I absolutely loved our server, Ivy! She was super accommodating and kept our refills going the entire visit. She was really knowledgeable about the shark tank and the animals inside, it honestly felt like we had an aquarium employee teaching us haha. She fed them and let our kids know when it was feeding time so we could all watch (which was so thoughtfuland it was just an over-all amazing experience. That girl deserves all of the raises because Im sure whatever shes paid aint enough. Ill definitely be back on my next OC trip. :)

Great spot for families! Kids love all the games, but the gaming area isn’t so large that you’ll lose a small child in it, which is a huge plus for us. The cocktails were not light, also a plus! Our server was super nice and attentive and overall the place was a blast!

Great food and winnable games. We watched them add a fish to the shark tank that they pulled from the ocean that morning

Likely a bad night but rude service with discriminatory behaviors from a bar employee. Brought it up with the manager and she was apologetic however the incident was blatant and topped off a horrible few days in this once great beach town

First time there. The kids had a great time playing games and bowling after dinner. I wont go there to eat again. I had the cream of crab soup which was very good. The fish in the fish and chips had no flavor.

Fun menu items for the whole family. Kids meals served with souvenir Frisbee and portions are good to large. Eight lanes of mini bowling and arcade games to have fun and gobble your $$. But you only live once, right? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Horrible experience at the bar with bartender Hannah L. I came in with some family to enjoy our time at the beach. I am a resident from out of state with an out of state ID and Hannah began being extremely disrespectful because she did not believe that my ID was valid. She attempted to destroy my property without any remorse, and to be honest it felt racially motivated; she simply has no respect for others. Also she does not follow simple sanitary standards. I don’t want to dig her into a deeper whole, but you get the gist—she made my experience 1 star.

A must do for us when we are in the OC area. The food is great but the Crab Tots are amazing. The Shark tank in the middle of the restaurant always intrigues the kids while you wait for the food to come. There are plenty of games for kids, adults, and the family to play.

This was a very tasty place for dinner. We was seated really fast with a large group so that was a huge plus! It’s so nice to see the tanks with sharks while you enjoy your dinner. It is a little loud here with all of the games but we enjoyed it. A very great place with tasty dishes we will be back!

Food is basic bar quality. We went for my daughters birthday. A kind woman working the ticket redemption counter really made her night. My daughter tried to win a dog that looks like our lab that is very sick. Shes 7. She did not win but asked to cash all of her prizes in for that dog. The kind women said she was not sure if she could. My daughter looked around and found a couple of small things to cash her tickets in on. When we approached the counter the women Surprised her with the dog. This shows good people still exist. Thanks again for being kind. We will always return here.

Food is always delicious. Kids love being able to go play games while waiting or after dinner. My son liked the VR games but they have been replaced with a racing game that’s super fun too. Does get super crowded on rainy/cold days though

Not the experience Ive had before. The.good was that our server was excellent while trying to eat.and the food was ok. The bad .. could not enjoy our food because of the 4 to 8 flies at our table because or the front doors being open and the air conditioner not working making it hot and humid. My wife and I usually play the games and have dined only once and never had a problem. Hopefully when we return the air conditioner is working. It just sucked that having family come up from Virginia and not enjoy the time there.

The setup is nice... but it is super small and they allow wayy too many people in at one time...very packed and very hott and not enjoyable. The entire dining side was empty and the adults wanted to order food while the kids were still playing games and I was told we were not allowed to sit in the dining area until the kids were done playing games...then there was clearly other people that were allowed to do so.....pretty disorganized. Also $60 to load 3 cards and the prizes the kids win in the end arent really worth it...the kids couldnt even pick out the nice cool prizes because of the points being so high for those =/

Need a place to get the kids off of the video games and out of the house? Take them to Alley Oops and let them play video games here while someone else serves you cocktails and cooks you dinner. At least the kids get a little exercise running around from game to game and they can earn enough tickets to buy 200 fricken bouncy balls...yeah, great. Just smile, theyre only young once.

This facility does not even deserve a 1star. The “manager” was very rude. My family and I were bowling and having a great time until we attempted to play a machine. There was a sign stating if the machine was not working to open and close the toy door. While my husband was attempting to do this, the “manager” walked by and said “stop messing with that……please”. My question is why wouldn’t she say, that machine is not working and out of order…. And if this was her first time addressing the matter, why did she choose those words as if she had already told me it wasn’t working. Where was the professionalism…..I am not a child! Instead of being apologetic for the way she talked to me, she insisted we leave or she would call the cops. She stated my wife and I was climbing into the machine….why would we do this? As the manager, her customer service skills are nonexistent . The situation did not have to escalate to the police coming if she would have handled it correctly. She upset my children by arguing and being rude. If you believe in equality, you should not visit this location. And by the way how can two adults climb in the slot picture listed below.

Kayla at the bar made this baseball clan feel so welcomed. We came in with a lot of people, all confused and new to town. Kayla made the parents feel welcomed and relaxed. She endured us for longer than we probably should have been there and humored us along the way. I’ll be back (kids or notto at least have a drink from Kayla!

Something for everyone. Family friendly Arcade for the kids, and a Sports Bar for the adults, along with restaurant style seating. We visited both locations, Uptown and Midtown. The one furthest away from the OC boardwalk (Uptown), has the lesser a traffic to it. For a few minutes more of a ride, we noticed the difference and less congestion. They have games for all ages and bowling lanes. The lanes are kid friendly, with options for bumper rails or not. The prizes are typically amusement type prizes.Games are played and tickets/points rewarded via a loaded card. Points are transferable between cards. We keep our cards and unused points for future visits.Menu attached. Shark drink is very popular. Regular drinks come in a hug mini pitcher. Food is sports bar type (we ordered appetizers- wings, chicken tenders, Caesar saladwith desserts being offered.Note: On rainy (or even colddays in OC, get here early, as this is one of few indoor kid spots.

This was a very fun place to visit! The food was phenomenal and service was excellent. Our server was awesome (his name was Luke)! The old bay wings were crispy and delicious. Dont get me started on the fried pickles, either. Finally, the hubs and I both got the Surf & Turf tacos and they were so yummy. Then, when we were done stuffing our faces, we played all the games. Staff was attentive (for the Virtual Reality gamesand the games themselves were well functioning and clean. It was very easy to win a few (aka tonsof stuffies from the crane machines and the ticket counter had a decent selection of prizes. Perfect last night of vacation.

Great family fun place. My boyfriend & I had a blast and we are in our 30’s. We played games & bowling then headed on over to the restaurant for 1/2 price crab cake dinners on a Friday night and the crab cakes were AMAZING. When we visit OC again this will always be one of our new favorite spots.

Out of season but still very nice out and was seated right away on a Saturday night. Our order was taken after our waitress noticed that the hostess put us in the back which we didn’t mind bc we have small kids. Buying a playing card was worth the $100 bc you get extra points so it pays off. Food was delicious and came out very fast. Crab egg rolls, fish and chips, surf & turf salad were all good. Wife reports that the drink Endless Summer was also made well. Arcade games were age appropriate for my 3 and 1 year old. We will be back to play some more, try to bowl, and to collect prizes. Outdoor eating is also on top of the venue with great views.

Fun time. The bowling is small 5 short lanes duckpin style. Theres an arcade with high quality modern arcade games. You pre load a card to swipe at the machines and rack up points for prizes. The mixed drinks are good. A big food menu also with a large dining area and a bar. Plenty of bug screen TVs and a fish tank with sharks. A little pricey but overall a good spot

This place is adorable! Clean too. Its a little small but the variety of games are fun. Love the card system. U load a card, and each thing is a certain amount of points. With the games that reward tickets, the tickets are loaded onto the card. No "here mom" and having a armful of tickets to carry. Had the jerk chicken wings. So good.

My mom had been telling me about this new place in Ocean City and we finally were able to go and check it out. Its part of the Ropewalk Family but on one side of the place is a ton of boardwalk-type games and the other side is the actual restaurant. We each spent about $20 on games and it was enough for us to be able to play for about two hours. Theres everything from skee ball to basketball to Virtual Reality games to whack a mole ... and the best part is that it wasnt super busy so you didnt have to wait in line. Rather than tickets spitting out when you win at a game, this place adds your points up on a card and then you show that to someone when you are done and ready to cash in your prize. We pulled all our points together and ended up leaving with a pretty nice football with the University of Maryland logo on it. Lunch was good too. Our server was nice and the food was fresh. We got the fish tacos and the shrimp salad. There was a huge portion of fries with each. Its a fun place to spend a few hours and it would be great for kids.

Our family couldn’t have had a better meal and more fun than our evening out at Alley Oops! The food is incredible! We went on Tuesday night which is “Steak night”... you receive $10 off their New York Strip which is a beautiful thick cut, prepared and seasoned perfectly over red skin mashed potatoes and served with blistered green beans which were incredible. We also enjoyed several of their appetizers prior to our meal, including Bavarian Pretzel Twists, Fried Pickles and Seared (to perfectionAhi Tuna. All 5 of us couldn’t have been more pleased with our meals. The games are abundant. My grandson had the time of his life playing lots of arcade games including a boardwalk favorite “Skee Ball”. There’s a virtual reality game and mini bowling lanes as well... lots to please and entertain the whole gang. I saw that they also have space for private parties and events so this is definitely a place we’ll visit often for great food and lots of fun!
