Best pizza in Monmouth. We get the all meat pizza and add fresh garlic. Absolutely delicious and consistently good. We had one messed up order in 7 years of ordering and the owners made it right without us even asking.

We loved the food! Weve recently started eating cauliflower crust pizza, and they made a great one for us. The dining room decor is fun, too.

We arrived late in the evening after a track meet, we were greeted immediately and waited on eagerly! Great food and a terrific waitress. So glad we chose Italian instead of a quick burger.

Disappointed to say the least. We ordered what was on the menu as a “Chicago style pizza”. When it arrived it was nothing more than a regular pizza. When I asked the server about it she replied that they only have “pan” pizza. I wouldn’t consider it that either. She almost seemed like “Oh, well … too bad” and then asked if we wanted a box for the rest of it. No offer to make anything right. I thought it was very unprofessional. When I mentioned the incident to the owner she wasn’t any more helpful. She started off by reading that portion of the menu to me and when I stopped her by telling her “I can read” she began making excuses for the server -“We’ll, she’s a high schooler and that’s what you can expect.”Excuse me?! What I can expect is for the owner to care enough about the customers who are keeping their business afloat to take it a little more seriously. She did offer to remake something or give us a credit since my husband had already paid the bill but at that point I was just ready to be done with the place. We won’t be returning or recommending Alfano’s to anyone but will share our experience if anyone asks about the place.

The pizza is not the best if Im being totally honest, however their wings, sandwiches, and tacos are delicious!

Ohhh man the food is the best but the pensé Axel is súper caring.

This place is Always on point! Everything about the entire experience will exceed any expectation. Ive been going to this restaurant for 25+ years and Ive never had a problem that wasnt courteously resolved(and I can only think of ONE time in all these years). I recommend them to anyone!

The dough of the pizza was pretty good Chicago style lots of cheese jalapenos and pepperoni and sausage were really good and the staff is very friendly surprised to know that she was from Michigan

We ordered a pizza tonight at 6:11. An hour and a half later I called about it to cancel the order. I was told that the delivery driver had it and they had no way to let him know that. ( Really? Who doesnt have a cell phone these days?I said I would wait ten more minutes and if it wasnt delivered then I was going to refuse my order. Then I hear in the background a man say If he wants to cancel then tell the driver to leave when he gets there. We waited 15 minutes for a total of one hour and 45 minutes and still no pizza. So we go to McDonalds. Two hours and twenty minutes later we get a call from the delivery driver saying that he has our food. ( The delivery driver called us from his cell phone? But Alfanos said that they had no way to let him know that we wanted to cancel our order?The wont be getting any more business from me.

Fantastic food and service! I got something different this time and they knocked it out of the park as usual!

I love the food here. Especially the tacos. But everything is great. The staff are very nice and polite. The delivery guy was very nice as well. They gotta be doing something right they have been here for a long time. Thank you very much!! Highly recommended

I have eaten here a few times pre-COVID and I recall they had good service. I used to think their pizza was great but I was not impressed the last few times, its just difficult to eat because the cheese is impossible to cut with teeth or fork. also, I dont like square-cut pizza and the texture is not my favorite, plus its the most expensive pizza place in town so not worth it. nail on the coffin, when we picked up our order, the owner lady was sitting at a table by the register with her mask not covering her nose. what if the kitchen staff does that too? absolutely not ok. not planning on going back, certainly not during COVID.

Service was good but I ordered lasagna and it was just ok. Was really not impressed with it but the garlic bread was homemade and good. Pizza is good from this location.

Pizza was absolutely delicious! We ordered the Chicago style with hamburger and black olives alongside the bosco sticks. The dough was homemade, full of garlic, Parmesan, and flavor.

Alfanos in Monmouth, is a great place to order from. My food us always hot, fresh, and delish! They have fair prices, and great service.

While I was attending Monmouth College, Alfanos was a staple of my diet. I returned for homecoming and wanted to introduce my kids to Moms favorite place from way back when. I was NOT disappointed!! The stuffed breadsticks are VERY generously portioned (and the name does not do them justice! LolThey are about as big as your head and still VERY reasonably priced!! A must have when in Monmouth!

The foods great. But youll need to start calling a good hour or 2 before you want to eat. It takes at least an hour or more to get there. Sometimes just as long to get them to answer the phone. Good food though.

Very good Pizza and good pricing (16" Special for about $16, Full Chef Salad for $6-ish and split by 3 people). $3.50 for bottled beers like Blue Moon and Sam Adams. Great service with polite staff and a clean restaurant so whats not to like 😀I cant wait to go back and try more of the menu like the Lasagna and Italian Beef!

Enjoyed some pizza today at Alfanos in Monmouth. Their restaurant has two rooms for seating. Lots to choose from. Pizza was great. Good amount of cheese, sauce is sweet and tangy, and dough was of good consistency. Carry out and delivery available. Good family restaurant for a small town. Service was good and polite. Well priced. Worth a visit!

Very quick and easy pick up. Very tasty pizza. 4 larges fed about 12 of us no problems.

Got the manicotti. My friend got the chicken Alfredo. Everything was just ok. Olive Garden is better. Alas, no Olive Garden in Monmouth

The stuffed pizza is the best. Simply amazing. The cinnamon balls are really great as well. The other crusts and pasta, also delicious.

Driving truck can be frustrating at times, especially when trying to drive certain places. Tonight was one of those times. I called Alfanos to see if they would even consider delivering to my truck. The answer was "of course". My food arrived hot, exactly what I had ordered. Arrived before they had promised. The quantity and quality was outstanding!!! The price was, for the quantity was very reasonable. Had been wanting lasagna for some time, got my wish and then some tonight. Hope to come back to town soon and sample some more of the menu items. Keep it up, because its working.

Everytime I am in Monmouth I have to get their stuffed pizza. I have never seen anything like this anywhere else. Its so good and the Bosco sticks are delicious as well.
