I was on a trip with friends from Omaha to The Little Sahara dunes. He had an issue with his 2020 Cummins. We stopped at this dealership on a Friday afternoon and the Service department took us in to replace a CP3 fuel pump…. A 2 1/2 hour job. These guys are awesome! Most friendly and Customer Service oriented!!!! Huge shout out to Matt, Ryan and Nathan! You guys are Rock Stars!!!!

I have never been to this dealership but continue to get texts and phone calls from them regardless of the fact that Ive called and told them multiple times that I have never been to the dealership and never will. Hopefully Hugo is getting whatever information he needs because hes not getting the messages they think are going to him. This last one asked me to leave a review so here it is.

I went there not knowing I was going to buy a vehicle or not I talked to dave the salesman I told him what I was looking for and in payments to make it easier for me to work with I looked at a couple of cars then he said I got suv 80,000 mile 1 owner if I would be interested in something like that I looked at it and liked that I was looking for 500.00 a month they gave me such a good deal and got the payment at 436.00 Dave made me feel like I was somebody and it was so pleasant through the hole process I will at some time buy another vehicle from them

Had a appointment set and 2 days later no car. Called and they said they have been way to busy to get my car in.

This is my 5th jeep i have bought from allen sammuels. That says alot. I always have a wonderful experience with the salesman i have worked with. Although Monte and Greg are 2 of the best i have worked with. I only went in for car service for my other Jeep and they managed to sell me a Wagoneer. In addition this is the 2nd time I have worked with Dean in finance. He is always friendly and has always found me the best way to finance my vehicles. I love my jeeps and if i ever decide to buy another vehicle I wll be back.

Me and my wife broke down while towing our camper and this dealer went above and beyond during our crisis to make sure we were taken care of regardless of us not buying a vehicle from them. They were pleasant, communicated our options for repairs and trade ins and made sure that we felt like they were here to help us througheverything. Customer Service of this caliber is hard to come by these days and the next time I am in the market for a vehicle Ill be looking to buy from them.

The worst service department ever. Ive taken my Jeep in 3 times over the last 4 months for warranty work. (Rust coming through paint on 3-year-old vehicle. First they sent me to another dealer. That dealer said they would work with Allen Samuels to get it done. Then Allen Samuels told me that they couldnt work with the dealer to whom they first referred me, and told me to contact Chrysler Customer Care. I contacted Chrysler Customer Care who set up a "case number" and told me to go back to Allen Samuels for them to take and upload a photo of the rust. I went back to Allen Samuels as instructed by Chrysler. First Allen Samuels told me Id have to leave the vehicle with them for a full day to take the photo. Then Allen Samuels told me that they cant take and upload a photo and told me to go to a Jeep dealer in Wichita for the photo.

Cassie was able to get the answers I needed. The techs completed the job in a timely manner! I will only use Allen Samuels in the future!

Its a nice looking car dealership with nice people working there. I went in to buy a truck for my husband, they let me drive a couple home so my husband could check them out (my husband hates going to car dealerships). Then they helped me narrow down the specifics. They offered me other options I hadnt considered. I ended up buying a new truck from them, zero percent interest, zero money down. Im happy, my husband is happy, the dealership is happy. I also bought a service package from them, bought gap insurance, bought an extended warranty. Its expensive, but it didnt affect my monthly payments. I think its a good investment to protect my investment!

3 years ago, we bought a 2012 Ford edge. Great price, friendly staff.Went in today, trying for a newer car, and we just couldnt agree on a price.They did everything they could to help, but I just wasnt comfortable with the deal.If you are looking for a vehicle, they will help were they can.Everyone was friendly.Go here, they will make you a deal.

Our sales woman Cris was pleasant and easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable, but if she didn’t have an answer she quickly got us someone that knew the answer. Dean in Financing made things easy to understand and made it as quick as possible. Great team.

This is by far the worst dealership in Hutchinson. With the exception of a couple good people the rest of the employees are terrible and very unprofessional. From cursing around customers and kids to not even taking the time to bid your trade in after making 3 trips to the dealership for that purpose. Tyler Ridder ( Ritterhas to be the most unprofessional person they have working for them.

I could not have asked for a better experience. After dealing with a car accident, one is often left with a sense of helplessness because everything happened so quickly. I truly felt like I was in the hands of family.

This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever worked with or bought a vehicle from. They sold me a truck with a bad instrument cluster it took months for them to fix. Also they sold me a truck with bent rim that literally has bent written on the inside of the rim I would never recommend this dealership to anyone dont make the same mistake I did dont buy a vehicle here

Recently took one of our company trucks, a 2016 Dodge Ram 5500 in for a DEF Fluid issue and warning on the instrument cluster which read ( Improper DEF See Dealer ). I was contacted the next day and told I need to replace the tank, lines , pump and injector. My response was absolutely not. I was 99% sure that we had put DEF Fluid in the tank that had water in it, ( and I passed that information on to them ). I told them to flush the system, put new fluid in it and clear the code. I was told at that time that at very least I would need to replace the injector, because it was inoperable. My response was ( ok if the injector is bad, then replace it ). A few days later when I picked up the truck I asked for the injector and told them point blank that I was going to have it tested. I brought it to my home shop and bench tested the solenoid. Resistance window is 11 to 13 ohms. it tested out at 12.4 ohms. When I seen this I was a little irritated to say the least. I did not have what I needed in the shop to properly do a flow and nozzle spray test so I took it to Diesel Control Technicians and had it tested. All tests were confirmed that the injector was 100% operable. I contacted Allen Samuels with the results and the were not even willing to listen to reason on the matter. When I questioned them about their test procedures they stumbled all over themselves trying to answer my questions. $1,275.00 price tag and they cant give diagnostic protocol on a $344.00 part. As a Certified Technician myself, I am not impressed. That is the extent of the business they will ever see from us. People that have no regard for others and think only of making that extra dime are ruthless and care nothing about their actions. Its unethical and unprofessional.

Absolutely 3rd rate dealership. Negotiated with their professional management team. This consists of two greasy mullets listening to rap in their office. Should have been my first clue. Go to pay for and pick up my truck and find out the backup camera no longer works. Talk to sales and see if they can get me in to fix it and they do..... 2 weeks later. Schedule me for a 9:30 appointment and I get a call finally at 5:00 p.m. that the truck has been finally seen. Needs a new camera and sales isnt willing to pay for it. Stay clear. Ill be lucky if theydont put sugar in my tank.

Taking a little long to get my vehicle to me. Went on vacation for a week and still dont have it ready. Customer service was great tho. Very polite and professional. I hope everything is fixed for how long it is taking.

I purchased a very expensive challenger from this dealership recently. I pointed out that the vehicle possibly needs a wheel alignment. The salesman Dave claimed he would “take care of me” when I went to drop the vehicle off at service there was no appointment even made for me and no rental vehicle available until I demanded what I was promised. 8 hours after it being in their service department I was finally notified that the control arms are bad and unsafe to drive. I owned this car for less than a day. They sold me an unsafe vehicle and were very unprofessional throughout the whole process. Do not trust this dealership

UPDATE: I did finally receive the title on March 12; 133 days after purchase. I love the Wangler and communication improved after my initial complaint.I bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler on October 31, 2020. The initial transaction was smooth. No issues. Good car. Good service. Fast forward 108 days and Allen Samuels still has not provided a title to the Jeep. The communication is terrible. No updates unless I make inquiry. Then the response is always "Ill check and get back to you." then no additional response. Today, I am filing a complaint with State Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Division in an attempt to remedy this situation. Very poor post-sale service.

I do not recommend this dealership at all. I took my truck back to them 4 times under warranty and it is still not fixed. Very disappointed, lied right to my face and told me they were putting in a NEW radio, only to see an old dirty, dusty radio that looks like they pulled it out of a junk yard. AND it has the same problems I complained about originally. They did make other repairs as well, I pray they really did them and it is safe to drive. So disappointed

I called as an out-of-state buyer and Thomas Mora in sales was amazing. I didn’t end up buy from them but he was very responsive and was able to get me a walk around video within minutes of my call. He was persistent in his follow up and very helpful. The truck I wanted ended up being a demo so it had more miles than their website photos so I had to pass up on it. You won’t find this kind of sales man just anywhere.

I really can not recommend this dealership enough. My husband bought a truck here a few weeks ago and it was the best experience either of us has ever had at a dealership. Our sales person, Tom, was super friendly and outgoing. The sales manager, Mike, was honest and upfront. Even our finance guy, Brett, was amazing! They walked us through the process step by step. There were no surprises. I got screwed over pretty badly by Eddy’s in Wichita about 6 months ago. These guys pulled out ALL the stops to try and get me out of this car and into something I wanted. I LOVE this dealership and will be a customer for life.

Treated my Jeep Priscilla great. Oil change and balanced my tires. Gary Klassen really stepped up with A1 service and made sure they got me right in. Greatly appreciated. Everyone including Gary are very professional and courteous and they all have a great attitude. You really felt welcome the minute you walked through the doors.

I used their financing because the told me they could get a better rate than my credit union. After signing all the papers on Saturday and taking the car home, they called the next week and said that they couldnt get that rate and I would have to come in and sign new papers. The rate went up. This has happed to another person I know. They also were supposed to fix a crack in the windshield, 3 week later and Im still trying to get them to do that.

We purchased our Jeep there and when it was time for an oil change I could not make an appointment. First come, first served. I don’t have that kind of time! However, I did take it in around 9:00. A nice gentlemen took me to a local coffee shop so that I could wait. 11:30 I received the call that the car was finished and asked for them to come pick me back up. Waited for almost an hour and had to call twice for them to come get me. Never again! Lost my business!

Went in to schedule a recall on my 300,...Jeff,...took me right in to his office and said they would do it right now! Impressive!... Then, the service manager Troy came out to just say hi and explained the recall to me. A GREAT EXPERIENCE! and I was really impressed with their friendliness and the way they treated me. This place was extremely friendly and not down my throat at all. It had a really good vibe from the moment I showed up. They were extremely easy to do business with and even drove to Wichita the day after I bought the vehicle to give me my tag and paperwork. I definitely highly recommend the dealership.

Pleasant experience getting my oil changed at Alan Samuels today. 1/2 the price of the Hyundai dealership in Wichita. Service person Carol was knowledgeable and acted like she was glad to be at work. Called me by name in passing when picking up my car. Very nice sales person walked me back to the service counter to pay and get my keys.
