We needed new locks changed at our new offices. One call to all thinks locks they were there the same day, really quick and very cost effective. My one stop shop for all things locks now! Will be using again!

I got in touch with Phil after seeing his sign written van parked up in Cross Hands shopping park.I moved to Gorslas last year and the garage has a side uPVC door to access it as well as the main front door - a feature that I love. Unfortunately when we bought the house the door didn’t come with a key.I’m normally confident taking on DIY tasks as had we been given the key then the barrel could easily have been changed, but without it the job was a stretch too far for me.Phil came, supplied the barrel, removed the existing part with specialist tools and completed the task in no time.Thanks Phil, hopefully I won’t need you anytime soon!

I stupidly locked myself out of the house this evening. A quick phone call to Phil, gave him the details and he was on his way. Upon arrival it took him a matter of minutes to gain access and the job was completed in under an hour from when I called - amazing service! Phil provided excellent service for an elderly friend whose back door lock had broken. He came out promptly on a Sunday, rang before he arrived and fitted a new lock immediately. Very punctual after I rang Phil in a bit of a flap as I couldnt lock my front door and had a toddler at home.Very nice man and I was immediately at ease with him. He explained the problem and as it was minor and only meant taking a few screws out and checking my door he didnt charge which I thought was incredibly decent of him. Phil is amazing! I had stupidly locked myself out of a property I was cleaning. Called Phil and he came to my rescue straight away. He has all the equipment and skills, got me back into the property within minutes of arriving without any fuss at all. So calm and professional, I cannot recommend this man enough! Brilliant !!!After trying a few other companies who say they are 24 hours (they are NOTwe got hold of Phil from All Things Locks at 12.30am on Sunday, he got to us within 15 minutes.He tried his best to get us in there but unfortunately he would of needed to drill part of the lock so being thoughtful to our neighbours he suggested we do it in the morning as we had somewhere else to stay overnight, he then called back Sunday morning first thing. He sorted our door out with a new lock and door mechanism. We can not recommend him enough he was such a lovely guy, great service and reasonably priced. Thank you so much, hopefully we wont be needing you any time soon but if we do need you in the future I have got your number saved :)
