My appointment was on 10/26 and it was pleasant. I was seen by Dr. Brooks. He explained and showed everything to me after reviewing my Xray. He appeared to be very knowledgeable in his field. I was very pleased with the visit and he did not rush through the visit.

This was my third operation with the practice and second hip replacement. All three experiences were outstanding!

I usually prefer female doctors, just because of past experiences, but I was actually very happy with Dr.Tessier. I could see that he was concerned over my injury and the experiences Ive had with the treatment I was undergoing originally. His PA was amazing!!! I really cant express how much I appreciated the experience.

Langenberg enjoy the review.Doctor Darin Tessier MD, he was very professional but not so much that you wouldnt let your guard down. Great bedside manor too. He is very caring, and makes you feel like your hos only appointment he has that day.Now to be real, yes they are a busy Doctors office, with a whole host of various body parts specialists. From the bottom of your feet all the way to the top of your head. It is always a good idea to make an appointment, so you will have smooth sailing. I didnt think our wait time in the big waiting room. And the same is for the actual room to meet the doctor. He investigated and listen to the patient and ask critical questions to figure out what the whole issue was, and figures the best course of action. He then discusses his plan with the patient and what the next steps are. First it was an x-ray of her arm to see where the fracture is on the arm, and makes the conclusion that I didnt need surgery, and that my fracture was aligned perfectly but the Emergency room splint was ok, but they had a better splint there, and after they were through I can stay in their splint for a few weeks. Then I come back for another x-ray to ensure the fracture is still lined up perfect like before. And then we eull change their regular splint for one that you can start recovery and exercising the arm.Here you come in a little worried, no alot worried with tons of questions but no answers. And by the time you leave, your questions are all answered and you know the Doctors overall plan from start to finish. So all that is left is the time. You have to put in the time and efforts to work your way back to as close to normal as possible and maybe even a better place than you were before the fracture.I would definitely recommend these Doctors, they care.

I will recommend dr. Fehsenfeld and his team to everyone, they are really an awesome team, very helpful and they went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable during the whole procedure, even after my surgery they were making sure everything was ok.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Hale. He was very through, professional & I couldn’t be more pleased with my visit. I left his office feeling so much better than when I entered. He addressed an issue I didn’t realize was a problem until he made the correct diagnosis & made a correction. I am so grateful I feel so much better today. Thank you Dr. Hale

I had an appt with Dr Mack (referred by Dr Mohrand Dr Brooks saw me. While my needs were met, it would have been nice to know I was seeing someone else.

Over an hour and a half wait to see the doctor. Extremely poor planning and schedule management. How can anyone come to see a doctor and wait in the waiting room for an hour and a half before you even go into the back? Absolutely ridiculous. They need to do much better at scheduling. I don’t know if they double booked patients or what but it should not take this long to see a doctor. Absolutely terrible.

I came to Advanced Orthopedics with severe shoulder pain. They were able to see me very quick, there did x-rays, medicine and steroids. Although these didnt work, i decided to get surgery to fix my shoulder and that was also a fantastic experience. The staff is always very attentive, nice and professional. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment today with a second Doctor within the clinic. Same issue as before, just a pain management doctor instead of original diagnosing Dr. I was told I had to start paperwork and registration all over again. Why is it not possible for a Dr. within the same clinic to review my history, MRI and X-rays?I was told I would not be seen without starting all over again with complete history and information. Waste of my time.

I was lucky enough to meet Dr. Tessier after a accident I had & was very impressed with the entire visit. If you need a Ortho Dr I highly suggest you call Advanced Orthopedics you will not find a better Group!!

I love this place! Great doctor’s with fast results. I went in after not seeing them for a couple years and needed knee injections. Was in and out very quickly.

So far my experience with Advanced Is awful. I’ve been sent twice, to the wrong location and no prescription has ever been sent to my pharmacy even though I gave them the phone number and address! If this is the best they have to offer, it’s not enough. Wake up and start fixing these problems. No one seems to know where to send patients and for sure no prescriptions get sent TO THE CORRECT PLACE either!

Dr. J Brooks is one of the best doctors that I have ever experienced. He has been my doctor for about the last 10 years, and I have been totally happy with each and every visit. Dr. Brooks is very professional, and knows what he is doing as a professional MD. He explains his diagnosis in way that you understand exactly what you are dealing with health wise. Quick assessment and set up surgery for my shoulder fast. Surgery went well and thus far recovery has been well. Dr. Tessier is good and will talk to you so you understand what is going on with your injuries. His stuff is nice and polite as well. Definitely recommend coming here for your injuries if needed.

Hello, My son 17 years old, currently had a bad pain in his left knee which impacted from his basketball playing last month game. We went thru ER, having an clear XRAY, went thru the therapist for nearly a month. Now he suggest that we need to see an Orthopedics after order an MRI from a hospital. Would someone please recommend to us the good Orthopedics in this facility please? thank you so much in advance...

This is a world class medical organization. Dr. Cubbage is an extraordinary surgeon who possesses great skill while at the same time is very patient centric with a comfortable bedside manner. The follow up staff is incredible with a layered approach to taking care of the patient following surgery. I cannot recommend this organization highly enough.

Dr. Brooks and the whole staff were amazing. I injured my hamstring from a fall and they were able to schedule me very quickly (the same week!and the front desk and clinical staff were very friendly and helpful. Most people only review when it’s a bad experience, but mine was amazing. Thanks so much!

Absolutely amazing staff. Everybody was professional. My appointment was timely. Dr. Brooks was great. He explained everything before it was done.

This practice does not respect patients time and has no interest in their health. I saw Dr Tanous at the end of October and he ordered an MRI for my knee. I misplaced the order and contacted his office to get a copy. I left messages on 3 different days over a period of 2 weeks and did not ever hear back from anyone. Fortunately I found my order and was able to make an appointment with a facility to get the test done. On the day of the appointment, they contacted me to let me know they had not received the medical records they requested from Advanced Orthopedic and made a second request. Another week goes by and they still don’t have the records and I have to reschedule again. They got the records after a third attempt (more than 2 weeks of waiting.After having the test I scheduled my follow up appointment and was told I just needed to bring the CD rom of the imaging. On the day of the appointment the location was changed to Towne Lake which is about 45 minutes out of my way. I went to the appointment and it was over an hour after the scheduled time before I saw Dr Tanous who informed me they did not have the analysis to go along with the CD Rom and we couldnt properly review the results without it. Since I had already wasted so much time waiting I had to leave but Dr Tanous told me he would call me when they had the analysis so we could discuss. I confirmed with the MRI facility the next day that they had sent the records. Since then I have tried 4 times over a period of 2 weeks to contact Dr Tanous or someone in his office to call me back about this. Each time I was assured someone in his office will get back to me within a few hours. Based on our last conversation I’m confident he will prescribe physical therapy so there is not much to discuss. This has been drawn out for 2 months because no one at Advanced Orthopedics returns phone calls, checks messages or does what they say they will do. Patient care is not a priority and they will forget about you as soon as you’ve paid. I would avoid this practice unless you like gambling with your health and throwing away money.

I have arthritis in both of my knees. I deal mostly with Matt. He has been great. Very kind and just wants to help. Im a different breed lol. Cortisone shots did not work, lubricant injection did not work. So he his working hard to figure out what will work. I trust their recommendations.

Check in was fast and easy. Dr. Macks assistant is so nice. She checked my blood pressure and we talked about our travels and family. Glad she is still working for Dr. Mack. Xray way easy. Dr. Mack explained what to do about my knee pain. He has done three surgeries on me, two shoulders and a meniscus. Great office.

Excellent service - Dr Mills is very knowledgeable and talked me through every step of the process before during and after surgery. He listened to me and made sure I was comfortable with everything that was happening. All of the people in the office were very kind and professional.

Dr. Drew Fehsenfeld and staff were great. The check in process went very smooth and they called me to the back pretty quick. The doctor was great and answered all my questions and I never felt rushed.

I arrived nervous and anxious having had 3 surgeries on my back and not wanting bad ​news again.I was seen in a timely manner and the front desk ladies were nice.The physicians assistant answered all my questions and was very patient and knowledgeable.The xray tech was kind and got me in and out.My nurse me feel comfortable and had a charm about her. I felt I was in good hands. As she was first to take care of me. She had beautiful hair, smiling and seemd to enjoy her job. It helped me relax.You have a wonderful team! The facility was really clean and they are well organized. Wait time was roughly 10 to 15 minutes after checking in and both doctors came in within five minutes of me going into the patient room. I felt that I was listened to and they offered solutions other than surgery right away.

Sadly, I didn’t get the opportunity to meet Dr Mack. Dr Brooks was the one I spoke with, and I will say he was very friendly and did not make me feel rushed. I have dealt with a very bad shoulder for years and the thought of shoulder replacement makes me ill, but the thought of finally being able to use my right arm again makes me hopeful my final quarter of life will be rewarding. I would love to speak with actual patients that are still fairly active that have had the procedure.

My first appointment was at 9:30. They called me in at 9:30. They were very organized and i felt heard by the entire team. My subsequent appointment was also on time. I really enjoy Dr. Brooks as my ortho. Highly recommend.

Great staff. They were up front regarding the procedure as well as recovery. Dr Cubbage explsined the procedure and at my request went into great dwtail regatding how it was peformed. He answered all questions in a way I could understand. I want to especially acknowledge his nurse Vickey, she is a wonderful delightful person. Met with Dr. Cubbage recently, he had great bedside manners and had no problem tell me my likelihood of different treatments. I enjoy honesty from my health team. I cannot wait to get all of my options next time I see him.

Dr. Cubbage and his staff are excellent!! I felt I was in good hands from the minute the Dr. said I would need surgery. The entire process was great. I was really nervous about the surgery especially the recovery. The Doc and his staff made my experience amazing, I felt calm and ready to undergo this difficult surgery. I had my surgery a month ago and I am recovering quickly and with minimal pain. I am throughly impressed with Dr. Cubbage and his staff. If you are needing spinal surgery look no further this doctor and his staff are phenomenal.

Never had to wait over an hour past my scheduled doctors appointment. Still waiting. How is that possible? Over booking? I recommend if the office is behind schedule to that degree then a courteous call is made to the patient ahead of time to see if the patient still wants to attend. People have other appointments to attend….

I waited on hold to make an appointment this morning. I waited on hold for over 10 minutes. Finally someone answers, who sounds like shes irritated that she had to answer my call. I simply asked if they accepted my insurance. She got an attitude as if I was supposed to assume even though mine is not listed in their online info. Then continued to sound even more frustrated that I wanted to make an appointment, she then disconnected the call...hung up on me.

Very competent doctor who listened to my concerns regarding my knee and what would best benefit me to get me back on my feet. He also listened to my concerns regarding the brace and the proper way to use the brace. The doctor was very thorough and sat and explained the procedure that will be best for me. He did not push me to do anything I did not feel comfortable with. He did explain that I could wear my existing brace for 6 more weeks and hope my condition improved and healed or go ahead and do the procedure he recommended and wear a new brace for 6 weeks and be healed and on my feet. Very good doctor and excellent staff all around. I highly recommend them.

Yes, I would certainly recommend Advanced Orthopedics & Sports Medicine to family & friends. My wife and I both have been going to see Dr. Mills for the past year, and both of us have had hand surgery performed by same. He is always very polite, and will discuss all options with you, and will not cut you short of time. He listens, hes very professional, and bottom line is he is a great doctor. Plus all the staff that we have had contact with are very polite, and professional. Dr. Mills assistant Ms. Alexia Wilburn gets an AA ++She has been very professional & helpful getting us through our surgeries.
