Amazing firm! Robert has always been on the ball with any and all of my requests. I could never imagine trusting anyone else with my accounting needs. Accounting Specialty Group does my business accounts, personal, mother, friends, and family. Has always treated everyone with respect. Probably the nicest most professional group of people, truly could not ask for a better professional relationship.

When one pays for professional services, you expect professional service & advice.In no particular order:*Did not adequately advise us of basic income guidelines & thresholds creating unnecessary & additional work in the area of retirement planning* Did not properly advise us fully about the ramifications of filing an extension* Did not respond to multiple emails, phone calls, or communicate in the most basic manner one would expect from a professional services business.ALL OF WHICH is astounding to find out that the accountant allegedly working on our return is on VACATION. Two weeks before our taxes are due.I understand not being a large client, but it is not concierge service to expect basic communication. I rarely if ever leave negative reviews, but this has been a nightmare.
