Good service and variety
Seems to have most thing in Stock when visiting and shopping.
Great store with eclectic products. Lovely food, fresh and frozen. Good value for $s
They like to take your money but the service ? ? What service under staffed not worth going in
Excellent prices and comprehensive range I was very satisfied
Aldi needs to concentrate on stocking more grocery items and less of the stuff they have in the middle of the store. A German owned company and they dont even sell mustard. If I shop at aldi I have to go to woollies to get what aldi dont stock. Their prices arent that much cheaper anyway.
Found people who shop here to be rude. As for the staff members, their customer service is horrible. They dont treat all customers the same.
Very good place all.fresh smell 👌🏼
MANAGER PLEASE NOTE! JUST RETURNED FROM YOUR STORE MID DAY APPROX 9/9/2022. YOUR SUPPOSE TO SUPPLY A SERVICE, I HAD A FULL TROLLY OF GOODS , ASKED FOR CASH OUT , THE GUY SAID I DONT HAVE ANY, DIDNT WANT TO HELP, AND THERE WAS NOBODY WAITING BEHIND ME SO NO EXCUSE, I ASKED IF HE COULD GET SOME FROM THE OTHER TILLS, THEY DONT HAVE ANY EITHER! YOU NEED TO TRAIN THESE PEOPLE BETTER, WONT SHOP IN YOUR STORE EVER AGAIN! NO STARS!
SHOCKING! Queued half way around the store waiting for a checkout. Seriously, half way around the store, people waiting in line all the way along the back wall & down to the only 2 registers operating!Wont be visiting here again in any hurry!
Horrible store with terrible customer service. Why is there one cashier and a massive line up. Why do we have to wait in a 20 minute line while our cold items are going hot. What a joke, we will be shopping at Coles from now on. Never coming back, Avoid at all costs.
Aldi Strathpine Saturday 6 August. Only 2 staff on and one is on coffee break. Customers queued throughout the store. Oh look, hes finished his coffee and a 2nd check-out is now open. Several customers have left their trolleys and walked out. Not good enough ALDI.
Great stock and had what I wanted
Stock of quite a few items was either low or completely out however we still managed to get everything wecneeded
Seemed a little more expensive this week. I guess thats happening everywhere. Friendly helpful staff
Well set up and clean and great staff.
Every time I go to Aldi, there is never enough staff on, and so I usually avoid shopping there altogether. However, today at Strathpine Aldi, I was quite surprised at the customer service excellence from one of their female staff members, Kirra.I must admit, I initially walked into the store to buy womens sanitary pads for the pink charity box out in front of the store, something that used to embarrass me, but this was for a good cause so I thought I would give Aldi another go and put male pride aside.Im glad I did, because not only was I stepping out of my own comfort zone to do something for someone else, and having no job and very little money myself, it was nice to see such a wonderful smiling face at the checkout when making the final purchase. The sanitary napkins were $1.99 for a box of 16, which included pads and tampons in the same pack. They had long, regular, and thin options. But dont ask me what that is all about, I already get angina just thinking about it.I perused the middle section to see if there were any unnecessary purchasables, and alas I was able to find two padlocks for $6.99. The locks were for a large aviary with two rare birds. On a side note, I took on these birds (and aviaryyesterday to help take care of them for a lady that was recently diagnosed with a terminal illness. Not only did I appreciate the cheap prices, as I am desperate for work (applied at Aldi funny enough and got rejected, even though I have managed large retail stores with very big profit margins), but I also appreciated Kirras outstanding ray of light shining from checkout counter number 1.I internally rolled my eyes as I approached the checkout line, because in typical Aldi style, they were looooooong. Even though they have four operational counters, and plenty of people who want to work there, they only use two counters for huge amounts of loyal paying shoppers. How does that work?Luckily though, as I stood there with a shelf box of 10 smaller boxes of womens sanitary pads and two locks, I saw Kirra serve a customer with the biggest smile, and the kind of bold spirit that you would love to see from a customer service agent, but rarely do.She picked up a bunch of flowers that a shopper was buying and said, "oh are you buying these for me? Thanks", all with a glow on her face.Because Kirra has that something extra, and it shines like a star in the night, you can tell that she is truely one in a million. As I stood there informing customers in the queue that if they buy bananas with their "hard" avocados and kept them together in a bowl, it would help to ripen them much faster, you could see that Kirra kept the same chirpy pace and pizazz for every customer interaction. Her energy gave the bored queue of shoppers a reason to chat and feel comfortable. It was if she were some hospitable American southern-style belle, except that Kirra had a real "aussie" accent, the kind that Sophie Monk has, a voice that is adorably Australian and with heart. This is what Australia is all about ladies and gentlemen. Our people in service should be like Kirra...Fun, quirky, fresh and smiles all round. This young las should be given a reward that is appropriate for her personal taste and needs. If money is what she needs, then pay her double to compensate for the missing staff that Aldi could hire, but choose not to.I let Kirra know she was outstanding in front of the other shoppers, because this type of service should be celebrated wherever possible.I truely hope that god speaks with the managers and executives of Aldi and ask them to make a few changes about the place. Especially changes that make shoppers feel less inconvenienced when there is next to no staff, but to use Kirras example that being great, is by being your best self.If anyone shops here, the young girl with blonde hair will make your day. Please be kind to her so she can keep filling our "customer cup".Thanks Aldi for hiring a superstar. Dont ruin it now.All the best and god bless,Nick 🕊
Hmmm not up to Aldi standard this time around. I always shop Aldi and find their range of products awesome and the staff are usually just as awesome. Unfortunately can’t say I had a pleasant experience this time
Love to shop here, there is always something new to look at.
Bought some "Camp Quality" (childrens cancerAustralian themed Christmas cards.Wide variety of household goods and food products, plus seasonal "special" buys.
It was a nice place to shop at as it well spaced out and they have a lot of different products that the other supermarkets dont have and this is why I go there , as well it cheaper than the other supermarkets as well.
Pretty much on par with other small Aldi as to be expected 👍😉
Found this place easy to access, great range of products and good coustmerservice great prices and short whating times at checkout
New store. Trolleys are still shiny and new. Good stock. Very busy. Great staff. What can I say, its ALDI. They seem to be good 99.9% of the time.
Aldi is the best it makes no difference which aldi in australia you go to thet are great and the staff are so helpful and polite
Absolutely excellent. Good variety of Australian foods fresh veg. Nice staff too
I was looking for one item. No staff on shop floor or visible in store room. Had to ask checkout operator where to find it. Not good customer service.
Always well stocked in the products I want and the staff are the friendliest of any grocery store in the Strathpine Shopping Centre.
Went to aldi stathpine today to check on special buys items...Couldnt find a product that i was looking for so was waiting for staff to assist me with that. When staff was approved (nearly after 10min), i asked him about item and request him to check if any nearby or any other aldi store have it so can go and buy it..but rather checking or helping out he continue to walk and said we cant help you out with that and said thay You have to go and check yourself. This was never happened to us before as usually they are very helpful and look out for us...Would rather go to other aldi then strathpine....
Quite large for an internal to shopping centre Aldi.Logical layout with fresh produce
Since they done the store up looks more organised and more space to move around. New style a lot better then the old style. Weekly specials are always something different every week. This store can be very busy during there busy periods during the week but the staff handle it very well.
Very busy this Easter Saturday, good to see so many varieties in the weekly specials. Disappointed to see the 1kg pack of Skim Milk Powder is still not in stock.
I havent been to Strathpine in ages. The Aldi store was well laid out and stocked well too. Staff were busy filling shelves whilst I was there on Saturday. Store was clean and tidy and very busy but got through fairly quickly. Dont have to pay for parking and you can park underneath or up on the rooftop.
1 hour to pay for the food today
Great customer support and staff. Restocking is pretty fast after their renovation. Aside that it is Aldi, a groceries store with a range of competitive sales and it.
For aldi not bad I am not a big fan of them mainly for the way of not paying the right taxes
Decent place for a quick stop for grabbing ingredients but the queue can be a bit of a wait depending on each persons purchases. Staff are friendly and helpful too.
Very friendly staff great customer service and good spot close to the entrance not a a big store but good enough for quick shopping and quick stop
Clean store, normally has everything I need BUT still dont have an Aldi trolley return bay in the carpark directly outside the Aldi end of the centre. I have contacted Strathpine Centre and Aldi via their FB MESSENGER quite a while ago with this concern 😕
Friendly staff, clean store, great prices. Couldn’t find any toilet paper though, looks like everyone’s taken them.
I tried those Chicken Kofta few weeks they were amazing.. Can you guys get them in stock please. They are delicious👏👏👏
My review will stay at the top and so it should. Your Ombra sunscreen as stated on 100’s of websites over the past 2 years (Unknown to medoesn’t work, at all! We applied it twice today over 4 hours and my family and I - my 2 year old in particular are burn to a crisp. You knew about this feedback you responded to it on a Facebook post in 2017! Cheap overseas products that could potentially lead to cancer. Remove this sunscreen.
All ALDIS Are Different, in that they try to have so much Stock for everyone to enjoy some really incredible stuff...to the Layout, and where theyre heading against other Competitors, who Cant Compete....But one thing that is the Same, is Their Great Weekly Specials Wed through to Sat and This Store was one of the First ones to Open and Im so Glad They Did...I Love the ALDI Shopping Experience, Very Helpful and Friendly Staff, Always Great Prices, that never change, Shelves are Always Packed Full, The Freshest Produce, Loads of Different Gifts and Decore Items for Indoors Or Out, Personal, Professional, and Educational Items...Not to mention The Festive Days and Months, Like Brittish to German, Greek, Dutch Or Aussie..All with A Fiest For A King., That wont Break The Bank....Enjoying World Expo From around the Globe...With That Unique Style, that is Not only now Synonymous with The ALDI Name, But Quality That You Can Rely On...week after week, after Week....Thanks ALDI Strathpine, for Helping Me Get More Goodies For My Money.....😘😉💖
I purchased a Events cinema gift card from Aldi Strathpine that wont work it says its not sold when trying to use it, I have the receipt, Aldi said they cannot help, the manager was rude and offered no further advise. Event cinemas said I have to contact Blackhawk as they provide the card. I find this service disgusting as if something is faulty the store should sort the issue as they took the money.
This is a great ALDI with a wide product range. There is something for everyone here from clothes, groceries and snacks. It is centrally located for convenience. There are also trendy homewares stores nearby. Adjacent restaurants will allow you to meet your culinary needs.
Great selection. Have made some very budget friendly meals with amazing flavors! Always some awesome products in the center isles.
Great for cheap groceries. I try to spend as much here before hitting coles or woolworths for the specialty stuff. Typically pay half what you would elsewhere.Frustrating that fruit and vegetables are usually only available in large prepacked bags.GREAT price for cheese and frozen meals.
A great place to shop. Cant get all items though like dental floss. Still, items more reasonably priced.
Love this store, some items can be really cheap, but good quality. Their bacon is quite a bargain. The range of electronics goods are quite impressive.
Im always amazed by how cheap the the food is. Still cant convince the wife to shop here, but I like it. I recommend the coffee beans.
