All American Ford in Old Bridge Service Center in Monmouth County

I have been going to All American Ford for years now. Every time I go, I get the same professional service. I have bought 2 cars there and the rest of my , the same. Alison helped me this time and in anticipation of a future service, arranged for a loaner car a month in advance. This is what I mean by professional service. Anticipating the customers needs and taking care of the problem. I love All American Ford

I’ve had to bring my car to Ford Old Bridge several times. I bought my car from a different dealership. The Old Bridge dealership was always very helpful and worked hard to get my car back to me. This will be my last Ford but the employees at Ford Old Bridge are excellent.

Service was for factory recall work on transmission and door lock. Also had a wheel alignment performed.I was created on time and all of the work was completed in just a few hours which was very good given the amount of work that was being done.The staff was pleasant and helpful.T would definitely give five stars and return for any needed work

Ryan was very attentive and helpful if diagnosing the issue with our car and very quick in fixing the issue. He kept us informed during the process when being fixed. We would recommend Ryan and all American ford for any issues.

All American Ford came to my home to fix a recall on my car. The young man arrived on time, finished servicing the vehicle faster than I expected and was very pleasant/helpful. Would highly recommend this service and dealership.

As always, All American was professional and expedient with my service. Their estimated time was pretty much exact and they met me up to date via text and video throughout the process. Was even able to pay for the whole service through points I’d accumulated in the app. Alyssa was a pleasure to work with.

Over the years I have been to dozens of Auto Dealerships and local garages. I have never been treated as nice or felt as welcome. This is possibly the best facility I have ever been at. And it all starts with the very friendly welcoming staff. This is now the only repair facility I will use.

Went in for recalls, oil change, and tire rotation. Was informed my rear wheels needed alignment and that the lug nuts needed replacement. Michael was very kind and professional through the whole process. They got me my car back by the end of the day even with the surprise fixes (definitely needed I could feel the difference on my smooth ride home.

Brought my vehicle in bc of an issue I was having with my lift gate not closing. Was advised that I needed a lift gate motor replacement. She ordered it and I brought it back in for the work. Karen was my service advisor and she is very knowledgeable, courteous and understanding of my frustrations. Work was performed and so far so good. I again would highly recommend Karen and thank her very much.

I am very very thankful for Mike and his manager for taking me in so quickly. I know they were very busy. Im from Pennsylvania and had my check engine light come on and needed it checked before I went back to PA. They were very accommodating to help me out. My service consultant, Allison, went out of her way to work with my 3rd party warranty company. She was is constant contact with them to insure I was fully covered for the work being done on my truck. If you have to bring your vehicle in for service, please see Allison, she is the best !!

When in today for A RECALL. and one time I did an oil change. Allison Schwartz was my advisor she a great person Thank you for helping me out putting a work order in for my oils change in while they did my RECALL.

I was having oil consumption issues with my 2018 F150 5.0 and All American Ford in Old Bridge took it on and fixed the problem. They did the testing and knew what it was going to take to resolve it. Their service center is top notch and runs like a well oiled machine. Every dealership should run their business like these guys! Thank you Allison and the rest of the staff for taking care of my truck and getting it in and out in a short amount of time.

After several uninformed dealers I was referred to All American Ford by a mechanic. Karen was amazing everyone I encountered was knowledgeable and professional the found the issue 2 other dealers couldn’t. I also used their body shop for some cosmetic work on my F 150 and they did an amazing job too.

Had appointment for recall about a bushing and cable that controled the transmission shifter that you wouldnt know if you were in drive park or reverse or your car could roll in park without the brake on. Everything was taken care of and fixed.Also while I was driving up there I noticed the tires vibrating they rebalanced all the tires also they rotated the tires. They also did all the safety checks on the car and everything was good. Thank you very much Alyssa Ferrono.

I used All American Ford this week and dealt with Rachel in service. She and the dealership were fantastic! I was kept up to date with the status of my vehicle, the job was completed quickly and they even washed my truck for me. Very friendly service team, they took care of me like I was family. Karen was very helpful to me in choosing the correct annual maintenance services for my car. She discovered that there was an outstanding safety recall on my car and added it to my appointment so that I wouldnt have to come back another time. She was very friendly and efficient and made sure that I received quick service for the lowest possible cost.

I am so happy with my experiences at All American Ford in Old Bridge, New Jersey. I had to get a recall taken care of on Friday. My appointment was at 10AM. I drove into the immaculate service area and was taken care of immediately by Karen. Besides the recall, she also advised me about my regular service that was due. Was happy to be getting all of that taken care of. I left my car in the service department and sat in the spacious and clean waiting lounge and read my book. In record time, Karen came in to tell me my car was ready. I had first came to All American with a problem I had with my last Explorer (I had leased at another dealership and was not very happy with them). Karen in service took care of me then and that experience is why I came back to All American. When my last lease was up, I came right back here for another Explorer. This is a beautifully run Ford dealership and service center. It is clean, organized, and so easy to get to. Everyone I have dealt with is friendly, nice and so very efficient. I was so happy to see Karen when I drove in. She is friendly, organized and knows her job. You just know youre in good hands. If everyone in the world did their job like Karen..it would run like a Swiss watch. It was actually a pleasure getting service on Friday...I had a couple of of hours to read a book and get my Explorer serviced. I am so happy to have found All American Ford...It is just a really great experience and well run business. Thank you

At first it was a good experience at All American Old Bridge. But then when I found out when I was given a discounted service plan versus the Ford points and tried to get assistance that’s when no one offered any assistance. Call after call went in answered. So be wary after you purchase how you’ll be taken care of.

Amazing service from start to finish.I had originally called Ford roadside assistance. Due to delays with Ford roadside assistance I called the dealership where I purchased the vehicle (All American in Old Bridge).They sent a service vehicle to assist me and change the tire within minutes of my call.The staff at the service department was Outstanding.Danielle my service representative was incredible.She ensured all was taken care of and also indicated if I needed a ride home they could provide that as well.Also special thanks to Pat Townsend and Nick Savino.The service team All American provides is second to none.I would and will Definitely recommend All American to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.

Completed the oil change in a timely manner and DID NOT try to upsell me on anything. The shuttle driver ( I believe his name was John was really nice and professional. My only problem was that I went in for routine oil change with one car and ended up buying another one from them....😂

Once again I’ve had an amazing experience with All American Ford. I bought my car here and keep coming back for the excellent service. Everyone here is super professional and thorough. I was blown away by the fact that this place takes videos of your car and texts it to you while it’s in the shop. Props to Alyssa for being so helpful and bubbly. You can tell that she genuinely tries her best to ensure each person leaves with a smile (even though I have no teeth). There was a recall on my wiper blade arm from Ford and she made sure the mechanic looked at it without me having to ask. I highly recommend All American Ford, 10/10, will be back again (after I see the dentist of course)! 🦷

I live in Staten Island and I travel 25-30 minutes because of the excellent service at All American Ford!!! Karen my service person was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Keeping me updated all the time. I highly recommend All American Ford.

Alyssa did a great job getting my Bronco serviced and back to me as fast as possible. Although she was very busy and helping several customers she was always personable and provided well informed answers to questions I had about having some modifications made to our truck. I’m interested in getting it lifted a little and installing bigger wheels and tires and I had questions concerning the effect that would have on my warranty, etc. Alyssa knew the answers to my questions and assured me that All American was capable and experienced in performing customization / modifying Broncos. Definitely going to do a little research and then have All American do the mods.

My service representative Brook was very professional and kept me informed throughout the service. I was also presented with a video inspection at the end of the service informing me of exactly what was done. I was also told the life expectancy of various components so that I can budget and prepare for a future service requirements. I would definitely recommend all American Ford for all of your service requirements.

Had issues with modular sensors in my fairly new vehicle. Called & spoke to Karen cause I believed should be covered under warranty which it was. Job was done quickly and Karen was wonderful about keeping me updated. Only complaint would be that I wasnt able to get a loaner car which I had been told when I bought the car that any time service would take longer than a day I would be given a loaner car due to fact I come from further away and incur tolls etc. This of course was not Karens fault but they should work on having more loaner cars in place if they are going to promise that. Otherwise expierence was smooth & easy!

It’s always a pleasant experience at All American Ford. They are efficient, friendly and always provide excellent service. I got an oil change and some minor recalls taken care of and I was barely there for 2 hours waiting in their very comfortable customer waiting room. Plus I got a live video about the repairs they were actively doing to my car while I was waiting. Amazing experience.

Alyssa was very patient with me & my repetitive questions regarding a recall on my car. All American Ford Old Bridge is the home store for my car maintenance for many years.The wait time was a little extensive but overall prefer quality work than a rush job.

This dealership is awesome! Needed an oil change and was written up by Brooke. She was very professional and courteous. While waiting I received a video from her going over my vehicle that was confirming my truck was inspected and was in good shape. She even had it washed for me. What an excellent experience.

Nick, Pat, Brooke, Mike were all fantastic; service was done promptly while I waited and they kept me apprised of the status. I was also provided a video of the multipoint inspection. Their service is excellent!

Jamie my salesman was extremely kind and helpful when renewing my lease. The service and customer service is absolutely amazing. They make sure they answer all your questions about anything you are unsure about and make the leasing process so easy.

This dealership is probly one of the best to purchase a car/truck. The service department is where i really judge a dealership because it is very important how you treat ur recurring customers. I recently took my truck in for service and the window switch went bad but the one service advisor Michael who had been taking care of my vehicle had me in and out and the part ordered ASAP. This place is very family oriented and I felt like I was treated like family.

Karen the service rep was terrific as always, and the services were preformed within a reasonable amount of time. However, whom ever is responsible for making the appointments told me the next available time for a simple oil change was 11 days out. That is unacceptable. With the exception of that, the experience as a whole was fine

Karen is always wonderful to work with! She’s communicative, helpful and professional. No matter the reason for service, she stays on top of the process and makes sure things are done correctly. I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else!

First time going to all American after all these years passing by. I knew how popular they were just have not had the chance to utilize their services. They are very friendly and catering and unlike other dealerships that I used to frequent they updated me with videos and detailed step by step on what they have done. Going to be my go to for my mustang rather than going to the dealerships near my job during the weekday
