I called Admiral Plumbing as we needed our kitchen faucet replaced and to repair a leak under the sink. Chase was our technician and I can not say enough wonderful things about him. Today we opened our garage door to find water on the floor coming from the water heater. Within an hour Nick Smith showed up and got to work. He is professional, explains the process, is neat and everything looks great!!!!! He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. As a property manager, Admiral is my go to plumbing company. In most instances they come out same day and are always extremely professional. Ive had to called them several times for different properties and Ive always been satisfied with their work.

Wow what a great experience today was with Zachary B. as the plumber from Admiral Plumbing. He came in and identified our issue quickly. Immediately gave us options on the fix and completed the fix the same day. Outstanding experience with Zachary and Admiral Plumbing. Called and in one day problem resolved. Very impressed!!

They charged me $1020.00 to install a new toilet and flanges, Im an 81 yr old widow living on Social Security. I looked up the toilet yesterday and its $199 at Home Depot. Stupid of me to pay that much and criminal of them to charge me that much. Do not trust this company!!!Nancy Souke

Had a leak coming from somewhere behind our washer and dryer, so I called and asked for Phil to come and check it out. Phil has been here before, so i always ask for him first. He checked everything out, including going outside behind the house. It wasnt an issue with the washer itself, but he explained how to remedy the situation. Way to go!

I can’t begin to express how unprofessional and irresponsible this company has been. Five months ago I had them come out and evaluate a leak for my shower and they assessed that I should need a new type of shower device and they quoted me at $1400 for the service and asked that I pay them half which was $700. They said they would need to order the part and they would notify me when the part gets in and they would come back and install the new shower device and asked for the rest of the payment. I waited one month, two months, three months and then I called their office and they seem to have no idea of who I was and had to do research into what service that I had paid for. The secretary explained that she needed to get a hold of the the plumber involved and would get back to me. I waited another month and no response and then I called again and she claim to have reached the plumber and was surprised that he had not contacted me and explain to me everything. She said he would call me back and of course I waited another month, two months, no response. I recently called again and asked them how incompetent and unprofessional can a service be to the point that I couldn’t hear any of her excuses anymore and hung up. Please stay away from this company they are thieves and unprofessional and I can’t express how bad their service is. To this day I have never received an explanation or a response or anything that resembles a company that has any sort of values or respects the customer.

Weve used Admiral many times and have always been very satisfied. So my old shower knobs busted on my shower/bathtub in my WPB condo. I called Admiral and they sent Deven out to assess the situation. He gave me an estimate and how much time it would take. Deven installed a single handle shower head and had to cut out the tile around the knobs. When completed it looked awesome. Deven did a great job! Probably the best plumber Ive used in my 55 years. He was professional, courteous, neat in appearance and kept me apprised on progress throughout the repair. I would definitely recommend Admiral Plumbing and especially Deven for any plumbing needs. I will always request Deven should another plumber issue occur! Thanks for the awesome job Deven! RIP OFF ALERT.Called to get two smart toilets installed. First guy came out four hours late, did not give a price. Said he needs another guy to get the toilets up a flight of stairs and he left. Next day, same thing, three hours late because of "emergencies" but this guy told my wife that it would cost ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to install and that it takes two people four hours work. The difference between a smart toilet and a regular toilet installation is that you. have to plug the toilet into the outlet right above the toilet that was installed for this purpose. My two year old grandson can do it. Obviously, we called another company.Final cost with Dixie Plumbing was under $400 for two toilets. They even called to say they would be early. Took about two hours.RIP OFF ALERT.

I neglected to write a comment on my review. Just wanted to day Brian Parsons is one of, if not the most professional, technician Ive ever encountered. He is professional, knowledgable and ALWAYS helpful in offering the most cost effective solution - something which is quite unique.

I called 3 places before I called this company for an emergency shower valve that would not turn off. They should’ve been my first call. I wasn’t on hold long before they gave me a same day appointment time! Victor was the tech they sent out, and his customer service was beyond phenomenal. I thought the overall price was a bit costly, but the speedy and professional customer service made up for the cost. Highly recommend for your emergency plumbing needs.

Over a Holiday weekend, I totally clogged both sinks in my kitchen. I could not believe when Admiral Plumbings representative said they would be out the next day, a Sunday, and weekend rate would be waived. Miquel arrived on time and in the most professional and skilled manner worked two hours to unclog my drains. This was extremely difficult and physically demanding on him. He also found a part of the pipes that was worn out and actually was coming apart. Took a second trip as gthe part was not on his truck, but he returned with a new part to fix it. Thats the technical accomplishments. However, it was the care and service that Miguel rendered that also needs to be noted. Where in todays world do you find a man who takes pride in his work, represents his company to the highest of degree and cares about a total strangers problem? Simple answer is Admiral Plumbing. I trust this company and truly believe they are a rare find who proudly serve others as they wish to be treated.

We called Admiral Plumbing for our dishwasher installation, Eric Wilson did a excellent job all the way around from installing to clean up.

I have been using Admirals plumbing for years. I also tell whomever needs a plumber to all them. I gave my friend Christine your number and you handled her leak in the house, fixed the pipe and cemented it back up. She is extremely please. Joshua and his partner were very kind and pleasant to deal with. She needs a hot water now...lol.

Nick tried to charge $6500 for a tankless heater. $2k roughly for parts and remaining $4500 for labor. Heater mounted on external wall behind existing plumbing. Assuming a slow installer takes 6 hours, thats $750/hr. More likely its a 3 hr job so thats closer to $1500 an labor hour quoted. I called the tech out on this and he didn’t even bother sending the quote when he realized he couldn’t railroad us on price.. if you live in a nicer house, expect this company to try to scam you. Not ethical, fair, or honest. They are abusing the “flat rate” model.EDIT to reply from owner:1. Plumbing repair costs are a part of homeownership. The “frustration” of pricing in this case is 100% >caused< by Admiral attempting to charge upwards of $1000 per hour. So yes, it is “frustrating” when you all attempt to scam people with gross overcharging. I will post the prices of the two other quotes I will get for public comparison as a later edit this weekend. I imagine they will not be $4500 for labor.2. Support means nothing. Its not rocket science, its a tankless water heater and running two water lines 4 ft out a wall. The parts have their own warranty, and if you all screw up the install I would expect you fix it for free. 24/7/365 service for an included warranty or to fix screw ups is not a bonus justifying any price increase whatsoever.

I am retiree person and recently ordered Admiral Plumbing Service, sink and bath tub were clogged. To unclog sink and tub by electrical sneak, plumber charged total $534 for $267 each.This overcharge and very expensive.Val Yusim

This was my 2nd time using Admiral for plumbing needs at my home.Today I called the office at 7am and was nicely greeted by Jennifer who had a real sense of urgency in fixing my broken pipe to my water main that needed immediate repair.She had someone at my home by 10am and the repair was completed by noon by Alex Garrison a young professional man that wasted no time in diving head first into solutions,options and a quote for what I needed, super nice & smart guy that listened to my concerns and took them into consideration during the repair. All in all this company rocks.True professionals with the know how to get the job done & excellent customer service skills inside & outside the office.You might find cheaper guys out there but you wont find better.i am a home inspector & will continue to give this company ALL my referrals for all of my own customers needs as well because I know 1st hand that the job will be done right the 1st time & thats what all of us want right? I never used Admiral Plumbing. I only had the experience of one of their drivers being such an aggressive driver that I called it in. Hes lucky I didnt call 911 and report his tag. 80 plus on multiple someones rear end is not cool.

I want to thank your technician Bruno Morales for his service. I had a clogged toilet for four days and tried everything. Bruno came over and just a few good plunging with the plunger it freed up. No charge ! I am so grateful as I am taking care of my ailing father and was at wits end with this toilet. Once again fast service and professionalism at is best. Thank you

Had a leak on the 3rd floor at the toilet and the shut off valve wouldn’t work. Called Admiral and Miguel Castillo came out within 30 minutes. He fixed everything up at a reasonable price and knew exactly how to get me back in business. Highly recommend Miguel for any of your plumbing needs.

Get your wallet out if you call Admiral Plumbing. I had them go by my moms house to repair an outside plumbing leak when she was out of town. The technician called me and when he thought the leak might of been under the driveway he said that it might cost more then originally expected. Then he realized the leak was at the water meter and not under the driveway, he stated that it might even cost more money. It ended up costing 1,500.00 for him to dig a hole and replace a couple of pvc fittings. They would not give me an Itemized bill. I called the company several times to get an exclamation, they told me that the tech. was busy and that he would call back. That never happened. I would stay clear of this company! I know I will from now on.Update: After I reviewed them with one star, Brian called me from the company and we negotiated the price which I thought was still a little high but a lot better then originally. So this moved them up to 3 stars. Thanks for calling, Brian

Same day service. James arrived early, was confident in what he was doing and worked with me - due to dealing with the boundaries/work arounds you have to handle while living in an HOA community. James put in the time needed to complete the job effectively and correctly. After a long day he left my home clean & orderly…and most importantly with hot water. He was thorough in his work and I will use again.

Chase was very professional and considerate when tackling my issue. I have a foul odor in my master bathroom and the cause of the issue is not easily identifiable. Chase suggested a step-by-step troubleshooting approach in order to avoid any unnecessary modifications or spending. Chase also showed up on time and went about his job quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be using Admiral Plumbing for any of my future plumbing needs.

Anytime I have to call for plumbing services, I cringe. I hate calling for A/C services and Plumbing Services. This is from past experiences in which I felt like I was taken advantage of and had no choice but to use the service. Well, when it comes to plumbing services, I truly found a company that I no longer fear calling and using. I have used this company now, one or two other times and each time, was left feeling like I got what I needed, paid for and did not feel like I was taken advantage of. This past weekend, I had a leak and of course, call them for services. I needed to write this company a review as once again, I was more than satisfied with the service but also how professional and willing the tech was to help me and answer my questions. I felt he went above and beyond to help me as we talked about other possible issues and where and what I needed to look for. Justin was my technician, he was awesome. So helpful, knowledgeable and felt like I was talking to a friend about my issues, not a sales tech. I had tried and failed to take care of the issue myself during two days and he immediately went to work and took care of it without a break in the action. Victor was amazing! My wife and I recently purchased our home and did a complete renovation. We needed our garbage disposal installed, along with a new P-trap. The office was great and responded right away, and were able to set-up a Saturday appointment. Victor showed up on time and got to work right away. He was very courteous and professional. He got the job done quickly and, if I ever need a plumber again, I will be calling Admiral and asking for Victor.

I’ve used Admiral twice and both times they were a real pleasure to deal with. This second time around I had Travis come by the house to fix a leaky pipe outside and to have a look at my hot water. He discovered that my water heater was on the verge of catching fire! Travis basically saved my home from disaster and showed great knowledge and professionalism in the process. My mother resides in Wellington - I am up in New York - we have had several plumbing issues over the past few months. We had tried 2 other companies that unfortunately ended in arguments and our being banned from the company . Lol. That’s fine as I found Admiral Plumbing Services with a quick google. The call initially gets answered promptly and proceeds with knowledge and courtesy. On both occasions they were able to schedule me the same day for service . I was texted as they were approaching and the technicians were more than happy to speak with me to coordinate and approve the work . My son is in the industry up here in NY - so we had a prior idea of pricing . I cannot say enough about how great our experience was - Cody had installed a new toilet a month ago and today we had Bruno with what we thought was a significant issue with the hot water. They were both courteous and extremely knowledgeable . Bruno went over and beyond to diagnose our problem and is confident with his solution that saved us a considerable expense . It brings me relief to know there are still companies in existence who hire these young men of such great integrity and work ethic . I would hope management is aware of the qualities they have with these 2 employees . We will be customers for life and absolutely refer to anyone in need .

Very professional company, they keep you updated on when the technician will arrive and once they arrive they do a very good job. I just moved into the area and had a plumbing emergency at my new home. I called two other plumbers and no one could help. Admiral Plumbing responded immediately and were SO pleasant to deal with, from the office staff answering the phone to Tony, who came out to the house within 45 minutes of my call. Problem solved easily, thank goodness, and he didn’t even charge me for his time- as a welcome to Florida! I will never use another plumber- these guys were the absolute best to deal with.

I had THE BEST experience with this company. Our hot water heater burned out (fortunately no fire damage to anything elseand needed to be repaired immediately, as we no longer had hot water in the house. Our water heater is also solar-powered, and therefore I needed a company with some specialization in this area, which I why I called Admiral. I was able to get a same day appointment with this company for a consultation, and when Don arrived, I instantly felt confident that he understood the nuances of our solar powered water heater, and could do the job. I called the next day to accept the quote and was told that they would need to procure a water heater (as they do not regularly keep in stock what we neededhowever would be at our home the next day. Don arrived the next day as scheduled, and completed the job effortlessly, thoroughly, and competently. I could not have been more pleased. In a nutshell, the company understood my sense of urgency from beginning to end, and serviced me accordingly, even driving two hours away to pick up a water heater for is. When we had a question about the permit, Nicole ensured that we had pre-approval from the city in which we live before the job started, and communicated with us the entire time. The job was completed end to end in 3 days, with permits. This company is professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to customer service. I am inclined to call them for all of my plumbing needs going forward, not just for "big" jobs. I am so satisfied with Admiral and you will be too. Thank you!

Rich was beyond helpful and knowledgable, he completed an amazing install of a home water system i had purchased. Did a nice job hiding and securing the cylinders. They are my go to for plumbing work for sure. Very happy with the service.
