I was a tenant under Alert Management for 3+ years and they were always outstanding. We’ve moved/rented all over Southern California and my experience with this team is hands down the best we’ve ever had. Specifically, Kadhine Vazquez-Navarro, was always kind, respectful and very prompt to respond. The entire staff is helpful and their online portal to pay rent, request maintenance, etc. is super easy to use! Highly recommended!!

I went to their office, I will never do that again because they have an online service for repairs at my townhouse. Once I got my request online Alert Management was here fixing my stuff. I cant Thank Alert Management Enough. Thanks Fred

I am in a unique position to compare and review management copanies. I own a large plumbing company and work for all of them and Alert is hands down the best. No other management company cares more about their tenants. Alert is right on top of maintenance and does a good job of securing the best prices and service for owners. Kim the manager is highly experienced and is a top notch professional I. The field. I have high praises for alert. They are hands down the best management co in ventura county

Worse management ever!.. I kept calling and calling to get some feed back on my application and all I heard was we will call you back and that never happened. After 2 weeks of waiting they said they had already approved someone else for the property I applied for!.. like really u had me waiting for this you couldn’t let me know when I called all those times ??? So frustrating like why don’t you communicate??? Don’t leave your clients waiting just to hear this so unprofessional!!!! You have the worse excuses when it comes to getting feed back from property’s PLEASE BE HONEST stop lien to people!!!!

They never return phone called and very disorganized.

Utterly inept. Towed my car away even though I rented from them and was in my space. I wrote a letter complaining to them, the didn;t respond but their attorneys did, and said my claim was preposterous; well their attorneys are just incompentant as this company, as they claimed there was no license plate on my car, albeit their initial letter to me included my license plate number. Totally suck, never rent through here.

No recomiendo que gasten su dinero en aplicaciones para propiedades con ellos, te tienen esperando los 3 o 5 días para saber si calificaste y después de ese tiempo ya te dicen que no saben si pasaste l no y solo te mandan a que dejes correos de voz!! Me parece un fraude ...

Helpful staff and management. Usually busy, no parking.

Alert Management helped me and my family get a home at the time we needed it most, every other company i went to during that time i felt like they saw me as a number and when i went to Alert they listened to me and saw me as a person and not for my money, they truly helped me in my time of need and I will always have respect for everyone that works at Alert. I dont know what happened with the people writing these bad comments but for me it was a good experience. Thank You Alert!

Terrible!! Such a shady company. Listed a house that seemed too good to be true but their website looked legit so I thought i would call to see it. When I got there I wasnt alone. There were 2 other couples waiting to view the house as well. We all waited in excess of an hour before finally getting ahold of David (the "realtors" name). He said he was still at the office in Oxnard and had simply forgot about the viewings. In a business where you make your money from showing houses, its unlikely he "forgot". Unprofessional and bogus company. STAY AWAY!

HORRIBLE is the word. Very shady people and lyers.. Do not give them money to hold a place because they will do EVERYTHING possible to keep your money and not refund you..Happend to me. Mary, there is a Shady, Shady bitter lady. Watch out with her especially.
