Very very expensive. I mean you might have to take out a mortgage on your house. I like the vet and facilities but my vet bills are around 11 grand.
My cat has had many surgerys thru the years due to chronic condition and dr brown has made it an easier experience for my cat and me. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous always.
Dr Aragon & his staff were very accommodating and fully understood how nervous a puppy mom can be. They explained everything they were going to do to my girl and requested my input at each step. Thank you everyone!
Dr. Aragon repaired my foster dogs hips after being found with severe damage from being hit by a car and struggling to survive through Hurricane Mathew. Without Dr. Aragon, this pet would still be suffering. He did an incredible job and my foster healed so, so fast. The physio and aftercare were so easy and Dr. Aragon was so helpful in answering any questions I had. 5 stars to him and his team.
All the staff was very professional, the doctor did a fantastic job on my dogs rear left leg hes recovering nicely. The time that the doctor spend with us explaining the procedure was very reassuring. Highly recommend this facility if your pet needs surgery.
We want to take this opportunity to publicly recommend AVS Dr Aragon and his staff for their professionalism and quality care they provided for our Lab, Christi. We were given a prompt appointment as soon as we called regarding Christi developing a limp. All of the staff we met at the first appointment were compassionate, professional, and extremely courteous.Dr Aragon examined Christi and gave us a detailed analysis and diagnosis. He took an extraordinary amount of time answering our questions. He even went further to secure a radiologists diagnosis and called the next day to report they both agreed on the diagnosis. We recognized immediately during our visit that Dr Aragon was a leader and a man with solid core values which he had instilled in his staff. He gave us a treatment plan, and told us to call if the problem worsened. The following week Christi digressed. We called the office and my wife Kim spoke with Shannon, she patiently listened. She then had her manager nurse Tracy speak with Kim. Nurse Tracy was patient and listened attentively. He then gave us an appointment that afternoon.Upon us arriving that afternoon Dr Aragon re-examined Christi. He then performed a series of test including blood work, x-rays, sonogram, and CT scan. These ruled out all other diagnosis but the one he had already made. He carefully showed and explained all of the results to us. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He prescribed another medication to assist Christi who is now on her way to a successful recovery. This is the best medical care we have ever received including our human medical care.Thank you Dr Aragon and your staff for your quality, personable, and professional care.Yours very truly,Kim and TC Davis.
Amazing people still. Have used AVS multiple times before I moved. I recently drove 8 hours for my dog to have surgery here because they can be trusted!!!
After finding out that our sweet pup has an aggressive cancer, amputating her leg was our only option to relieve her pain. I am not able to say enough good things about Dr. Benjamino and the kind nurses at AVS. They were so thorough, never made me feel rushed and answered every question that I had. The people really care about your animal, which makes the money worth it!
Dr Aragon did surgery on my dog the next day. They made sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. Shes like my kid. Only the best for her. Told me up front the price, and that was it. They didnt have any hidden fees. We love them and you would too. Safe was great helping me under stand anything i was unsure about. Yvonne Z
My cat needed surgery and they gave me multiple options and the doctor sat down with me and took the time to explain EVERYTHING. I never felt rushed and I knew they wanted what was best for me and my animal not what was best for their practice.
Highly recommend this place for your four legged companions , that need surgery to stay apart of the family . I really felt like I was at the Mayo Clinic for animals !
Friendly techs and doctors. They treat your pets like their own.
I highly recommend them! Great group of people!Dr. Nieves (Del Mar Veterinary Hospital, St. Augustine)
This place is the BEST!!!!! I met with Dr. Aragon for our consultation after my dog Jozie tore her ACL. I can simply not say enough about him and his staff. He was so thorough and professional. He explained every little detail in depth. I knew that my dogs well-being was their number 1 priority. I love that they have a Board Certified Anesthesiologist to oversee each case. Each pet has their own anesthetic protocol catered to their very own specific needs. If you want quality specialized care, this is the place to bring your fur babies. Jozies technician Angelina was INCREDIBLE. So knowledgeable and helpful. All the way through till the end. After surgery Dr. Aragon noticed some muscle atrophy and felt that she would benefit from physical therapy. I was able to get in right away to see Dr. Appel, the Physical Therapist. WOW! Dr. Appel and her Nurse Erin where great! They were so helpful in helping Jozie achieve her goals, and regaining muscle strength in that leg. I could never thank them enough for all they have done for Jozie. You have such a wonderful team of Doctors and Nurses. THANK YOU!!!!!
These guys are amazing. They not only know their stuff, they help explain it in a way I understand. They went out of their way to help comfort me during what could have been a really nerve racking situation.
Mere words seem inadequate to describe our experience with this practice and these people...but one keeps coming to mind: EXTRAORDINARY!
