Airport Parking in Kenton County

Great service, very cheap and comfy bed. Stayed for one night as we only came for a concert but we had the best service. Very easy check in and out. The room wasn’t dirty but want the absolute cleanest either. Would for sure stay again!

So we came in late and desperately needed sleep before a wedding. From the outside it didnt seem that bad. However the rooms were a dump. We found spoiled food and trash under the cabinets, the AC window units would not cool the rooms, the furniture looked like it came out of a horror movie, and the TVs wouldnt work with any of the four remotes we had. For $150 a night, I expected a little better. The only reason it didnt get 1 star was because we were so tired and the beds were clean... The service was pretty garbage too. I called down for towels, which there were none, and they said we had to wait for housekeeping. Thats not ok because we needed showers before the wedding so I went down to the front desk to pick them up. They had no towels either and was told Id have to wait and come back down to pick them up. Ive worked in hotels before and this lack luster customer service would never have been tolerated. First, towels and linens would be stocked, second the rooms are cleaned and checked after each cleaning, and third you always go above and beyond for the customer. If there are no towels, you get up and find some and offer to bring them to the room if they are "drying". Dont stay here. Try the Holiday Inn next door.

I’ve only used this place to park my cat for the airport (3-5min away). They say they leave every 30min but they do not! I have used them twice and each time they’ve late 10-15 late and this last time I called a little before 2:30p for a pick up and I they didn’t arrive until 2:53p. The drivers never speak, however, the ladies at the front desk are pleasant. If your like me and every minute counts when trying to catch a flight, arrive early because they leave late!

My toilet overflowed due to items left in there from the previous Occupant that had the room. My toilet continues to run. My room also ran out of toilet paper within 24 hours of my 72 hours stay and was told there isn’t any paper in the hotel and suggested I go to a local gas station to BUY my own paper. The room was not clean and smelled like it was old. The paint in my room was old and poorly done. This place needs to be completely redone. I’m completely over this place.

We have enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff has been top notch since day one. The shuttle ran on time to and from the airport. Large hot breakfast in the morning and super clean pool. The rooms were just as clean with very good cleaning service. The front desk attendant could put a smile on anyones face. We appreciate the excellent service and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Not impressed. Chose this hotel based on pictures,price and closeness to airport. Got in very late after a long day of flying. Plenty of free parking. Reception was unwelcoming. Room was more like a motel and smelled of cleaning solvents. Minimum towels. Bed seemed clean. Small pillows. Toilet bowl was unsanitary. Highlight - theres a nice pool. But not nice enough to return.

Staff was super nice, but room was gross. The smell was the first thing we noticed, smelled like they tried covering up some bad smell with a heavy perfume. Toilet seat was loose to moved around if you sat on it About 5mins into the stay, we saw a bug crawling on the bed (looked like a bed bugdidnt find more, but were too uncomfortable to say. We quietly let the staff know and were Refunded very quickly. But will not be booking there again.

So we got our room for free with points, so that was good. But the entire hotel is in pretty rough shape. The first room they gave us was filthy and had not been cleaned. The whole place smells like old cigarettes, chlorine and feet. Its a cheap hotel, and it shows. Cracks in the walls, shabby carpet, doors hanging crooked and so thin you can hear everything in the hallway. Ive never done a bedbug check at any other hotel, but after the first room, I did do one here (no bugs, but I was legitimately worried). If youre looking for a place super close to the airport for cheap worth absolutely no frills, this fits the bill. Shuttle hours are limited and the cost to park in their lot is ridiculous.On the upside, the continental breakfast was fine and there was plenty of food. Also, the girl at the desk was very friendly and super apologetic that our first room was dirty and she followed up to make sure the second one was acceptable. Also, the beds were surprisingly comfortable and we got a decent nights sleep.
