Go with proper solicitors even if you have to pay more as you get what you pay for and not limited to how many emails they correspond on your behalf.Sales gimmick of having a dedicated point of contact is probably because of the limited personnel they have. As pointed out by the other 1 star review, couldn’t get in contact when required at a critical point of negotiation. Were prompt with the invoice though.Can probably tell by their responses to positive feedbacks only what they think about fixing their problems.

I would not recommend this company. We engaged their services for the purchase for our first home, and if Im honest the process was made 10x more stressful for us. 9 times out of 10 the conveyancer was not available. I was assured I would have my call returned which rarely happened. In one instance the conveyancer had even gone home when i called again as I hadnt received a return call, and this was on a Friday! I would regularly have to resend follow up emails a week later as there was no response. In the end I was charged more than my "fixed fee" for a settlement issue that was never even rectified, and was a normal part of the settlement process. When I questioned this I was essentially shut down. If you are looking for basic communication, reassurance and fair pricing, then I would definitely look else where. Very disappointed.

ALF Lawyers are a very professional and caring Law firm. I felt my matter was dealt with efficiently and I was most pleased with the outcome achieved. The communication with my Lawyer was open and honest. He took the time to compile evidence required and I felt like my case was taken seriously.I cannot thank ALF Lawyers enough.

I wish I could add to the plethora of wonderful reviews on here, which is a reason why I called ALF to deal with a simple retail lease.What was promised would take 2-3 days, took almost 2 weeks. Again this is another reason why, due to sensitivity of timing to open business.Communication would take sometimes days, with no return of a phone call. And even a simple question about a part of the invoice I never asked for, also took another week to get a simple response. Instead a lot of back and forth between emails, again more no return of phone calls.At one point, I even asked Jami to return my call for some more work for ALF (prior to me realising how hard it was to even get a call back), I never even received a call for that.What should have been a very straight forward 2-3 days, turned into weeks. If my phone calls were returned in the first place, the nonsense of emailing back and forth would have eliminated all of this time.At one point, she even requested I contact the other person involved on a Friday, to say " the lawyer is taking longer than expected" and to apologize and they will be in contact first thing Monday. Again, Monday comes around. Nothing, no email, no phone call....I spoke to reception and then that night an email was finally sent after I expressed my disappointed at how unprofessional this was.For these reasons, I do not recommend ALF for business leasing. Maybe other departments may be better, I dont know, ALF had a chance to have more work, but because of lack of communication you lost out on 2 more prospective clients (which Im now glad never went through you).
