A good place with good parts folks. Just spendy cuz its a dealer. Update.. have to eat crow. Turns out they strongly beat everyone when we were looking for radiator fluid in a 55 gallon drum, not by a little, but allot. Looking deeper found many prices were lower. To bad they dont open on Saturday mornings! Mick, Tagesen Trucking and Repair, 1403 S Taft Ave, Mason City IA.

Ryan and his entire team are outstanding! late morning we went down with an engine derate the day before Thanksgiving. you can imagine the concern trying to get a driver home. they were booked and were very clear upfront that the most they would be able to do is read codes late afternoon. no other option available and understand they already had a large workload. they found a way to pull off a miracle and squeeze us in-between to read codes and perform diagnostics between jobs and were able to have the truck rolling before the time they estimated to read codes. Driver is happy and will see his family as planned. Proves that this location and team are a definite solution provider to this industry. I know how much it takes to juggle this type of work load and still complete a unscheduled repair in a urgent set of circumstances. I was impressed with the precision in which they worked together. Everyone talks teamwork but these folks demonstrate what many other strive for and rarely achieve. We will definitely be utilizing this location when we have issues in this area. Thank You so much for being the team that you are! If you are having trouble in this area I would recommend going in to see them and form your own opinion!

Very nice knowledgeable parts people. In and out. Who can complain about that? Easy on and off the interstate. Service is in the white bldg. Parts is in the red bldg. You probably should park your semi in the service area, as the parts can get crowded when trucks are making del.

Everyone was nice. Parts “manager” was on his phone and seemed to be having a long personal phone call while the counter guy was juggling a phone call and another customer. Didn’t end up having the part I needed so I went somewhere else. Probably won’t go back.
