I found that Manu was very concerned about his patients. I received very good Physiotherapy sessions that have helped me a lot to recover from my injury. Manu listened to my pain and mobility concerns .He has suggested a routine of exercises. I find that these exercises have helped me recover from my injury.. The facility is new , bright very clean and well kept. Friendly staff and a great receptionist.i would recommend Actin Physiology .

I really appreciated all of the hard work, patience, and effort everyone here put towards my recovery. They prepare individually-suited treatment plans and are very accommodating to your suggestions and concerns. Also, they make themselves available if you need help or have any questions. Actin Physio is the best physio I have ever been to.They are so knowledgeable, kind, respectful and understanding. Ratan has spectacular listening skills and and takes the time to listen and then provide a suitable program structured for your particular issue. He is also very generous with his time. If you have a setback, he ensures to make time to see you so you can get back on track.

Takami at Actin Physio is an awesome therapist! I had mangled a shoulder and his coaching provided smart targeted guidance through my recovery journey that was indispensable. Underneath his quiet low key cheerful manner flows a steady wealth of knowledge from not only his degree in Kinesiology and Master of Science in Physio Therapy but from his highly varied and challenging hands-on cases at Richmond General and his own practice. In the midst a painful, disappointing, life altering injury, I did not initially look forward to my appointments. However the safe welcoming efficiency Actin provides, from Sarah anchoring the front, through to the interesting side conversations and good humour that always came with the customized sessions, I miss them! Could not recommend more highly.

It’s been a fantastic experience with Ratan being my physiotherapist, not only does he listens to you patiently and attentively but tries his level best to help you achieve what one’s looking for. The best service I have encountered. When I was younger I vowed never to go to a physiotherapist again due to my first and last negative experience with another physiotherapy clinic. Actin staff and Rattan made me feel extremely comfortable during my first visit at their clinic and now I am no longer anxious going into a physio appointment. Ive just started my treatments, but I would give a 11/10 stars if I could. Thanks Rattan for always making sure Im comfortable during treatment and always making me laugh along the way! This clinic really cares about your health as a whole (along with your mental healthand thats hard to find now a days.

Expert and Friendly Physio - Takami Shirai:Unlike other providers contacted, Actin Physio were easy to contact. Therapist Takami did a great job giving a lot of inputs and support to develop core strength. Apart from exercises he was friendly to provide suggestions of physical activity outside home. Over all I would recommend the team for a positive experience!

I was treated at Actin Physiotherapy after a car accident. Everyone was so nice and helpful and understanding, like having a physiotherapist and psychologist at the same time. Mandeep helped me a lot with my back and hip pain. Also, the clinic works directly with ICBC. Two thumbs up!

The facility is new and clean. Practitioner Manu is very conscientious and diligent in diagnosing and understanding my injuries. He has good understanding and communicated to me clearly what they are and what procedures he had planned to do. He consistently gave me more than what I had expected for each of my 1/2 hour sessions. I could tell he highly focuses on his clients needs first. My chronic elbow problem accurately healed at the time frame he predicted it would. I couldnt ask for more.

Such a great experience coming here for physio! I was having chronic neck and back pains after a car accident and could not do ordinary daily tasks without pain. I felt like I would just have to deal with the pain by taking medication. After coming to Actin Physio for treatment I have fully recovered and dont need meds! Manu is very knowledgeable, understanding and cares about his patients. My mom now sees him for treatments too. Definitely recommend!

The hospital told me I would have to get on the surgery wait list for my herniated disc, so I decided to try physiotherapy in the meantime. The team at actin physiotherapy have been amazing and have got me back to living my life in a matter of weeks. No surgery or any other medical was needed!! This is one of the very few places offering IMS needling procedures. My radiating chronic neck pain that was bothering me for half a year after three visits I can once again turn my head. I recommend this wellness center to those on their quest to recovery.

I was in a car accident which left me with severe neck and lower back pain. I lost a lot of mobility in my neck, so bad that I could barely shoulder check when driving.
