chips. There was so much salt on the chips he could hardly eat them. Everything else was ok. My wifes lunch didnt arrive for another 15 mins. We wanted lunch together but that didnt happen. My wife had a steak sandwich. The meat was so tough i could use it as shoe leather for my worn out shoes. It was poor quality as a meal that we paid for. My childrens meals - chicken nuggets were under cooked. I stopped my son from eating them. I tried to catch a staff member but couldnt grab anyones attention - you will say you were busy and under staffed, no excuse. Both kids burgers were bone dry, like yo had them ready cooked and heated them up. I know thats the case. I could see it. Then came the ice cream. I a staff member that finally saw us and i asked that the ice creams are from the gelato bar and the and they can choose a few flavours as part of their meal. She said No. They get a mini ice cream and thats it. I explained that Christian told us that the kids would get a choice of gelato/ ice cream and come up and they can choose what they wanted. I said the your female staff member that this is not what Christian had said. She said he was new and wrong and no you cant have gelato for your children. I was a touch annoyed. I advised her that someone needed to chat to him to stop him from saying this to customers.The whole experience was not good.

My Grandsons birthday party was pre booked here. My daughter told them we were bringing our own cake, was told we could refrigerate cake in 3 emails on the day duty manager refused to let us refrigerate cake. Food was terrible. Only one staff member was helpful and he was going between bar and tables. Have been here before without issue will not be going again.

This is the place to go if you have a family with young children. There are nightly carousels, and an enormous playground area.The drinks are fine - wine is okThe food has had an overhaul recently (2022). Prior to this it was basically bad pub food. Now - it’s reasonably good pub food. I will commend the chicken in particular - someone on staff really knows how to season them chicken. Strongly recommended.Stay away from the ribs - far too sweet.

A family group of 7 enjoyed dinner here on Thursday evening. The kids loved the playground & free carousel. Special mention to Angie on the restaurant desk who went above & beyond to help us relocate to a much better table to view the children in the playground & out of the cool breeze. GO ANGIE.

We attended your venue for celebration dinner on Friday night, we booked online which was really easy to navigate. When we got there we were greeted by the hostess (Sorry I forgot her namewho was really friendly, and showed us to our table. She explained the online menu and how to order, we havent been out for a while so we havent seen this type of thing before. The food came out altogether and was so tasty!! I had the gnocchi and it was so delicious, our entire table was very pleased with the food! We all really just wanted to say thank you for having us, and providing us with tremendous service as this was the first time our family had gotten together since COVID started. Please thank the staff on that night, we had an amazing time!

10 of us went for lunch including children. Was moderately busy which was great. The kids had a blast in the playground, it is really big with plenty of room for all. The food and drinks came in a timely manner and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals, they are huge, no one was left hungry. Service was great and it was nice to get all our meals at the same time.I am sure we will be back
