Didnt have the part I needed it, but they order it and it will be here in a couple days.

Workers are great

They were great. But I wished that the company would invest in better code readers

For me it was a good place to work just I couldnt get enough hours. The other people that work there are really friendly.

Its advanced...did not have the parts I needed. Nothing new there

Advance Auto Parts is another store that is very knowledgeable about their product theyre very quick to answer their phone they dont act like its a big deal when they have to look it up and I appreciate that.

First gave us lug nuts instead of lugs, 2nd time gave him wrong lug nuts and 3rd time found the right lug but only had 1🤦🏼‍♀️

I have some great experiences, but also have bad ones here.I bought a power steering pump new, and after it didnt work I was given the exact part back during the transaction? It was very frustrating!!I like the place and only posted this because of an experience that two of my relatives had here. 4 stars seems right for now.I will see how it goes if I go next time I need a part?I would suggest everyone to just pay attention when dealing with the automobile industry in general. I am not just talking about one specific store.

Didnt have the item I needed

Just stopped in to have my car hooked up to a computer and was handed the computer and told to do it myself. Meanwhile there are 3 other employees standing around doing nothing. Wont be back.

The younger man named Tim wears glasses and has a beard was a very very helpful employee. He helped us when it wasnt even part of his job. Im not sure If installing lights or anything like that is aloud... But like I said Tim was very respectful and helped very much. So Tim thank youvery much for being so kind. Also thank you for being so patient with the older gentleman that I was with. I know he was rude.. I am sorry for that.. But Tim is an employee who deserves a raise and a promotion.. But the short blonde older lady was rude and disrespectful and kept watching me as if I was going to steal something. I felt very disrespected. From one business owner to another if my employee acted that way towards my customers they would be suspended without pay or fired!

Guy sold me an oil filter and didnt tell me how much oil I need, changed oil and came up short. So much for customer service

Help staff. Large selection. If they dont have it they can order it. If they can tg order it they can point you in the right direction

A little high on some things but every now and then you find a good deals at low prices and some of the employees are really helpful

Their prices are high but it seems like that every place I go. My car was a quart low of oil and I go in to get it & a cheap quart is $5. I also got a pint of STP and a turn light and it came to $18. I usually just take it to the shop and get the oil changed but this car had used a quart in 2,500 miles

Advance is my go to parts store they always have what I need and if they dont they can have it in a day or so. I love the veterans discount too.

This store is a beacon of hope compared to the other advance auto parts in the area. I would Never go to another advance auto parts within an 30 mile radius. Autozone or oReilly is better if you can not go to this store specifically.

Tried to take advantage of their online ordering discount, but couldnt find a fog light cover for a driver side Ford Edge 2016. Stopped by the store, but I was assured the part was available online. The search resulted in nothing, so I purchased the part from Parts Geek.Advanced Autos website search engine leaves much to be desired.

Dave was super helpful! We arrived with a battery that wasn’t holding a charge and would be dead if we left the door open for more than a minute. He was able to test and replace the battery and have us back on the road in less than 15 minutes.

Clerk sold me wrong item, had to return it and that always upsets me. Need better informed help.

They have most parts i need in stock. If ordering usually its in by next day

They have some hard to get parts others they can usually get not bad sometimes feel ignored when looking for help
