The staff at Achieva were wonderful in rehabing my 92 year old mom after a fall that had sidelined her. Joel was an excellent diagnostician in developing a plan to work on gaining leg strength and endurance while promoting balance. Therapist Jess is very knowledgeable, yet the perfect caring "cherrleader" to provide a friendly, caring comfort zone. We highly recommend Achieva as an effective alternative to more medication, and for creating a safer way for Mom to live at home.

It was great having PT at home in my environment. Not having my husband drive me to sessions and straggling to get me into a facility was a major plus. Experiencing difficulties with knee weakness, I reached out to Joel. He started me on exercises and within a few weeks I am now able to do stairs with no problem. The in home service is more personal. Definitely recommend Achieva !!

You cant go wrong with Achieva Rehabilitation! When I had shoulder surgery in August, I needed PT the next day (Saturday). One call to Achieva prior to surgery and Joel was here Saturday morning. The convenience of having in-home PT was nothing short of remarkable. Joel was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very informative. Time was never an issue and he would spend as much time with me as needed. He would also call and text me to see how I was progressing with the exercises in between sessions. I cannot say enough about Achieva. They were wonderful. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Achieva Rehab - Schuylkill, Luzerne, Carbon !! Kind and thoughtful in-home therapy. At 36 years old I have been diagnosed with MS. Many dizziness and balance issues, weight loss and loss of muscle strength and control. I can’t say enough positive things about Joel Digris and the progress I’m making with his guidance and support.

My mom underwent knee replacements for both knees in March and April. Jessica and Joel did an excellent job of providing convenient home physical therapy. But thats not all! She needed continued PT after an unfortunate incident that found her undergoing 2 additional orthopedic trauma surgeries. They helped her gain the strength and confidence she needed to walk once again. She has progressed to walking unassisted and even climbing stairs.

Joel and his team have treated/worked with my mom over a few months with remarkable change. The therapy gave her confidence to do steps which she hasn’t done in years as well as provided her exercises that she does daily to continue her improvement. My experience as a home therapy participant with Achieva was excellent. Therapist Jennifer was very courteous and caring, yet was able to guide and encourage me to "get off my duff", and work hard to overcome my knee revision surgery. Excellent physical therapy for my mom, age 90. Helped her regain strength, mobility, endurance and confidence following a hospital stay for pneumonia. The Achieva therapists were so compassionate, friendly professional and helpful. They helped mom achieve much more than we thought possible - not only to get around the house safely and do steps but expand her mobility outdoors. Mom, who is almost 91 now, asked for a new leaf blower for Mothers Day so she can keep our deck clean! Thank you Achieva Rehabilitation!

Joel and his team of therapists are remarkable individuals. Their knowledge and passion for what they do is top notch. Many times my family had to depend on them to help loved ones regain mobility, and they never disappointed. They would sit with us and explain everything to us. Joel and his staff taught my Mom the exercises that she needed to continue to do on her own since she could no longer afford her copays. She is getting stronger and her balance is improving. She has not had any more falls since she has started doing the suggested exercises at least 3 times per week.

Kudos to Achieva Rehabilitation and their wonderful PT Daniella! I had a serious tear to my quadricep tendon and was in a straight-leg brace for nine weeks. The Doctor recommended in-home therapy. My physical therapist, Daniella, was assigned to my care. She was amazing from day one. She was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and amazing in using the simplest items in my home to help me rehabilitate my leg and improve my balance and get me on the road to recovery. I have had an excellent result and am grateful to Daniella and Achieva Rehabilitation. I would highly recommend them.

Joel was more knowledgeable than any other physical therapist that Ive recently been to for a lower back work injury that I sustained. Instead of focusing on stretching exercises that only exasperated my problem, he concentrated more on watching my own body mechanics while I simulated work related exercises to re-train my subconscious to automatically improve my ergonomics so I could return to work faster and with more confidence of not being re-injured at work again. Best of all, he helped me accomplish this through his tele-health program on Zoom so I never had to leave my house. I highly recommend anyone who is presently in a physical therapy program that is not living up to there expectations to give his program a try, Achieva Rehabilitation worked for me.

I was having falls and really did not understand why. Joel from Achieva evaluated me through a video visit. I was skeptical at first wondering how therapy could possibly work through video visits. I was so wrong. For years I could not lay on my back without the room spinning. Joel tested me to find out that the crystals in my one ear were moved. This problem was corrected by Joel in one video visit. He gave me exercises to work on my balance. What a difference these visits made in my life. I have not had anymore falls and I am doing so much better. With these uncertain times, these video visits were a blessing. Achieva Rehab visited my elderly mother in her home to assist with her mobility. They worked with her to strengthen her legs and increase flexibility and range of motion in her hip and knee to help improve instability due to arthritis.The team that visited my mother was very professional. They listened to my mother and provided exercises that worked for her. They kept my family informed of her progress all through her treatment plan.I am very happy with their service and thankful for everything they have done to help my mother.

My mother was having back pain and her loss of mobility was really impacting her ability to walk with a can or with a walker. As soon as she started doing her exercises her pain levels went from a 7 to a 5 the very next day! At the end of the 3 months her walking was significantly im- proved. We were very happy with the results and all the exercises to improve her balance, gait, and strength were definitely easy to incorporate into her daily routine..

I have had progressive spinal stenosis and increasing, unrelenting pain for the past 3 years. Because my outlook on life had changed, I made the decision to call Achieva based on positive referrals from my physician and success stories from neighbors and church friends. I cannot say enough about Achieva Rehabilitation. After being told my husband would never walk again and months and months of therapy in 2 different states and 3 different therapy centers, Achieva took him on as a patient and I am very happy to say he is now walking after more than 2 1/2 years in a wheelchair. My husband, David, started therapy with Achieva Rehabilitation approximately 6 weeks ago. With the in home visits and exercises he was given to do we have seen improvement in his walking and stamina.

I enjoy doing the therapy right in the comfort of my own home. The weather is cold and we will soon possibly have snow and I don’t need to worry about traveling out for therapy. I’ve had therapy at other clinics and this surpasses anything I’ve ever had before! Achieva is wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone! The therapists have helped me tremendously!

I am so grateful for Achieva Rehab. They took great care of me through 2 knee replacements. It is so wonderful to do your rehab in your own setting so that your program is tailored to the things that you need to do to be successful. When I went to my surgeon for my 6 week check he was amazed at how well I was doing—not even a cane. He was impressed with the quality of my rehab. Thank you so much Joel and Jessica. The couch stretch is still my mainstay to keep my knee functioning well.

I feel the Lord sent you all to me. My therapists are loving and caring and taught me how to walk on my two prosthetic legs which I never thought I would be able to do let alone get out of my house and down steps . I love both of my therapists but the PTA Marisa is my star! The therapists inspire me to do better and push myself and they challenge me every session. I was in a nursing home 8 months and no one believed I would ever be able to leave there. I feel so much better having the therapists come to my house because I have to learn how to live in my home and get out of it independently versus working on a useless machine in a clinic. This therapy focuses the attention on YOU.

This therapy is better than in a clinic because it is more hands on. The therapist is constantly with you where in the clinic they are watching 3 to 4 patients at once. The treatment is more individual and focused on you. I would choose this company over traditional therapy clinics any day, I am beyond satisfied.

It has been my good fortune to work with Joel, owner of Achieva Rehabilitation, and his team. I have M.S. for 35 years, and Ive worked with many physical therapists. I can say Joel surpasses all of them. Innovative is the word that comes to mind when I think of Joel. He has found his calling and he really cares about the people he works with. My wife Rose and I are physically better off since we have met Joel and his company. My wife had major back problems that Joel and his team corrected. Additionally, I had TWO complete knee replacements done which Joel & team assisted me to full recovery. While some may say he pushed me hard, I will say he directed and guided me to successful recovery in 4 weeks on each knee replacement. Thanks to the entire team for my healthy recovery.

Achieva Rehab is great. My husband has Parkinsons. After an operation he had a hard time standing up on his own and walking correctly . His balance was off. Every issue we brought up they addressed. They came three times a week working with him. Little by little he started moving better. He started standing on his own walking better . They helped give him more confidence. At the end of his rehab he was running and jumping. It was simply amazing. They are the best

I have such high praise for Achieva. I was treated in my own home for benign positional vertigo and almost immediately felt relief from my symptoms. I don’t know how I would have made it to a PT facility given the severity of my symptoms! Joel made me understand why I had the symptoms I did and showed me what to do if they returned. Thankfully, I have been symptom free and am so grateful to Achieva for helping me get back to normal.

This is a full one hour one on one intense therapy three times a week. My husband has Parkinson’s and we were blessed to find Achieva Rehabilitation. Joel and Jessica were absolutely amazing. My husband and I have had prior therapy at facilities with all of the equipment and Achieva was certainly superior to that. Please do not hesitate to call them, they will do the rest. If your doctor suggests therapy for you or your loved one, do yourself a favor and tell your doctor that you want Achieva Rehab.
