Quick, thorough, and patient. Everyone there is so kind and gentle as well! They take very good care of my 2 cats, definitely recommend.

The staff is very pet friendly and Doctor Winderal is great with the animals and explaining the medical and care for the pets.

I love my animals and the folks at the vet place made everything easy & comfortable...Ill be going back there for my Tank & BonBons needs..

Called about some quotes and they were the best and most affordable quotes for my cat! First receptionist I spoke to was very friendly and very helpful and said she could get me scheduled in 2-4 weeks. I had to call my partner to see when we can schedule the appointment. Called them back, the next receptionist was short, curt and said they werent accepting new clients and hanged up on me. I will be calling tomorrow.

Was very appreciative of the whole team here. My cat freaks out when I take her in for shots, so I was nervous how she was going to handle getting surgery when she needed a lump removed from her head. All Pets made it as stress free as possible for her. They communicated post surgery care and all questions clearly. Cat hated the cone, but she healed properly and is back to being a happy cat. Price was fair, vets knowledgeable, and office friendly and clean. From me and her, thanks!

Have a pet emergency and I checked online to see what places were open. Says online they are open but got to the door and no one was there and on the door it says open Monday-Friday and Saturday. Update your listing online if you are going to change your open days.

Vet was extremely rude and kept pushing for things my dog did not need and even did an unnecessary deworming that my dog had already had prior i do not recommend going here if you care about your pets

They don’t accept phone calls within 30 minutes before they close? Weird business practice.

Their prices are so much higher than what we have ever paid before. Also typically get meds from Chewy and they refused to send the paperwork needed to fill the meds. So we paid over twice as much because we had to use them.

Everyone was very nice and cared about this difficult time in our lives.

Always a good experience. We go for our dog and our cat. Friendly staff, helpful, always go over all our options with us, and very budget friendly pricing for services

Expensive andcwont allow you to go with your pet

Had an appointment today for our dog. When we arrived we were told that they had no appointment scheduled nor any records for our dog. Been going there since he was a puppy and is 11 years old now. We just adopted him as his previous owner had died. They then tell us they have a record for our long passed dog that we never took there. Figure that one out. Then said we were scheduled at the other location. Did not know they had another location. Why didnt they say something at scheduling time? We went there. They cant get us in because they will be doing surgery in 20 minutes. We made the apt 2 days prior for a leg injury but now they cant get us in. They will reschedule. Sorry just drove in from 20 miles out. We requested all of our records and will find a competent place to take our companion.

Excellent care, the staff are also kind, and the price is very affordable.

My experience here is always a pleasure they are always professional and loving with my pets we have what I call a mini zoo and a wide mix of animals and they care for all of them they are amazing

Wonderful. Caring vets and techs. They saved our dogs life. Have been with them for over 10 years.

Lousy customer service. Had to wait in the room over 30 minutes, then one of the techs argued with me over medication. As it turns out - she was wrong but made me wait over 15 minutes while she re-filled it then sent someone else out to give it to me. Never apologized for being rude. Couldnt leave there fast enough. If I could give it zero stars I would - but it made me click on at least one. Doesnt deserve even one star.

We just had to put our 14 year old cat down, and they got us in right away! Everyone else turned us down! The staff and doctors were amazingly comforting!!! I highly recommend this pet clinic!!! Thank you!

This clinic has taken the best care of both of my fur babies and has become like a second family of mine. I wouldnt take my dogs anywhere else but here! My dogs even get excited to go to the vets!

Great place very clean friendly and helpful staff we take both of our dogs here they also offer a large variety of food and treats washes pet perfumes check them out of you havent or are thinking of a new place

We had to put our 15 year old cat to sleep and the staff there was amazing. They gave us time to grieve and helped us through the process. I can say enough good things about this place

This clinic needlessly declaws/mutilates cats and proudly posts about doing it to kittens. If you read other reviews there are multiple about staff hitting and mistreating animals. If you care about your fur baby find another vet!

CATS PAWS NEED CLAWS!!! Stop this barbaric procedure. Youre causing a lifetime of hurt and pain for cats. They walk on their paws for goodness sake their claws are necessary. As someone who has owned both declawed and not declawed cats.... The cats I owned with behavioral issues were declawed. A cat I owned for years always urinated outside her box and I took her to the vet multiple times. I believe it was due to her declawing that she preferred to pee on the carpet. I eventually had spent hundreds on vet bills and changed my carpet twice before she had to be given up. It was upsetting how much unnecessary pain and suffering she had to deal with in her life. My sweet Zeba came declawed as I got him when he was an adult. I can see him in pain when he walks everyday and its gotten worse for him with age.

I just took my cat tiger there today she was seen by Dr. Noel she was a very nice lady. Everyone was awesome. Thanks to them my cat is resting comfortable and on the way to being her normal self again.

I had taken in my cat Caramel and when I called to set up her appointment I told the lady to put it under my name but my mom might bring her in and my name wasnt even on the paper . I then had to wait in the room for 30 to 40 minutes waiting for the doctor to come . After he came in and had done everything that needed to be done , he told me they had no idea what was wrong and sent me off . So as I went to check out the lady you was supposed to be checking me out answered the phone instead of helping me right away so I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes until the other girl sitting at the counter finally started to help us . And that girl had NO idea what any of the stuff was on the receipt . I got charged for 3 shots and my cat had only got 2 , and I was charged for stuff that the doctor didnt even do . My bill was almost $300 for stuff they didnt even do . The shots they gave my cat are making her not eat , so she has lost a lot of weight and when I call to tell them they just say that she doesnt need to be check out . I do not recommend going there , they do not act like doctors , and they do not know what theyre doing .Nothing was good about my visit .
