Received a Weber summit grill for Christmas, which I am pretty happy with. The follow up service not so much. Went back for some accessories but the store clerk could not help and said the owner would get back with me. Crickets..... so forced to go online to purchase the accessories that I wanted. So much for buying local. I realize they are a fairly new business to the area but expected a bit more. Hopefully they will get better on the service side.

I havent gotten a chance to visit in person, but I had a very thoughtful and responsive email chain with Chad about Yoder smoker availability. He was fast, courteous and helpful. I hope to get a chance to see their showroom soon.

American Outdoor is a baller company. I used to live in Warsaw and discovered this place had everything a person needs to put tasty treats on the table. They have great major brands from Yoder to Weber grills and smokers. They have a wall of sauces and rubs, injectors, thermometers.But the merchandise is only half the story. The real magic is their customer service. They always provide knowledgeable input and offer good advice. I recently moved to the Southern part of the state and I still shop there. The website is easy to use and orders arrive quickly, even in the middle of a pandemic.Kudos to the best BBQ supply store anywhere! Keep up the great work and many blessings to you!

I purchased a set of Finch poly-wood furniture here! 4 swivel bar height stools, 36" round table, 42" half round table, 2 clam bar height chairs, and cup holdrrs! The quality of the furniture and the customer service in store was great!

Its a very good place to browse and just enjoy the different items they sale. Little on the pricey side of things but for the most part it decent.

I drove there specifically for Malcolm Reeds killer hog rub and all purpose spice and they had both. They even have open samples to try first. Nice selection of sauces, rubs, smokers and grills. Service was great and very helpful. I highly recommend Visiting American Outdoor BBQ.

American Outdoor BBQ is the place to visit if you are looking for a new grill, grill accessories, or wood pellets. They have a huge selection of grills and they are one of the very few local places that carry Camp Chief. They have a large selection of spices, rubs, and sauces. They have the best prices around for 20 pound bags for wood pellets. The staff is friendly and helpful which makes worth the drive.

Very impressed. I was surprised that they have so many samples for you to taste!! It really helps to meet your specific taste bud needs when there are so so soooo many brands and choices and price ranges. Pratically everything I could imagine needing to barbecue was at American Outdoor. We were immediately helped by a super friendly and knowledgeable employee. Definitely will go back.

Friendly, helpful staff, they even have samples of the rubs and sauces youve been wanting to try. They are reasonably priced and if youre not lucky enough to live nearby, they have online ordering with reasonable shipping.

I wanted a Pitts and Spitts Maverick 1250 Wood Pellet Grill; I live in north central Illinois and Chads business was the closest dealer. Chad was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions, he is very knowledgeable. Not your typical Q&A and hang up quickly either; he really does know his products. After talking to Chad several times on the phone as well as Coy (P&S OwnerI was ready to pull the trigger. I was drawn to this brand due to their reputation of how well they are made. As a buyer in the aerospace industry I was expecting to be somewhat underwhelmed, and since I couldnt see one in person I was a little nervous spending this much. But when I took delivery Chad was absolutely right, everything about this thing shows quality and craftsmanship. Its built like a tank yet it really looks great. After getting it up on my deck I had a small collection of neighbors all asking questions about it. They were all were amazed at the build quality and way it looks. Going to do some ribs this Saturday and I cant wait. Thanks again Chad!
