These are my new repair guys! When I called them for an appointment to check out my washing machine, they told me the exact time they would show up -instead of a 5-hour window. Then, when Gary, the technician, got here, he was very knowledgeable, polite and kind. He saved me a lot of money by rebuilding the transmission in my direct drive washing machine - as opposed to putting in a new or rebuilt transmission. The price was right, the employee was kind, the job was quick.....I have nothing but good to say. Next time I dig into one of my appliances to fix it Ill just call them instead!

This 5 star rating is well deserved. In July of 2017 I purchased a washer here, and was so happy with it that a few months later I purchased a dryer as well. Both have worked great, and I have been extremely happy with them. After almost daily use they have been through their paces and held up admirably. A couple of days ago the washer had a problem .. wouldnt go into the spin cycle .. ( made a horrid noise I scheduled a repair and am pleased to say it was taken care of quickly and at a very reasonable cost ! It now purrs like a kitten .. Once again.. the 5 star rating is well deserved ! As long as they are in business, this is where I will be headed when the need arises.I can confidently and highly recommend this shop !

I had an OUTSTANDING experience with Advance Appliance!! They were so, so nice and respectful and did such a great job delivering and installing our new dishwasher, and removing our old one. They went the extra mile and made sure our garbage disposal was fixed (it was installed a little bit incorrectlyand hooked up to the dishwasher properly. I will call them every time I need help with appliances!! Thank you for being amazing!!

Called to check on a part availability; was informed I probably didn’t need that part and to check other parts on my dryer. Turns out the part I “needed” was good, and another, much cheaper, part was broken. Excellent customer service! I will be going back here!

The guy that works there he is so nice if there is something there that you want he will be sure to get it for you and even clean the appliciance and even go as far as fixing it for you

Made an appointment for a diagnosis on my washing machine (would not spin at high speed and some cycles would not start at all). Technician came over and I explained the symptoms. All he did was try to run the machine to learn what I had already told him. He suggested the door lock was bad. I asked why some cycles would start but not high speed spin? He changed his mind and said maybe the front control panel was bad and said he would get one ordered right away. I asked about the main control board in the back and he said all there is in the back is a relay board. I knew then he did not know what he was doing (with my machine at leastas I knew for a fact by a simple google search that there is a main control board and a motor driver board in the back of my machine. I hired this person to help me determine the faulty component so I didnt replace parts at random but he was of no help except to make my wallet $50 lighter. I asked him to quote me on the different boards as I was going to do some more research and try my luck a replacing one or more components myself. He said he would call me back with the quote but that was the last I ever spoke to the man. Tried to give this small local business a chance but ended up regretting it. If you need help with an older (no electronic circuit boardswasher they might be of help. Newer appliances, maybe try a more experienced service company. Good Luck! By the way, the fix ended up being my first suspect part, the main control board in the back of the washer. $80 bucks on Ebay.

Called on October 11, 2018 - the dishwasher is still not fixed. We first found out about Advanced Appliance 4 or 5 years ago when we bought a rebuilt washing machine, it came with a 6 month parts warranty has worked great ever since. So, we decided that if we ever needed an appliance fixed, we would call Advanced Appliance. Big mistake for us. When we called they came out quickly read the code on the dishwasher and ordered the part. Two days later Gary returned with the wrong part. Part was reordered, three days later Gary returned, part didnt fix the problem. Gary determined, problem was a different part, part was ordered, he just returned today with the part (roughly 55 days later, so weve been very patient). Part didnt fix the problem. Through out the whole time, no communication from Gary or the Brett (who Ive spoke to over the phone). Gary is never at our house long enough to properly diagnose the problem. My wife was on the phone with her sister today and Gary was going to walk away without telling her is the dishwasher was fixed or not. Very disappointing. Find someone else to repair you appliances. ZERO stars.

Stopped in to see if he had a timer for my dryer. He didn’t have the part but while we were talking about the motor he offered to let me try a motor from another timer. Installed it on the dryer and it works perfectly. Nice to have a great shop close to home.

Brett is Honest and Trustworthy and he has great customer service skills. If you need an appliance fixed or in the market for a used appliance check them out.

Called these guys up looking for a wall mount for my microwave. Everyone told me I wouldnt be able to just buy the mount well. He had it and also when my wife went to pick it up he explained to her how to install it. Its little things like this that will make me a long time customer of this place.
