Devlin. is an absolute delight when answering the phone. As someone who deals with hundreds of faceless voices over the phone I understand that it is usually the first voice we hear that puts on the perspective and emotions that we will encounter. If they sound grumpy mad angry the experience will be bad. But her ability to answer the questions and assure confidence in the dealerships work left me at ease 😍

Purchased a used Giulia through Eric in June. It is now September and I couldn’t be more happy! The car is perfect, runs amazing. The dealership was extremely kind, and very generous throughout the whole process. When we didn’t have enough time to go through the purchase the first time I went to the dealership, the dealership delivered the car to me themselves rather than me having to drive the 2 hours again the next day! One of the very few remaining honest dealerships left. 100% recommend purchasing from them!

I want to give a big shoutout to Eric Nowicki,I have been dreaming of owning an Alfa romeo for quite sometimes, but I needed a dealership I can trust.The team at Alfa Romeo of Wilmington Pike were amazing with meFrom the Eric who sold me the car to the financial manager who help me find the best financial options to the sale manager who personally came and greet me.The buying experience was really nice.My only mistake was that I was so happy with my purchase that i didnt take the time to fully test out the car part which result in me spending more money to buy break pads just a week after my purchase.I wish i caught it sooner and made them pay to fix it.I would be smarter next time.Still Great thank you to Eric Nowicki and his finance manager.

They sold my daughter a 2014 Charger with broken side marker lights and a broken tire pressure sensor. My daughter took it back to get fixed and they clearly lied and said they didnt have the tools to fix the tire pressure sensor. I called them to have the side marker lights fixed and after the 8th phone call they said they can fix it but they would have to charge us to fix it. In between these phone call my daughter and I fixed the lights. Worst customer service ever. The manager sells a broken vehicle to a young girl and doesnt have the courtesy and integrity to do the right thing. This is by far the worst dealership Ive dealt with. Absolutely disgusting.
I have bought a stelvio here. The team was very good,friendly and helped me to get the car and have provided great deal.Eroc from sales has very good knowledge on the cars and explained in detail of everything that is needed to be known. Scott from finance has helped with all paper work. The only downside is the interest rate that I have been offered was higher than what my DCU bank quoted me and they do not accept finance from outside bank.

Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever been to. Sales team will flat out lie to you and try every single old school high pressure tactic to force you into deal. I would not trust any deal they give your or anything they say. Cars are filthy and not taken care of. A buy here pay here lot has more integrity than they do which is disgusting to say since they are supposed to be a luxury car dealership.
Tim and Mr. George were amazing. I enjoyed being in the presence of their company as I purchased my new vehicle, I would recommend everyone when you walk through the door ask for them and you will leave out with a BIG smile on your face
I had to have a wheel and tire replaced on my Alfa. From first phone call to walking out the door, Hanna in service was incredibly attentive and helpful. You can tell by their set up that transparency is their goal. That is extremely refreshing for the brand. I will happily continue to bring them my business. Outstanding service department.
Everyone with whom I came in contact with was very nice, friendly and courteous all the while being very professional.Patrick my salesperson while showing us cars and answering questions and even getting back to me with information that he didnt initially have. Tim the sales manager was the same and even threw in a bonus or twocausing me to feel like they appreciated my business as a customer. And as for Scott the finance manager, he even went out of his way to handle something for us from a previous dealer that didnt directly affect the deal that we were doing. Salesman was nice and respectful (the only reason this is not a 1 star ratingbut the experience was one of the WORSE!I drove 3hrs after being assured of an agreement on my trade. Upon arrival, the dealership would not sale me the vehicle because I came with outside financing. I would have welcomed this information doing one of various interactions prior to the trip up. I was directed to the fine print on the website. PATRONS BEWARE!!What a policy for any dealership to have to try and maximize profit.
Just leased a 2022 Stelvio, and the process was seamless. The dealership itself was pristine, as was the customer service. What a great experience I had! I drove 2.5 hours because this dealership had the specific car and model I wanted and was happy to do so. George Spatoulas helped me and he was a pleasure. I was able to do everything via email prior to arriving to the dealership. Once I arrived, the car was up front ready for me. George helped me with the paperwork, answered all the questions I had regarding the car and got me in and out in 45 minutes. The rest of the staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, worth the drive!!

Horrible experience after purchase. I was an out of state buyer who purchased a car over 2 months ago. The dealer apparently never timely submitted the registration and title paperwork. Now I can’t drive the car because my temporary plates have expired. Despite numerous follow ups for weeks the dealership has still not provided any tracking numbers, proof of submission of paperwork, or any info whatsoever. Now that they have my money I’m stuck with a car I paid for but can’t drive.
Buyers Beware!Test drove the Quadrifoglio on a Saturday. Negotiated a price Monday at 6pm with Sales Guy. Got an email after 10pmThat night from him saying I had to finance through their lender and I had to keep the loan 7 mos. If I didn’t they were raising my discussed price 2k. I said I’ll pay 2k to choose my own cheaper rate. Gave them a 3k deposit. They emailed me a Sales Agreement to obtain financing. I was to pick up the car that Saturday. Friday lunch time after I already signed for my new loan and sold my car the finance guy left a message saying that because I wouldn’t finance with them they wouldn’t sell me the car! This was at the direction of the GM. Called the GM and he back peddled and then accused me of not getting a better rate and he was just gonna have to “believe me” Unreal! We got to the dealership and they suddenly included a Zurich package to my cost with the original quoted price. I didn’t need or want this package. Was a terrible experience. They acted guilty and it showed! The GM never even came out and apologized to me. Maybe they didn’t want to sell the car to a woman! Pathetic.
Josh, the Service Advisor was extremely professional and kind. He did everything St his disposal to make me feel taken care of and even alerted me that my inspections were past due. Finally, he turned the car around for me as leaving the garage is not easy for a customer unfamiliar with the space and orientation.Great job folks!
Their are excellent as usual with customers, best advice from the technical team in what your car need to do now and what can wait. Josh service manager very helpful and accurate on prices and time that my car will be ready. Chelsea front desk, she is wonderful!! Always try to make everything that you need very easy.

There aren’t many Alfa Romeo dealerships in the Delaware Valley but that doesn’t matter to them. Every Time I’ve interacted with them on the phone or in person they have been absolutely wonderful. I had no appointment day after a holiday and they got my 24k service done within 2 hours without any hassle. I highly recommend them for sales or service.
I called to get an oil change and routine maintenance on my Alfa Romeo and they got me in the next day. They kept me updated and informed of what was going on and were open on Saturday for me to pick up. Also, everyone that I talked to was extremely nice. Great service!
This was one of the smoothest shopping experiences I’ve had, which seems counterintuitive due to the significance of the purchase/ value. Eddie was amazing. He didn’t push to sell a car, rather presented all the facts and answered all my questions honestly and transparently, allowing me to make the decision. From walking in to test driving to signing all the paperwork, it took only a few hours. Hoping that all future service visits would be as smooth and as stress-free.
I have only recently purchased a used Alfa Romeo Stelvio and had a problem. I called Wilmington Alfa and spoke with the service manager Josh. He told me to bring it the next morning and he arranged a rental. I got there right as they opened and josh said before I got the rental could I Waite a few minutes and he would have a mechanic look at it right away to save me a trip back. I live 37 Miles away. I was outa there in 45 minutes with a new battery and it was covered under warranty and he had my trunk adjusted as well. That’s service!! Thanks Josh

Josh is just terrific.This dealership is very responsive to concerns, and the individuals there recognize the importance of maintaining relationships in business. We dealt with Deneen in sales, Scott to do all paperwork. and Jamie (as general managercarefully oversaw the whole transaction. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, assistance or kindness. Chelsea has always been a breath of fresh air as first contact on the phone. They give every reason to buy there, even apart from love of the cars. Our thanks to all.The 2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia is hugely enhanced from its earlier years, looks like a sports car, and drives like a luxury sedan. The tech is all there. I’m obsessed with the safety this location has been during the pandemic. The whole dealership is very nice and made it super easy for me while buying my car! I went through Deenan and she was caring and making sure that I got everything I needed in a vehicle. The other salesman are great too. The manager Jaime gave me a great deal and I appreciate the patience this location had. It’s super hard buying a car and I’m glad I got everything I could want and more and was able to stay in budget!!

He explained that there was a mix up in communication and the car was serviced for us. We love Eddie and love our Guilia and now we love Alfa Romeo Wilmington pike again! If you want an Alfa Romeo be sure to speak with Eddie! He really is the best!Wow! Talk about disappointing... our Guilia was in hit on the street on October 14th and we had been in contract with our sales rep who told us the free annual service would be completed while they had the car for repairs. Moppert had the car until today, November 27th, over a month! Then Wilmington Alfa Romeo refused to do the free service because we were a week past the anniversary of the purchase! Very very disappointing! Not an upstanding dealership! Previously our experience was great. Don’t know what happened but we will not recommend them to anyone and will be posting reviews explaining why. Too bad they couldn’t honor their word.
This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had! I randomly stopped in after speaking with Eddie over the telephone and I was promptly served. This dealership knows customer service! Not only that, as a woman who went alone to purchase a car, I must say I was treated with the utmost respect and they gave me an amazing deal! I would highly recommend this dealership. Both Sean and Jamie were amazing to deal with. I was looking for a new Alfa Romeo Stelvio for a month or so but couldnt find one with the options I wanted in NJ by me. 1 day after speaking with Sean I drove home in my new car. I did all the paperwork online, and was in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes. The best part of all is they gave me a great price. hands down the best car buying experience. highly recommend!

By far one of the best car buying experiences I have had in my life. Ask for Eddie, he really went out of his way to make sure I found the right car and had enough of a test drive to make sure I was getting the right Giulia(which was way more fun that the BMW 340/Audi A4). Jamie the Sales Manager took care of me without the usual car dealer wear you down negotiating waste of time. He just gave me a great deal and beat all of the area competition. The facility is impressive and reflective of the experience I expected from Alfa Romeo. Finally, William the finance manager had me out of there with complete paperwork in 10 minutes and the deal was exactly as discussed. Amazing dealership! No Im not a friend and dont work there.
