I refuse to shop at any other American Eagle the customer service at this location is IMMACULATE. The store is so organized and clean. They take the time to get to know their customers. When I go in they recognize me and point out new products that they know fits my style! The store managers are so incredibly helpful and take the time to make sure I’m finding everything I need. Everyone at this location is so amazing and I highly recommend it to everyone!:)

I do shop at other AE’s but I can tell you I’ve never gotten the awesome customer service I’ve gotten in Indiana. I continue to come back to this store because of the awesome treatment I receive. I will 110% continue to go to this AE. So helpful in the fitting room whoever is running this store needs a gold metal

I go to this American Eagle to get my nieces and nephews birthday and Christmas gifts. Ive been to a few other American Eagle stores and they just werent the same as this one. Ive really noticed a big difference in the last year or so in how neat and clean the store has been. You can just tell the difference. Im not sure who does the hiring for this store but kudos to them.

I will never shop at this location or any other brand of the store ever again as I was absolutely humiliated twice in front of my son. Im 5 foot 6 110 lb yes Im a single mom. I went to the store cuz I like buying jeans and shirts there. A lady come up to me asking me if I needed help in the gene section and I said no I know my size and she asked me what size that was and I said a size 0 or 3 and she says well our jeans are built for your size of the hips a size 5 6 or 7 8is what she suggested WTF!!. Granite I was wearing one of their brands Khaki flare ups already and they were a size 0. Blew it off whatever. So after all that drama of taking my son to the store so he can help me pick out stuff because yeah Im a single mom I have low self-esteem issues. Went to the cash register there was a long line there is three people had me I had an armful close. Other employees in the store no one decided to come up and help I figured Id just be patient wait my term. Some young college kid or whoever come up to the counter the girl behind me a blond he asked her can I help you To wait on her Granite theres more people in line and apparently Im not good enough to be waited on because as soon as he rung the blond out he shut down the register again. I decided then that these people thought I was no good to shop in their store so I just dropped the clothes right there in front of the cash register and left in tears. If this is the type of environment youre going to be hiring people in and discriminating against some people that may be older shopping in your store but stay still have the same body shape as young college crowd you store is in. I wil no longer shop here or support your brand as it seems by store employees Im not suitable to wear! !
