Highly recommend this restaurant for dine in! Great food and ambiance. The host, Mr. Luca was friendly, pleasant and was kind to walk us through the menu, & helped us select our vegetarian options for lunch. For starter, we had the Melanzane Alla Parmigiana (perfectly baked aubergine. And for the mains- the vegetariana pizza & Penne AllArrabiata (veg). The home made tiramisu, was absolutely delicious!Overall, a great dining experience with great tasting food.Dr. Karan J.

Enjoyed the food at this lovely Italian restaurant. The service was good and the staff really nice and friendly. However, I did find it expensive at around £50 per person for two courses and one glass of wine.

Me and my family went here for my birthday.The staff was so nice especially Antonio.The violinist was so good and he even played happy birthday to me on his guitar.The songs were great and don’t even get me started on the food,the food was fantastic!!The desserts were so delicious but a bit pricey

A great venue for a family celebration and much enjoyed by all! An authentic family run Italian overlooking Twickenham Green! Warm and welcoming staff (Antonio take a bow!a great menu and the food was exceptional with service to match!! Generous portion sizes, exceptional wood fired Pizza and a return visit beckons very soon! Good value for money and a wonderful atmosphere with families of all ages! Theres a lot of Italian restaurants in Twickenham, my friend and I, who live locally, are slowly getting through all of them. Da Alfredo had great staff who engaged in friendly banter, accommodated our request for a window table and had great menu suggestions. The restaurant was very clean and the food served was perfectly porpotioned and very tasty. My friend and I overestimated the bill and were impressed with the value for money.

My friend and I ate there for the first time last Thursday (4th August). The food and service were faultless, extremely friendly and we had a wonderful table by the open window looking out onto Twickenham Green. Would definitely recommend 5his restaurant and will be dining there again very soon.

After deliberating for hours where to go for a nice dinner on a Friday night, my boyfriend and I finally settled on Da Alfredo after finding it on Google search. After reading the reviews, we were immediately sold! So it’s only right I leave ours :)The staff was all very welcoming, especially Antonio who looked after us so well. My friend and I recently visited Da Alfredo for a lovely mean on a Friday evening. We had a wonderful time overlooking the Green in Twickenham, both the food and service was excellent, and we were looked after very well the whole time by Antonio. I will certainly go back there again.

My husband and I have been several times, both as a couple and with others. Every time, we have received a wonderful warm welcome. A real Italian vibe that you are guests and they are there to look after their guests. The food is very good, but not cheap, but everything is top quality. If you are lucky, then you will also be serenaded with violin and guitar. Thoroughly recommended

2nd visit within a month and an excellent meal again. Beautifully cooked & delicious steak for me. Friends meals on both occasions also excellent. Service good and not intrusive.Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will be back soon!Have recommended to several friends and family already!

Great food and great atmosphere, I had the penne alarrabbiata which was lovely. Our waiter Antonio and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional throughout, and we really enjoyed our meal!

Discovered as another restaurant was full, but I can tell you we will definitely make Da Alfredo our first choice, when next we come to Twickenham. Out of the station, hop on the H22 bus heading West, which stops right outside, Da Alfredo on The Green. We had a fantastic set of nine meals, all very tasty and sufficient, plus the price was favourable. On top of all that we were serenaded by one of the staff, with his, shall we say, exquisite violin playing! Luca looked after us very well and nothing was too much trouble. Service was prompt and efficient which enabled us to turn right out of the restaurant, up May Road, along by the River Crane and The Stoop and before we knew it we were at the Stadium!! First Class all round! Thank you Luca!

This is the second time weve been here - the first being a bit of a disaster. We were both thrilled to see it was so much better. This is the 2nd time we have been to this restaurant as a family. On both occasions the food has been superb but what really makes this restaurant stand out is its staff. We didn’t just have a lovely meal - we had an experience! The staff were friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome. We were entertained quite literally, when the waiter serenaded the tables with a violin and guitar! They are very child friendly and our young daughter was delighted by the music and friendliness of the staff. This place has set itself apart from many of the restaurants in the area and we are looking forward to going back again!😊

We visited Da Alfredo a couple of months ago for the first time. The experience and the food was such that we have recommended the restaurant to friends and family and have been back numerous times since. It is that good! Pleasant and welcoming staff, a view out over Twickenham Green and excellent food and wine at a price which doesnt damage the bank account. We are gradually working through the menu and everything is delicious and of the highest quality. The only problem is that our appetites arent what they were and we really struggle for even two courses. This is a splendid restaurant and we wish them every success - well continue our work as regular patrons!

Stopped in here for an unexpected dinner and would most certainly return. Antonio and Luca were both professional, friendly and efficient.Great food, large portions - even took some home. 5*.

Was invited to this place for a family Dinner the other night. The staff were very attentive and very pleasant. The food was amazing and nothing was to much trouble for the requests made. I would highly recommend Da Alfredo for a great night out.

Amazing service and great food.I went there today with my daughter and expected another pizza/pasta place!! I was so delighted when the chef agreed to make something to my liking and it was amazing. The lady serving is wonderful and really looked after us. Luca the manager was very friendly. Definitely going again soon :-)

This restaurant is amazing!!! The food is incredible. I can recommend the calves liver, the sauce is divine. The pizzas are wonderful as is the pasta. Superb service and entertainment from the man playing the guitar and violin!!! Very well priced too. If I didnt live 3 hours away, Id be a regular!!!

We went here for a birthday dinner for my mum. We had one of the most fantastic restaurant experiences I can remember. The staff were all amazing in every way; they were polite, respectful, entertaining and considerate with everything they did. We were in great hands for the evening.Then the food arrived, every single dish we ordered, from starters to desserts were wonderfully and perfectly prepared and presented. I expected the food to be good, but I was not expecting it to be that good. If you are fussy with your Italian food and have an Italian food place or memory that you use as your reference for the quality of Italian food everywhere, then I think Da Alfredo may make you revaluate that reference of yours.The ambience in this restaurant is also superb, it is a warmly lit Italian restaurant of just the right size, not too big as some places are that when you leave, they make you feel like you just walked out of a club from all the other guests dining and chatting noise, and not too small where you can feel the staff stare at you with every bite of your food waiting to pounce and give you attention. Oh, and they have a real live VIOLINIST!!I would have gladly paid twice as much as the nights total, truly a gem by Twickenham Green.

Fantastic , try it! Really good Italian food. Family friendly and good service. Pizzas are great and if you like seafood the baked linguine is perfect.The only downside is drinks (beer espare a bit pricey and there is a central London style 12.5% tip automatically added to the bill.

Beautiful food, nice wine, wonderful atmosphere, scenic location, reasonably priced. There was live music when we went. Thoroughly recommend as a local eatery. They also seemed ok with my small dog attending in a bag! Excellent all round!

Lovely meal with our toddler. Great pasta dishes and fresh fish, the service was very friendly also and they really looked after our young daughter. Overall it was just a really pleasant experience. A welcome addition to the area!

Overall the food was decent, hot and particularly the fish seemed very fresh. I came for a birthday party a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately the waiter was awful. The slightly older man who seems like the manager was warm, friendly and very hospitable. The waitress was so friendly, was really nice to all our table and very smiley. The waiter however was so rude! He was a younger male who had some real attitude. He told one of our party to be quiet until he was finished talking, he cut us off with nasty looks and hated the customers, seemed to hate the rest of the staff and seemed to genuinely hate the job and any interaction.The unfortunate thing about one member of staff like this is that it dampens the experience for the whole table and takes focus away from the good. As a table of eight, we all agreed not to return because of this nasty experience with the waiter. Considering this restaurant has recently opened we are surprised to have received such bad service. Once again I must stress the rest of the staff were lovely but unfortunately this waiter has ruined it for us all! We will not return.

I was really hoping for a great new local restaurant but I’m afraid it was a big disappointment. The pasta was very over cooked. Coupled with a watery sauce, it was quite bad indeed. It’s a shame because it is a great location with lovely staff, but food not up to scratch

Great italian place. Warm and welcoming host and waiters. Food was amazing. Risotto and Pasta were authentic Italian.
