Excellent customer service

The manager was able to approve the return of my part and the clerk was extremely helpful. I use them for all my auto parts needs, you rock keep up the good work.

Pretty good place. Jacob answered my questions and helped me get what I need. Disappointed about the oil. I needed 7 quarts, so he got a 5 quart and 2 quart bottles. The larger cost $28 and the 2 smaller bottles were $12 each. When I complained later no one seemed to care, which tells me that is how the do business.I liked how they treat me up front, but feeling cheated will keep me from going back.

Showed up at 8:45 am on Saturday and store was closed. Sign and Google both say they open at 7:30. Im not a regular customer and this really helps me decide I dont want to be one.

Used to be a great place for parts until they instituted their NO RETURN policy. Its a shame. Their prices are on average 10% higher than autozone or oreilly. I used to not mind due to the great customer service, but its not worth it anymore if there arent any more returns.

I came here today for the UPS dropoff they offer. I was helped by a very sweet woman Martinique. She was very helpful with getting my item boxed up, was more helpful than my experience at the UPS store. For her great help I highly recommend this place.

Friendly service easy to find things

Good employees, garbage return policy. Bought headlights recommended by Advance Autos website and they were totally the wrong size. So I took the unopened package with receipt back to the store and they said they dont do returns on headlight bulbs. Seriously! They didnt have the part I needed in stock so I couldnt do an exchange. Bunch of garbage. Going back to NAPA. No more Advance Auto.

The staff anticipated my needs and were super helpful. Kinda blown away, a rare level of service. lll be back.

Great place for car parts at reasonable prices.

Very helpful store. I always dump my used oil here and get my batteries charged up when needed. Theyll do a quick 35minute charge or a full 4 hour charge and are happy to keep the battery overnight on the long charge. Great shop to have close to home.

Kind, helpful service. Just came by to drop off used oil and was headed to the transfer station to drop off some coolant. They told me they accept coolant as well and wheeled a cart out to get it from my trunk. Thank you!

They need to update their hours to reflect temporary hours. I walked to get there as I needed a part for my jack and they where closed, had been for several hours.

This place is garbage!! They treated my family HORRIBLY! They were extremely rude and unprofessional. Dont go into this store unless you enjoy being screamed at and your product shoved in your face while being told you are going to be watched.

Poor customer service! Treat me like I was a criminal, talked very poorly of me to my face. Do not come here! I advise finding a company that values the customer and hold their employees to a higher standard.

I usually go to advance Auto parts to get parts for my vehicle but finding gaskets for my header pipes was very difficult

Didn’t even change their “temporary” hours on google or their website. Drove 30 min out of my way to pick up an order and they were closed.

Employees were very helpful. Gave me some tips on the questions I had.

20 minutes after 9 and they still have not opened their doors this is crazy I can understand 5-10 minutes cuz life happens but this is crazy

Never go back. Went in to return item, walked up to employee and said I need to return this item. He picked up a box and said cant you see my hands are full, sarcastically, then walked outside.

Prices are more than expected for name brand but they have friendly staff. Bought moog control arm links.

Right as I walk in there are 3 employees who just kind of glare at my brother and I. We recycle our old oil there and then they inform us in a rude manner that they wont let us throw away the oil containers. The whole time the employee working with us was being rather rude. We were going to buy parts but was so out off that we left and went to Napa Auto. That place is way better. I will not be returning to this Advanced Auto Parts

They wouldnt take the battery out of my car, and as soon as I went inside to look for a new one, the sales guy left for his lunch break. So, I had to wait 10 minutes for the other guy to help me out.

This place has the absolute worst customer service than any auto parts store in the whole city of Ogden I always try an stay away from here. But sometimes you gotta try all options.. this store an the people that work here are not even an option an more Poor poor customer service an people skills

Sara is amazing! I have been looking for a part for weeks. Ive called the manufacturer, dealer, online, and scrap yards. I could not find this part. I went to Sara and within minutes she found the part, the number, and was even able to tell me that its called a pawl. I would highly suggest this place and Sara.

Advance auto parts is very considerate with us who are Deaf. They had no problem writing down what they were saying for this Deaf man. 100% better than oriellys and autozone. The other autoparts stores employees only wanted to point to their lips and repeat themselves again and again even though i made it clear to them I could not read their lips nor understand a word they said. I WALKED OUT NEVER TO RETURN TO GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS. I always go to Advanced Auto Parts now.

Bought 2 cats for my truck, both online and in-store was told they fit my truck, installed the cats and they were junk, didn’t work at all. After taking my truck to a muffler shop I tried returning the junk parts and was told they wouldn’t accept the return because the cats had been installed already. So if you install a part that’s meant to be installed, and it turns out to be junk, they won’t let you return.

It was hot and miserable trying to track down an elusive electrical issue in their parking lot. They noticed us melting and brought us out bottles of water. So considerate!

Order online and picked up in the store and got a 20% discount. If youre receiving veterans benefits and go to the store for parts have your veterans I.D. and youll receive a 10% discount. Friendly staff

1st of all there warranty on batteries what the auto parts guy just told me they have to pull my battery and charge and then test he told me would take 4 hours . Or another way is take my vehicle home take the battery out get it back to them and charge it and then test . Btw this battery is only 3 months old . . If I was you folks buy a battery any place else then advance . My goodness bought a new starter lot of parts from advance . I say with in another 3 months I am going to have to replace all those parts . Just bought them . You folks dont have to believe me you will have to find out on your own . And all the parts I bought has a life time warranty .

I have been shopping here more than AZ, OR and PB because the want your business and are always willing to go out of their way to get what you need and its usualy the same day.

This place is amazing whether you need parts or you need somewhere to work there amazing I got my parts I needed for both my vehicles they were there within a day or two for a control arm or it depends on whether or not they have it in stock or not but most their times their parts match their prices they come out of mazing and everything is just perfect with them

Walked in to get some washer fluid and wait 30+ minutes, ended up walking out. Oh and there was only three customers. One of which was an older gentlemen who just cut in front. The lady at the counter said nothing even though you could tell she knew. The other employee "Matthew" was completely clueless. He took at least 30 minutes trying to find these headlights which the store didnt even have in stock. I have never waited this long at NAPA , OReilly or Autozone and they are ten times busier.

VERY helpful, my car was leaking oil and they helped me find the best deal, and when I couldnt find the exact oil I had been told they taught me what was accepted by my engine and maker, I got an EXCELLENT deal and Bill was very helpful the entire time, a big thanks to him and Marni!

My stepdad showed up to get a quart of oil at 8:50 and the doors were locked. He would have been in and out before closing, (in 10 mins.and the employees sat inside and stared at him even though they knew he was there and needed something. Worst customer service ever. I would give zero stars if I could.

I call them to get a quote for a part And the lady that answer says hold on a minute and puts The phone on the counter I could hear her talking to Another employee and She does this for 5 minutes gets back on the line says all of sorry forgot that you were there But sorry I cant help you right now Im have to have you wait for another employee

Went here looking for a part. The girl at the counter did not know the difference between blinker fluid and oil coolant. I explained the best I can, the part I needed but she kept showing me something different. I kindly educated her with Google images.
