I was in a car accident in a very low custom classic car. I was extremely worried about doing further damage to the car by towing especially since the steering rack was broken. I asked the officer on scene to let dispatch know that the car was a very low classic that needed a roll back. Pete, the owner of All Hooked Up Towing and Recovery, responded first to assess the situation. He ended up supervising the move from start to finish. He and his driver got my car up on the bed and delivered it to a difficult spot in the driveway without any issues at all or further damage. Huge thanks to him and his crew for their professionalism!

Pleasant driver with a fast response. The amount of time it took to run a card was epic. 30 minutes to tow the vehicle and another 30 to run a card and do paperwork. Please update your procedures so your drivers can swipe a card and get on their way. They were a good service overall, but that made it a difficult experience.

Had to pay a lien on my totalled truck that my son lost his life in while driving.The police called them,to tow and store during a 3 month investigation. The people in office were stoned faced( uncaring). No professionalism just pay the bill,period...this after making initial call to pay was told they accepted c/c but demanded cash when there. It was hard enough emotionally to visit this business do to the circumstances but customer care added insult to injury.

Called for tow wow you must be happy with them over priced quotes . Got one for 80.00 from your competitor you lost out will lose my next few call if needed

One of their drivers claimed he had no insurance, and "had a push bar" and threatened to damage my car. When I reached out to the company this was the response. Looking at the reviews though, it looks like theyre always aggressive and unprofessional.

Needed Roadside Assistance twice in one week my (BIG GIRLBMW X6, was very sick. My car got very sick at a Gas Station (Thursdayand Getting on the ramp of 1-95 (Friday). Called company at 11:47, lady told me 20-25 minutes and they would be to me. Called back at 12:35 she said another 20-25 minutes, called back at 1:30, she said the driver would call me right away.. 1:50 no call and no eta could be given.. so thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time.. thankfully I have a conscience and called to cancel. I should have let them come here and waste their time also.

Zack came out 10:30 on a Friday night after I had been waiting for a tow since 6:30 that evening. It was raining and he’d had plans for the evening that he put off to come get me. AAA hadn’t been able to find a service provider all evening. This guy came out to me immediately and got my car taken care of while I headed home. We had a fabulous experience with All Hooked Up today. Lenny did an amazing job getting a car on his tow truck flat bed. It was in a very small space and took a great deal of careful maneuvering in order to get the car to the dealer.I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Was told they would be at the mechanic to tow my car at 2:50. Got a call at 2:45 saying the driver was “delayed 30 minutes” (as I was pulling into the mechanic). Two updates and 1.5 hours later, still no tow truck. The driver was amazing and friendly and very helpful upon arrival though. Made up for the lost time.

There was some confusion about Tow truck arrival time but other than that we received good service. Our special kudos to the driver Thomas. He provided efficient, friendly, energetic service!

After being ignored by AAA auto club and sitting on the side of the road on i-95 all hooked up got us off the road as quick as possible considering it was around 10 p.m. the woman on the phone that evening was extremely reassuring and helpful. Nice people to work with.

Locked keys in car estimated time to come out an hour they were there in less than 20 min. I have roadside assistance company two other companies we’re supposed to come out never showed wouldn’t answer called All Hooked Up they answered immediately and came out right away! Recommend All Hooked Up for sure they hook you up!!

I broke down on 95 and called this company! They was extremely cheaper then anyone else, they said 45 and got there in 40. Then the driver Michael was the most professional and very positive and made the situation I was in fun! He was nice and he knew what he was doing! I will call this place every time now! And I highly recommend this place! Thanks Micheal!!!

Awsome service provided by my tow truck driver. Instead of just trying to get money out of me hooking up and towing my car to get fixed he helped me with the issue. I didnt get the drivers name but man talking about restoring Faith during my car crisis. We need more people like you sir as the face representing businesses. Job well done!!! 100 plus starts form me!!!

Dispatcher quoted me 2 hours for pick up. Tow driver calls me 7 hours later saying he cannot find the truck. He was in the next city over because dispatch gave him the wrong address. They were unable to then take my truck to the shop as it was due to close, so they impounded the truck overnight and charged me an $80 storage fee due to their mistake,while also charging me the extra mileage they had to drive from going to the wrong location. Theyd rather gouge on a single tow, versus charging fairly and owning their mistake. I set up 10-15 tows a month in this area and its impossible find an honest towing company. Turned a $600 tow into $1000+.

Was just picked up by Griffin (driver 228), after my car broke down this morning. He was early (yaaay!and super polite. He got me and my car to the car shop quickly (it was only a mile away). I would definitely recommend this company (and especially Griffinto anyone that needs towing services.

Truck #14, excellent service. Nobody wants to call to get winched out but in business things happen. I called the dispatcher said no problem I have a guy nearby I’ll send him your way first then to the other job. The operator called with an ETA, showed up, did his job, very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this recommend this company, this was a referral from ABC Towing who I normally use.

Stranded on turnpike 25 miles from closest exit and was rescued by Trevor! He kept me posted on his arrival and drove my vehicle and I all the way back to Orlando! He was a delight during a yucky day! Nothing but hard work that he loves!

This Company deserves a 0 star. They are trash!! You would be better off pushing your car home. My family and I called at 4:45 pm and here it is going on 8:30 and they continuously push our time back.Never Again.This company needs to go out of business.

This company did damage to my vehicle and did an UNAUTHORIZED take off the truck and stored at their yard. Nikki is the rudest manager ever. They damaged my vehicle and they refuse to fix it. Not only did the not tell us that they were not doing a direct tow the dispatcher the day of the tow lied and said the driver was "stuck in traffic" it was not until a call was made to AAA and then again to the company that it was told he had to "help" at an accident scene there was no mention that the vehicle was taken off the truck. Further, after it was noted the damage in the daylight the next day, AAA was informed and asked that we call them directly. They never call back they give our wrong numbers and curse at you when you have facts vs. bad manners and poor customer service. TOWER BEWARE!!! IF TRIPLE AAA SAYS THEY ARE THE COMPANY ASK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY. They did in fact damage the vehicle and as a professional company should do a better job. However, after speaking with the owner we know why the employees are unprofessional.

Broke down at approx 645 pm on a Sunday evening. Called Allstate for a tow and they contacted All Hooked Up. Gave me an estimated pick up time of 755 to 810. Called tow company at 815 since i hadnt heard anything and was advised that due to police activity, my tow would ariive 15 mins later. Called again at 835 and was told driver was close by. Called again at around 9pm and was told again that driver was close by. Police stopped by to check on me a little after 9 and i told them i was waiting for a tow by all hooked up. Their dispatcher called the tow company to get an update when they would arrive. The tow dispatcher told the police dispatcher that he was unaware of me needing a tow. WHAT? I assured the officer that this was the correct tow company and then called the tow dispatcher again. Asked him why he told the police he hadnt heard of me and he said he got confused. Tow truck finally arrived around 10 pm. Driver was awesome but would never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer service and no communication skills.

They showed up, appraised the situation and spent over an hour working to get my trailer on his truck with a broken axle. The driver was very careful to make sure and not damage anything and got it secured safely on the truck. Also, when we got to my house he was able to position the Boat and Trailer right where I wanted it. Very polite, professional and helpful. Thanks Again for your help

Secretary was polite and understanding. Took my information over the phone. Gave me a wait time. Driver showed up in that time frame. He wasPolite and gave me a soda when he arrived. Let me wait in his air condition Truck. Dropped me and my vehicle off. No hassles no problems. I Would definitely call them again.

Who gives the tow company that tows your car away a good review, I mean really. Outstanding job damaging my car then making up laws that dont exist when Florida statute hold you liable. Terrific customer service taking the $150 to get my car back that I didnt want you touching in the first place. So, if you have to be towed against your will chose another company.

I had a blowout on I-95 Saturday morning. Called AAA and Jose from All Hooked Up came out and got me, my "passengers" and my car safely to the tire shop. Thank you!!! Also, I let AAA know how badly there screw up could have been. All Hooked Up is a great company with great customer service. FYI, the guys at Jupiter Tire and Auto were pretty great too.
