Beautiful restaurant right on the water. Good food and menu. They just renovated and didnt include anything at all for the kids, not even a little nook for them to play. The menu says $15 will get you a kids meal, ice cream and an activity pack. So we thought thats good that they do at least that for the kids. However, when we ordered they told they no longer provide the kids with an activity pack! Very disappointing that a family pub has absolutely nothing for kids. The good food saved the day thoughCompliments to the chef.

Can’t believe this place only has 3.4 stars, I would give it more than 5 if I could. The staff were amazing, mainly the two young blokes, a tall one and the other one with a Mohawk. Also the chef who brought out our food… really good food and reasonably quick as well, well priced and nice location. Keep it up guys!

The Entrance Location - Great establishment BUT the customer service is non existent, no personal skills. Not engaging, can’t even give a smile it’s not inviting at all.We came with a big group of people with lots of food ordered, my meal was missing so we addressed it and she didn’t believe me. Ordered a Schnitzel chips and veggies, didn’t receive the chips so we asked if we could still get some and she rolled her eyes, disgraceful.They should really have a good look at themselves, they are bringing the business down. It has so much potential.

Worst customer service is history - from the moment we walked in until we walked out. Would not recommend this place, it’s a shame as they have a nice layout - but what’s a layout without the service?

Best day ever. Had a great time talking to some very nice guys. I really love going here as everyone is so nice to talk to.
