Good sized store, great customer service, had some good mark downs on previous special buys...worth a look see if youre local and understand the Aldi experience.

I prefer Richmond store for parking & store layout as well as it just seems to be better stocked

One of the larger Aldi stores Ive experienced and EASY 2 follow Layout! Lots of advertised Stock which is a bonus and also sell alcohol if u drink wine etc. Got a warm n toasty 100% Merino Tunic for $30!

Very good change to inside display as you find different items you normally just know where the items are if there is no changes and just dont look around

Small Aldi, but clean and tidy. Generally has the specials I want. Check-outs move quickly.

Would like the store to stock Greenseas tuna highly recommended this store and I dont say that lightly. Fantastic trolleys very clean tidy place. Was not going to write this reviewBut1. They will not let you in the store when you only have five items to purchase and will most likely be out before there close time.2.There is plenty more but thank you for wasting my petrol not a real good company to say to your staff that your not going to let someone in three minutes before and talk to them for a minute and make it two minutes when I could have got my stuff and went home dw I will start shopping at other stores more now..

Didnt like the lay out ConfusedTea Coffee should have sugar stocked instead its on the other side of the store with Bread and eggs

Shopping at Aldi Richmond works for me. It is a small store, and I was chasing up some kitty litter. Not a lot of choices, and I did not find one that suited. Rest of shopping was good, prices good value, friendly staff.

Terrible customer "service". Deputy manager harassed me trying to force me to open my bag for inspection. Said he "assumed" I was stealing. Without evidence from CCTV, NOBODY has a "right" to search bags, not even the police. I have a lawful right to refuse UNLESS there is evidence I am committing a crime. Everyone there must learn basic laws the consumer is entitled to. Note: Service NSW Bagcheck Guidelines for the checking of bags and parcels in retail stores: "An employee should not under any circumstances enter into a dispute with a customer over a request to check bags or a suspected theft."

Best Aldi in the West. Cleanest store compared to others,friendly helpful staff. All the groceries,fruit and veg displayed beautifully. I highly recommend this store and the parking is great also.

Pretty much like any other ALDI... you go there to buy a bread, carton of milk and peanut butter but go home with bike pump, kayak and trumpet. Good ol Aldi.

The customer service at this store is appalling. Don’t bother asking staff for help as when you ask if they could point you in the direction of something they just say “I don’t know” and walk away. Then to top it off, Kari, an older lady at the registers had one of the worst attitudes I’ve come across. I personally work in retail, I get that some days you’re just having a bad day (or maybe she’s going through menopausebut this isnt the first time I’ve been served by her. She was extremely rude to my mother and I, including the customers before us. Someone has to have words to her or retrain her or something because that attitude is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this store again.

This is a great store, staff are always very helpful and do everything they can to get people through the check out as fast as they can, customers jam them up all the time. Awesome products and great prices!

Richmond Aldi. No rush no crowd. You can do your shopping with ease. Nice and friendly staffs. Nice location and huge collection. Its in the heart of the suburb main market. Very big parking lot. If you are in Richmond then its just 2 mins drive from B59.

My favourite place to shop! The layout of the store is perfect. The variety of food is always fresh and theres always an amazing range of products to buy. The staff are great and prices are good value for money. You cant beat Aldi!

Last night i did my grocery shopping at Aldi Richmond was served by a rude lady her name was Sarah with glasses. Dont understand why they dont do split payments so a few things were returned to do a payment by card the rest cash. My problem is when she did the returns she rudely asked my husband to GIVE the items instead of politely asking. Now last time i checked it doesnt take much to say please or thank you she needs a reality check. Not happy with her customer service @ all and i enjoy everyone bar HER!!

Not a bad Aldi, clean and the staff were friendly. It has a wide range and is spacious unlike some other smaller locations. The carpark is a bit of a tricky thing to find/get to not having been to the location before, but now i know where to go/how to approach it, its a breeze.

The Aldi is always clean and well presented.The staff are friendly and obviously know te locals well - its great to see. The cashier was pleasant and friendly. A great store.

Cant really fault this AlDI, plenty of room, wide aisles and lots of parking available. They usually seem to get a fair amount of numbers for their special buys each week. Ive picked up quite a few good bargains here too as they often have some good reduced to clear deals.

Same new layout as the company has done for its multiple other stores, so you can find the products that you need. Staff are always friendly and professional in their dealings with the customers.

I usually only shop Aldi for special buys and specialty/continental foods I cant get anywhere else.New layout makes sense to my shopping style.Would love more volume of the special buy items and for then to stay a bit longer - we cant all get into town/into store every Wednesday & Saturday - or even every week.

Staff were nice but there were guys hanging in the carpark watching people getting in and out of their cars. Like seeing if they locked them. Bit suss. Shame coz I love Richmond.

I had a disgusting experience with Kerry on Saturday afternoon. I was buying groceries in this supposedly "family" supermarket with my 17yr old and grabbed myself a bottle of Vodka. The checkout lady refused me... 47yrs old mother alcohol because my daughter was with me.I was judged by a stranger. She openly told ne that even if my daughter left the store, she would not serve me. What??? How can you serve alcohol in a grocery store then "card" your kids.Do not shop here. I went elsewhere and got great service.

Its all renovated and more spacious however I have always preferred to pick up my fresh food groceries at the end of my shopping, not have it buried and squashed under my heavier groceries.

Would love to give it a zero star rating! Terrible service...a shop that sell heavy furniture and furnishings should have a warehouse operation! As a single mum I had to ask another Male customer for help lifting a 40kg box into my car with my baby in the car... not to mention in the store I had to get it on the trolley on my own with a pram and wheel it out on the trolley.. how many arms would be required? Disgraced

Mainly go there for the special buys. Richmond appears to be a clearance store for Aldi and and special buys from other stores that havent sold keep showing up at reduced prices. Some great deals to be had.

I can always get a park. Really good wheelchair access. The store is always clean and well layed out. Great range of products, that are easy to see/find, and are yet to disappoint for quality and price. Service from freindly and efficient staff is first rate.Pay attention to this review because if youve read my others youll be lucky to find 5 stars. I save them for those who tick all the boxes!This Aldi does just that!

Plenty of parking if you dont need a disabled spot, I think a couple extra at this store would not go amiss. Easy shopping as always in Aldi.

If youve been to one Aldi you pretty much get the gist of what its like. But if youve never been its a worthwhile experience you should have at least once in your life.

I visited this place a few months ago and the memory is with me still. It was like a paradise on earth. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if they had allowed people to bring their pet monkeys into the shop. Im pretty sure you are not allowed to do this at present but I heard a rumour that Aldi management would consider doing it if patrons were willing to forego bananas being sold there. If you go along, let them know that you support this idea.

One of Richmonds greatest attractions. Walk in wanting to buy milk and bread and walk out with a television and garden hose. As expected, it is a clean supermarket with great quality and cheap food.
