Its always a pleasure when you are treated nice starting with the ladies at the front desk.They do a great job accommodating everyone. Dr Grossman and staff are amazing.Easy to talk to, helping with what is the best solution with whatever problem you have. I highly recommend this office.

Advanced Foot and Ankle Care🔵 99 Old Matawan Road, Old Bridge NJ 08857🔳 2022 Nov.05 - 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ based on my Moms scheduled appointment with her podiatrist. But regrettably, I feel obliged to express my gross disappointment ☹️with the New office location at 99 Old Matawan Road. The new office location has NO ramp and NO ground floor elevator for disabled adults like my mom. I had to carry my Moms rolling walker up the steps at the front entrance of the building. Being disabled myself and suffering from Chronic Pain, this was infuriating and utterly frustrating. Also there are NO automated doors that can be opened hands-free by pressing a button for people with disability who use either a wheelchair or rolling walker. These structural aids are minimal conveniences that disabled people require - are NOT luxuries. I hope you can see the necessity of this post and that this is in no way intended to be critical.

The Manager and office staff are wonderful! Always have a smile on there face when I come in. This office is very caring and both doctors are great.

Great care & service, from the doctor to the nurses. The receptionist really worked with me & my insurance to make sure my orthotics were fully covered, spending a lot of time on the phone.

In network with insurance. Over $300. Attempted to shave down a wart with a blade and inject some medicine. Wart did not go away and grew back but I still get to pay over $300. Initial bill $665. Insanity. Never again.

I have been a patient of Dr Grossmans for over 10 years now. He is wonderful and a terrific Doctor, and the office people are wonderful as well. I highly recommend Advanced Feet and Ankle care.

I have had Mortans Neuroma for about 6 or 7 years now and have tried several Podiatrist and treatments but since going to Dr Paul Osemene, DPM for 2 sessions I have gotten 2 cortisone shots and the last one has left me with a new permanent pain under my foot to now compliment the pain that I have from the neuroma that still hurts. I tried to speak with the Dr to explain the new pain I have under my foot and he didnt even have the decency to call me himself. Instead he had his nurse call me with no info Inregards to my file and had her tell me to go do physical therepy for 12 weeks and then come back to see him.What first led me to his office was his rating on Google which I believe was very misleading specially now that I have permanent damage in the bottom of my foot on top of my Mortans Neuroma. Thanks for nothing

Jason Grossman. is the best podiatrist I ever went to. I have hammertoes and am in my seventies. He is patient, caring and fully explains anything he is about to do. When I first went to Advanced Feet & Ankle Care back in 2017, I was very impressed with my experience. Dr.Grrossman I admired with his kindness, professional care & his bedside manner & his quite of care made we want to go back to him even when I moved put of that county. After seeing 2 different foot doctors this year, I finally got the care & the reliefvI needed after battling with foot pain for last 3 months. Dr Osemene was nice but the staff is severely lacking in communication and customer service with their patients. There was no wait time. Also, the office sat on my mri that evicore put on hold waiting for the drs office to provide additional information. Actually, staff is completely incapable of doing their job.

Dr Grossman is very good and is a good listener. He makes you feel comfortable and confident that he can help you. His staff goes above and beyond, which is so rare these days. He’s removed Bunions for my daughter years ago and she’s very happy !

Dr Grossman is one of a kind. I have horrible plantar fasciitis and I’ve been to numerous Podiatrist’s. Nothing has helped me. My plantar fasciitis is so bad that I can’t even walk. Dr Grossman is so patient and he’s done things that other podiatrist’s never did. My plantar fasciitis is finally starting to go away. I couldn’t be happier. I will recommend Dr Grossman to everyone I know. He’s the best there is!

Excellent doctor! Dr. Oz was very good, he explained everything to me about my feet and what he was doing. I have serious callus problems and he worked very hard abd long attending to my feet.His staff and assistants are also friendly. I definitely recommend him. So glad I found him!

Liked Doctor and service, didnt like environment.First ever visit with this office. On phone were great and listened to my concern which was could any diagnosis be made on first visit or would it be just meet and greet, get a copay, and schedule me for another visit or some offsite diagnostic?Had called two other offices on my insurance plan before calling them. The other two wouldnt even answer the question.Person I spoke with said they had X-ray in office and if needed could use that to check foot and if it provided info to make diagnosis then diagnosis could be made on first visit. GREAT. Not promising a diagnosis, and I didnt ask for that, but saying if they could diagnose with tools they had then would.Visited office. No wait. Quickly greeted me, confirmed I had documents that were to be filled out completed and then asked me to wait for Doctor.Office had posters about CDC recommendations being monitored and requiring protocols for staff and visitors that mirrored latest recommendations. But one receptionist had a vented mask. A CDC NO-NO. Was not happy with that.Invited to exam room after brief wait. PA or Tech asked me a few questions and said Doctor would be in shortly. She had barely left and the Doctor came in.He spoke rapidly which was hard for me to follow. Didnt ask him to slow down and after a few sentences was able to keep up with him so long as I concentrated.What I appreciated about the Doctor, which is NOT characteristic of all Doctors, is that he LISTENED to my answers after asking questions. Didnt interrupt after a few words were spoken. Listened to entire answer. A laymans answer which Im sure included unnecessary and irrelevant detail. He didnt interrupt or brush aside any of it. He LISTENED.Very pleased with Doctors manner. Displeased that he too wearing a mask with a vent.If youre going to post in your office that youre following CDC guidelines then follow the guidelines!If there was no COVID this would certainly have been a 5 star rating. Given the COVID threat and the "following CDC guidelines" but wearing masks with vents it becomes 3 star.

I had never seen a podiatrist before so I did not know what to expect. I called the office and was immediately given a few appointment times which I appreciated! They even have Saturday hours! The staff was professional and so nice!! They were sincere and friendly! Dr. Grossman made me feel very comfortable and was knowledgeable! He was so funny and easy to talk to! Drs okay. Office staff change their policies at every visit. I paid cash for orthotics bc insurance didnt cover. One visit it was ok to do payments, when they came in I was bilittled bc I asked for payment plan. Squared that away, paid in full to avoid problems with them. I also was not looking to go back. Months later I get a a bill for orthotics and other stuff they billed my Insurance. Super sketchy billing and staff. A 2 min recheck appointment is full copay. I received a gift cert for pedicure for the trouble they gave me, too funny. I sent it back with a letter to stop sending me correspondence. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I had a good visit he trimmed my toenails, and took. Computer impression of my feet for orthodics, but called a day later to say my Co-pay would be 10% or $100. Because they have an outside company do the pee-authorization, and they bill it as durable medical devise and not part of the visit. I enjoyed my visit but all the years I saw Dr. Feldman it was part of the office visit and not a separate bill.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A PEDICURE!!This is the first review I have ever written, but I couldn’t let anyone else loose time or money here. I went for a “pedicure” at the doctors office and it was TERRIBLE! My nails were barley cut and weren’t even filed down along the edge. She only cut 2 nails and hardly cut the cuticles at all. The polish is all on the edge of my nails and it looks like a 5 year old did my nails. (Yes the nails were dry when I put my shoes on There was about a 30 second lotion massage on my feet if that.I went for the pedicure before spine surgery because I am unable to do it myself and I’m left with jagged edge nails that keep getting caught on socks. This was a huge treat for myself (haven’t went in yearsand I just blew $40 and now I need to go for another because I am physically incapable of fixing them at this time. (Cervical spine injurySo now I need to spend more money. It was also very far from relaxing as the woman who did my nails, wouldn’t stop talking.Like I said, I NEVER spend money on myself and I was looking forward to a quiet, relaxing time pampering myself before a major surgery and now I need to spend more. I only wish I would have said something, but I just wanted to get out of there.

Was just sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours before I came to know I had to sign in on a different sheet. This happened even after I asked the front desk if they forgot about me. They kept saying you are next. Ridiculous. They didnt care that someone was sitting there waiting while other people kept being called. Its never a good idea to be nice. Should have been a jerk and shouted!

The doctors in this practice are under investigation for giving out too many pain meds. I went there with a broken foot and they wouldnt prescribe even mild pain meds. Go somewhere else. They dont even offen comprehensive care. They told me to go find a boot, didnt show me my X ray or explain anything. Just shuffled me out the door.
