Very pleased with Albion vet clinic took my Jack in 2 weeks ago for ear issues and they was very polite ,price was amazing and my Jack has his hearing back Thank you so much.

Professional staff, affordable and on time with appointments. Ive been using them for 7 years and havent had a complaint.

Very reasonable on their prices compared to others in the area, only Gripe is they take the phone off the hook and Want to send you to Ft Wayne Animal Hospital over a hour away when you know they are OPEN!!🤬🤬🤬

Slow service, waited for our scheduled appt for over an hour in the small waiting room. Very reasonable prices for the service we needed. Very friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable staff!

I cannot thank Bailey and Mandi enough! They were so kind and patient. My 80+# weimaraner did not want to even go into the building! Once in he would not let anyone touch him. With some peanut butter and sitting patiently on the floor for an hour he trusted them just enough for a nail trim and shot.

Great staff great with my dogs, not a fan of Dr Smith though. We thought he was a little rude. The lady doctor was superb with my dogs. Again the staff is excellent with you and the animals.

Doc Pailer is amazing! I moved to Decatur but will always make the drive to see a Vet who actually cares about my pets!

They were so kind & compassionate when I had to take my Westie in to put her to sleep. They helped her pass calmly and let me spend time with her before they gave the injection. She was never afraid. My heart broke but shes in a better place. You could tell they felt the loss too. Thank you so very much!!

I have never stopped being impressed with this place! They have always been very polite and enthusiastic about our pets. They are very accurate with their diagnosis and treatment plans and their staff in general are all very knowledgeable. Their rates are very affordable and they provide treatment options that work with a busy schedule and in the past they have even made time in their schedule for urgent matters. I trust them to take excellent care of our animals every time and I know my pets are safe in their hands. Their facility is not huge but its very clean and up to date. I would recommend this place to anyone for any matter. I would give it 10 stars if I could

The new to us male vet Dr. Smith was kind considerate and knowledgeable. He gave us some good advice on how to proceed on our pets issues. Thanks to all staff members and Dr. Smith your compassion is greatly appreciated.

I had my dog in there several times in one week. Never got any straight answers. 2 3two days later he died in my arms. It was terrible. U dnt get in and when u do look out

Ive been using this office for 20+ years for multiple pets and ever since the new vet came in I can never get my animals in when they are sick. Im over it and actively looking for a new vet for my 5 pets.

The staff are attentive and caring. They did everything they could for our cat, Tucker. He had too much infection to recover but he had wonderful care and he died at home surrounded by those who loved him dearly.

The Dr is amazing!! She came in and met my dog and spent a little time with him so he would warm up to her and then checked him over. I finally got answers as to whats been wrong with my dog after a year and having him at a different vet. Im so glad that I found her, and now we are taking all of our animals to her!!

Weve been coming her for years. Ever since it was Dr. Carmien we have been patients. They all truly care about the animals they see. While our dogs might not like the vet, we love this vet! I also love how I can send them messages on Facebook and they will give me advice or let me know if my dog needs to be seen.

Dog was taken in 3 times for an issue. Saw 3 different people. No real answers. He had to be put down the following week. Albion told me I could not be present with him during Euthanasia. No one who loves animals would stand by this. Took him to Dupont Vet Clinic so I could be present with him. Will never visit Albion again.

I took my pup Jacob to get his teeth pulled and they a fantastic job. I cant believe how normal he was when he got home. As if it never happened. Thanks guys. Highly recommended.

Dr Pailer is wonderful! We really missed her when the ofc was closed. She and her staff really take ggod care and attention to our dogs.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone. The staff are extremely nice and very helpful. The doctor is number #1. I drove over an hour just to come to this clinic. They treat your animals as if they were your own. Best clinic by far... Thank you all for treating Bayley (dogand precious (our catwith so much love and care. By the way i had spent at least 3-4 hours calling around looking for a clinic with decent prices to have my babies fixed and this clinic was BY FAR the cheapest...HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤

If there was a no star option I would give that. My husband took our dog to Albion Vet as usual, not knowing that Dr. Carmein had sold the business and his assistant vet is also gone. The young lady who is operating the business must need to pay off her student loans. She sold my husband some shots he was not aware of so he did not approve (uninformed consentand gave him a free pill to try on Nelli. In the evening I was looking at the billing and she had charged him $7.75 for the "free" pill and we noticed she sold and delivered extra shots. We thought Dr. Carmein was still there and trusted Nelli would get just what she needed. The vet got what she needed, another sale. We are done here... Update: I did find Seth at Eel River Veterinary at Columbia City.

We had two dogs requiring Heartworm shots. Very efficient set-up, due to Covid. The Vet Techs were pleasant to work with and everything went very smoothly from start to finish! Thank You Albion!

Several years ago we had a few issues with the veterinarians at the clinic, but we have continued to take our pets here and the past couple of years have been great. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and the staff is always very friendly. They made checking in with your pet for covid very simple and easy. If it is worth the drive, I would recommend this vet clinic for sure. They have taken wonderful care of my cat and my parents dog.

I looked around online at the average cost of feline teeth extractions, and I was pretty stressed that it was going to blow my budget. When I picked up my cat after her oral surgery, the amount I owed shocked and elated me. I highly recommend this place! My brother in South Carolina even joked about bringing his cats here because of the beyond affordable prices!

Ive been taking my dogs there for 12 yrs. It used to be a great place. Now the quality and care they give our pets is as cheap as their prices.

I love the small-town Veterinary clinic! they have great nurses, a great vet, and you are able to pick up the animal prescriptions right there on site! The price for vaccinations, but trips, and medications are very comparable!

Took our dog in for last round of shots and decided to get nails clipped as well. Come home to blood all over the carpet so I check her nails and come to find out that the vet had cut the kwik on multiple nails and one so much you can almost see the whole vein. I understand nicking one but when it is multiple and so much it is absolutely ridiculous never do I want to take her to this vet again.

Very affordable. They are definitely the cheapest around. I think there were some issues when the Vets were changing but I think those issues are taken care of. I feel like its back to being a very good place to take your furry loved ones.

This clinic has by far the most caring attentive staff we have found in caring for our cats. Prices are discussed up front with all care options. Prices are very reasonable. The only negative is that is sometimes hard to get a quick appointment due to the clinics popularity. I would recommend this to anyone with pets for the best care you can get.

When Dr. Carmein was there this was an amazing place to bring your animals. But since his retirement this office has gone down hill. My dog was old and dying and they wouldnt take the time to check her out. They said I had to make an appointment which was a week out. She passed before I could get her into them. If u value your animals do not bring them here.

This USED to be my vets office, if I could give it 0 stars I would! We went here because we are breeders and with frequent vet trips the low prices were a plus for us. Things seemed okay at first until we went to have our Akita neutered. He had undescended testicles so we had to pay the spay price for him, which was fine with me, but after the surgery they called and said that they werent able to remove both testicles because one was lodged too far up, so they removed 1 and gave him a vasectomy; the whole point in getting him neutered was because undescended testicles can cause cancer! My sister-in-law had the exact issue with her German Shepherd but her vet went the extra mile to actually remove the testicle that was lodged too far up. Next, we take in a puppy because he is acting lethargic and not himself, it turned out he needed surgery to remove something he had swallowed without us knowing; got a call after surgery that he made it through but has a lot of infection from the item causing issues in his intestines; the next morning they call to let us know he did not survive the night. Okay, at this point, I couldnt blame losing him on the vets office, until I took one of my females in for an emergency c-section not long ago. I was there for the surgery because it was Sunday and only the vet was there so I was somewhat assisting; this was the first and only c-section Ive had to do and the only one I had seen but it was a horror show! Blood everywhere! Having no other surgeries to compare this to, I didnt know that this was not normal, well I watched a c-section video of another dog a week later and let me tell you the c-section my dog received was NOT good. The vet tells me my dog had some bleeding but he clamped it off and thinks it should be fine. He didnt even have me stay another 10 minutes to make sure she was okay and sent us home. I get home, put my girl in her whelping pen with her 8 new puppies and let her rest; check on her minutes later and she has removed herself from the pool where her puppies are and is not nursing them. Okay, she just needs time to rest, I think. I let her be and come back to check on her 10 minutes later and shes DEAD! This vet KILLED my dog with a botched c-section! Now I wonder if they werent responsible for the death of the puppy I brought in as well. I will NEVER go to this vets office again, and if you care about your pets, you shouldnt either! After what happened, Id talked to a few others who have had major issues with Albion as well. Youve been warned!

Great vet. Great prices. Great with rabbits, which seems to be hard find. i still go here even tho i live in fort wayne now. they always seem to be able to get me in on last minute appointments. Still cheaper to drive there than chance it with a vet nearby

The very best veterinarian experience we have ever had. Very friendly people. We have a blind, diabetic miniature schnauzer and the care we have received has been nothing short of superb. The prices are very low and the customer service is great. Love this place!!!!

Love this place! They are so welcoming and kind! I really feel my babies are taken care of here! They are also extremely competitively priced, which takes care of me too. =)
