He is super knowledgeable, very efficient, extremely personable and caring about all his customers. He bends over backwards to make sure youre happy and your car is given the utmost priority when you bring it in for service. Im also always extremely pleased with all the mechanics that work on my car. The mechanics there are top notch and my car is always returned to me ready to go and better than when I brought it in. So grateful I found this dealership -theyre like none other.I would never go anywhere else!! My family loves it here too!
MoreDashboard lights going on like it’s Christmas, no dealership was willing to take the car in at the last minute on a Saturday, All American took the car in , diagnosed the problem, corrected it and my daughter was able to drive back to school which is 4 hours away. Leaving us all grateful and relieved
MoreAs always All American came thru. My tire was losing air & I called on Friday morning as soon as I got to work & they gave me an appointment for Saturday. It was super busy when I got there but Vito got me checked in & kept me informed until my tire was patched & my car was ready. I will only take my car to All American for service they are always friendly, honest & get you on your way as soon as they can

MoreI had a problem with a clogged AC drain and subsequent carpet replacement due to water damage. Liz at All American has been my service representative for years. She is always amazing, and responsive. This is my fourth Subaru from All American. They have always been honest and fair with me and I can’t recommend them enough.
MoreRattle noice was not fixed on my Outback head liner. I need a loaner car since it may take couple of days for the area of the noice to be found and be resolved. Overall very good service and great communication with status on the vehicle and the progress.

MoreExcellent service provided at reasonable rates. Another Subaru dealer service center would not provide a 5 tire rotation seeing as the Forester wilderness has a full size spare, but All American was able to do it without question. They were very pleasant to deal with and I will be returning to them for future services even though I have other dealerships that are closer.
MoreYou really can’t get a better service department than All American. Liz, my service representative is the best. AA utilizes a video as your car is being inspected, which really assists the car owner. My repairs over the 8 years have been fair in price. When I purchase my next Outback it will be from AA. Thanks Liz for keeping me running.

MoreI had my scheduled oil , filter change and tire rotation. Vito was my service representative. He was attentive and professional. I waited for my vehicles work to be performed at All American Subaru. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. There’s coffee and donuts. I especially liked that Vito sent me a video showing and explaining to me the work being performed .The mechanic gave an summation of the vehicle inspection and the work he was doing. The entire experience was positive. The only minor disappointment was that the car wasn’t given a wash down due to time restraints. However ,I was given a card for a free car wash outside of the service facility. Bottom line , it was a 5 star experience.
MoreWent there for maintenance but all of a sudden they told us that the screw on tire is broken. They usually take video of the car before maintenance but wasn’t able to show it to us. I’m 100% sure they broke it and they were charging us $200 for a $5 screw. Don’t go there.
MoreI had Scheduled my first Service appointment with All American Subaru at 7:30 AM on a Monday. When I arrived there 4 cars ahead of me so I figured I would be delayed. The All American team did a great job checking me, going over the service required, and asked if I wanted my car washed. I chose not to in order to save time. I was shown the waiting room, made myself comfortable, and within an hour, the car was completed and although I declined a car wash, I was given a coupon for a wash. Overall the entire team was professional and courteous, and this was as pleasant a visit as I have had at a car dealership. Well done.

MoreStaff here is always amazing. Ive been assisted by Mel and Lawrence over the past several years and when it comes to customer service they always go above and beyond. Very rare to find these days, in my opinion. My parents moved to Florida a few years ago and when they visit us in NJ they take the auto train just so my dad can bring his Subaru to get serviced here. Thats how good they are. Highly recommend!
MoreThis was another amazing customer experience by All American Suburu, Old Bridge provided by our Service Advisor, Melek Halil. We had recently went in for an oil change and were surprised to find out that our 2013 Forester had no oil in it and required engine work. Within about a month or so again there was no oil in the engine. We were provided with a loaner vehicle, (which in fact was a motivating factor that recently resulted in our purchase of our 3rd Subaru). We were told that our temporary fix of our A/C unit now required a new compressor. Everything is back in perfect working condition. We thank Subaru and all who helped with providing us our recent engine repair under warranty. Great customer service makes for long term relationship and return customers. Thank you.

He kept us informed the whole time we waited, sent us an awesome video outlining all the inspected areas of the car, and answered all our questions. I will definitely be returning.We were even able to wait in this cute little dog park Subaru has during our service with our pup. Added bonus.
MoreBrought my 2020 Outback for a recall and asked them to check why the car hesitates when I turn the steering all the way to the left or right. They said it could be part of the recall, if not, to diagnose it I will be charged $200, I said that’s fine. They performed the recall and they were unable to to figure out the problem and said they would have to do further test, that will cost me much more. I told them I cannot afford it now. They still charged me the diagnostic fee($200). And basically I left as I came in minus $200. They were guessing like I was guessing. Upset in how they went about it.
MoreGreat service and staff all around. Ive been to many Subaru dealerships around New Jersey. This is in my opinion the best dealership I have dealt with. They dont consistently tell you to change your cabin air filter (red flag anywhere you goor any unnecessary fixes. They have been diligent at honestly assessing my car and recommending *only* what it may need at the time of service. Fair prices for oil changes etc. (Labor at dealerships always high. Keep that in mindMechanics are great here. They have consistently maintained my Sub since 2017 and I cant complain. I usually dont write reviews either but want to give them their credit and all.
MoreIt took a little longer than Id like for an oil change, but I liked dealing with Lawrence, at the service counter. Hes a good guy and takes his time to explain to you what your car needs. I was never a big fan of using car dealerships for scheduled maintenance, but I trust them. Im sure the mechanics are skilled too, never had an issue.
MoreI love coming here for all my car needs. They’re communicate very what is being done to the car and if they ran into any issue and why. The waiting area is very clean and has fresh coffee and snacks while you wait. I always enjoy my experience here!
MoreAlthough they were able to take the car in for service for a recurring issue (4xthat Subaru has yet to fix, I couldn’t leave the car at this time since their are no available loaner vehicles and since they were going to , once again troubleshoot there was no indicator of how long I would be without a vehicle. My advisor Melek was very helpful but Subaru itself has had me running back and forth for 18 mths with this same problem of all warning lights remaining on when the cabin temperature exceeds 85 instead of declaring this car a lemon and getting me into a reliable vehicle. I’ve even submitted videos of the problem without being offered a remedy.

MoreVito in service was great! Despite the service department being slammed when I arrived for my appointment they still had my car finished within an hour or so. They also threw in the rotation on the house to make up for the unexpected wait time which I thought was above and beyond in terms of customer service. Ill certainly be back!

MoreThis was my first visit to their service center, and I worked directly with Michael Roman. Michael is their service manager and took my concerns seriously. I did not purchase my vehicle here, but they earned my service loyalty going forward! So why am I so happy with All American Subaru service? Here goes:I own a 2020 Subaru Outback Touring XT. I have had a terrible squeak/chirp sound coming from the front drivers side door since I purchased the car. The dealer I bought it from, lets call them World...something or other, passed me of. They told me it was air escaping the vehicle! Thats crazy! IT DID IT WITH ALL THE DOORS OPEN!! So I had to live with it for over 4,000 miles.I also have a weird groaning sound coming from the rear when hard accelerating. World...service, told me they could not find any issues.*****So now on to All American. Michael took my concerns seriously. I brought my vehicle in, and they acknowledged and confirmed my concerns. Ben was my service tech, and he was great. He had a very positive attitude. Lawrence Chan was my service advisor and also was very professional and communicative. All three people on their best behavior? This is not a coincidence!1. The Drivers side door was out of alignment. - Ben fixed the issue! The sound is GONE!!!2. The sounds from the rear, no mechanical issues found, but they also tested other new cars on the lot that showed the same "issue". Michael, the service manager, is contacting Subaru. Here is a little of his email to me:" have had my technician Ben submit what is called an EQMR, which is a report to Subaru engineers. These reports are for when we receive concerns about an issue with a new model vehicle ".This is how it should be done! Great Job to everyone involved!A positive experience goes a long way with me! The good word will spread!Remember, you can buy your car anywhere, but the SERVICE is 95% of the ownership! If it sucks, your whole experience with the brand will too!
