Worst customer support Ive experienced there as non of the employee here cooperates nor the sales manager. They really dont care about there customers.

i had purchased i20 megna model from Aditay Narain Lanka store ....Mr Mohit Pandey was very supportive for smooth delivery of my car its was my first car so I resech a lot after all I choose to have i20 .....Mohit had provide me car within a 7 days and he supported me in every expect of delivery wether its finance option and delivery ...also the satf was also very good ...5 star for mohit..gud work dude thanks for everything

Not that much good . He was making us mad as if we dont know anything about car or as it was our first car. If a customer want to exclude accesories charges then he can easily exclude to reduce some of the cost as per his budget but the customer executive was saying no sir we cant cut this cost as it is against our policy. But there is no rule like this.

Its a really nice car showroom and all staffs are nice and helpful. Further, I would like to express my appreciation to Mr. Aditya for his support and cooperation.

First visit-Staff is very good and very cooperative. If you visit here there is no way to return empty hand, if serious about Hyundai vehicle.Second and subsequent visit-In this para I am writing again as of my further visit almost 2 months after first visit. Please beware of prices item wise. Compare breakup amount with other agencies and then move to pay. Dont demand discount, theyll provide only if they charged you more for any item.Everything is good here but before entering this place check details online.The best part is they take words seriously what they committed for.

This place is located opposite BHU Trauma centre and they have variety of cars at present..I felt that there is scope of improvement regarding dealing with customers..Most important that if you need test drive then call them in advance to know whether the selected car is available or not

I bought my grand I 10 nios and I found the sales executive Mr Lokraj very helpful. Everyone was ready to answer all queries and they readily arranged a test drive. The showroom is near trauma center, BHU. The only issue is that it is extremely hot inside the showroom and the ACs dont work. Probably they can improve this aspect of the showroom.
