Very friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. Excellent for a few nights of rest while on the road.

5/5 stars! Great price! I would personally shake this managers hand for clapping back at the ones who rated and were untruthful! Great service! Clean rooms! Best hotel Ive ever stayed in for the price! A walk away from pretty much anywhere you can think of! Just all out an amazing experience!

Recommend it to anyone, it was a very nice and clean place to stay at a very reasonable price. Recently updated. The king size bed very comfortable. It had a nice little table with chairs and a desk area with a chair. Note they do not have the usual shampoo and conditioner, nor breakfast. That was fine as I always bring things and the money youve saved on the room will more than pay for a breakfast.

Very clean place. Located across the street from popular sports bar and grill. Managers are very friendly. I left a pair of pants in my room and the owners had saved it in their lost and found. Since I live 7 hours away, they were willing to ship to me. I will definitely stay here again when I visit. Thank you American Inn.

This is a locally owned motel, recently renovated! Rooms are extremely clean and beautiful. Flat screen TVS, microwave, And mini fridge in every room! You can tell the owners take pride in their business and have a “customer comes first” attitude. I would recommend this motel to anyone or family going through Or staying in Pratt for an extended time!

Hotel bed had hair on it when I laid down I started itching so I got up quickly and asked for a refund and manager started yelling at me disrespectfully this is the worst manager ever! I do not recommend this place due to the management, ruined the day for me and my girlfriend, but I got a refund had to pay for one day, even though I only stayed for 1 hour at most! But now I’m happy and gone ! Worst experience

This aint a hotel! This was HOME while I was there. Customer service has gone much beyond that of some 4☆, maybe even 5☆ hotels. They keep up with your quality of life, if not better. Truly a place to relax and rest. I travel a lot for work. This was the most beautifully attended place in a 500 mile radius. They raise Pratts.... no.. they raise KANSAS standards of customer service by a superb long shot ♡☆☆☆☆☆

I have to admit I havent stayed there. But it looks super clean so it might deserve more stars than I gave them. Maybe four or possibly five stars

My mother stays here when she comes out to visit, pet friendly good-sized rooms fair prices and location surrounded by all the accoutrement you can think of.

Safety chain lock on door broke, tile broken in bathroom, and no applied after bar on the doorway going to the bathroom. Little nails poking up could cause cuts on feet. It was clean and worth the price.

Nice, clean place. Room freshness is like just they cleaned it. Very Much comfortable beds compared to our last stay at one of big franchise. Front desk was very nice, welcoming and honoring. Very clean property.

Wonderful place to stay. Quick check-inn, nice and clean room. Bed was sooooo comfy and nice, slept as soon as I got on to it. Manager was so respectful, helping and nice guy. Recommends everyone to go there.Will come back and stay here at this Motel only.

It was terrible There were people in the To rooms beside me that live there they were cooking in the parking lot with grills which set outside their door they were noisy There were flies in the Room that bothered me all night I got no sleep I would never go back

Excellent...…….100 out of 100.Did search on Google and went there. As soon as we entered room we surprised, was cold, neat and clean, well organized, had everything what we needed. We did try Chains and paid three time more than this place earlier in our travel but we can say this is the best Motel we got and also we had good sleep on that night.I will definitely suggest everyone to stay here. I will now onwards will come back here only.Staff was very respectful, helpful and welcoming.

Much nicer than most budget motels. It was an excellent room for the price. It appeared to have been remodeled within the last few years but some construction details should not have been overlooked but were. The room had some amenities that are usually only found in much more expensive motels, coffee pot, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. These items are cheap but cheap motels seldom have all of them.

Very clean and ample space. Decent price and quiet. Slept sound an restful. Highly recommend this place for traveling on Hwy 54.

If anybody out there Caesars boast about American Inn motel Pratt Kansas I gave him a high-five therefore of the rooms are nice the staff is perfect if youre traveling across 54th and Kansas theyre going to get your moneys worth at this hotel my price was fantastic

The manager/owner was great to deal with. The rooms are modern and clean. They have paid attention to details here and the overall cost for the value is great also. Ive stayed here twice in the last weeks and I will again in a few days. Keep up the good work.

Every bit a 4, real hard to give a 5 to a small no frills motel but I was really impressed. Was worried when I read other reviews but this place was very clean and comfortable only stayed a night driving through but would absolutely reccomend

We travel to New Mexico every summer and usually stay at chain hotels, but that stopped the moment we walked into our room. The staff is so friendly, the rooms were very nice and very clean. I will always stop here on the way to and from New Mexico.

Bed was so comfy room was nice great water pressure I dont know if I was in a bad area or what but having to push a button to get in to check in was a little scary and a note on the door key said it would be best for our safety to lock all locks on the door

If I could rate this hotel zero I would. It smells, it’s so loud you can’t sleep from the trucks driving by all night. We were placed right next door to the only other person in the motel beside us who was up all night long blaring their TV through the paper thin wall. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t At least space us out one room. We came in tired off the road from a 1600 mile road trip to get some sleep and that didn’t happen. So we paid essentially to be up all night long annoyed. The crack/gap in the door between the door frame was so large that you could see the light coming in a a cold breeze was blowing though it the entire night which made the room freezing. The heater kept shutting off and I had to keep getting up to turn it back on over and over again because if I wasn’t waking up from the trucks driving by or the neighbor blaring the tv I woke up because I was freezing cold. Not to mention the desperate need for a remodel. Keep driving don’t stop here. Take it from me!

Was cold when I got in the room. Shower was short. Cleaning lady didnt see the do not disturb sign. Cheap though.

I used to be stay at other Motel in Pratt but this time I tried American Inn and its absolutely wonderful stay I had, Neat & clean Room, Quite place. Convenient parking, Comfortable beds. What else you need in this price. Service is absolutely quick and staff is very friendly and helpful.

I give this hotel a five star rating because it was more than I expected. Im a pipeliner, and at the end of the day, Im not too picky. Bed, TV, shower... I expected it to be as small and dank as the last hotel in this price range. I was not expecting a king size bed, and a spacious room. I expected half the size, with few accommodations. I got more than expected. The ice machine even works... Sometimes... 🤣 All-in-all the two people Ive dealt with at the desk are friendly and knowledgeable about the booking and haggling process.I recommend American Inn to any union member construction crews and helpers just starting. You can get a room for yourself and not be distracted by shenanigans... Of roommates.

Quiet nice rooms. Good location everything you need is within walking distance. Customer relationship could be worked on but survive was very helpful.

Very run down! New management needs to make a tone of repairs before renting out rooms. Never a good sign when locals live on site.

Not what I was expecting. Good price but uncomfortable beds. It did seem rundown but it did give me a space to recharge. They do allow pets.

The outside seems a bit run down but the room was decent inside and clean. I was just there one night for business travel and it was an economical place to stay. Id probably stay there again. Bonus, its across the street from Legends Pub and Grill which is a great place to eat.
